Smile Hotel Tokyo Ayase Ekimae

必要十分な設備。まあまあ備品も充実。

エレベーター出てフロアから直ぐにタバコ臭い、部屋も禁煙のはずなのにタバコ臭いプラス灰皿。（使わないのでいいですが） 本当に禁煙室ですか？ 少しでもタバコの臭いに拒絶反応が出るので、服にも匂いが着いてしまい気になりました。 フロアは仕方ないにしても、部屋はもう少しなんとかして貰えないと、嫌煙者は気にすると思います。 都内で駐車場、駐輪場が無料で置かせてもらえるのは、地方民としては有難かったです。

築古なのかな？ でも、清掃が行き届いていて、快適に過ごせました 近隣にコインパーキングが充実しているので、車で来る時は、こちらにお世話になろうと思います

コインランドリーの設置数がある程度あり 助かった。

The room was fine, although everything about it felt dated or otherwise cheap (from the sliding wood window covers to the washlet). I was able to plug my Switch into the TV and play it, so that\'s a plus. The staff ranged from "fine" to "lovely," although the latter where the minority here. There were a couple vending machines in the hotel, one of which was in the same room as the laundromat, which had 3 (or 4, I forget) washing machines and dryers. I had a view of the Ayase station, so it\'s pretty close; there was also a 7-11 very nearby (as in, it\'s near enough that you can see it down the street when you walk out the hotel\'s front door), and a handful of other convenience stores within a 3-5min walk of the hotel. As with other Smile Hotels, you have to turn in your key when you leave the hotel, and that makes me feel like I\'m being babysat (or otherwise \'watched\'), so I don\'t care for that. Also, on my 2nd night, I could hear a neighbor\'s TV pretty loud; at one point, I think that person kicked the wall. Not sure what that was all about. So that\'s the kind of clientele this hotel has, I guess: loud-TV wall-kickers. But hey, come here for a day when you need to do some laundry.

とても普通でした。EVはカードキー式ではなかったです。

スタンダードのダブルルームに夫婦で泊まりました。部屋はちょっと窮屈な感じでバスルームは部屋の床より15cmぐらい上がっていて不便に思いました。また自動販売機のある所のカーペットはシミだらけで煙草の臭いがきつくて不快でした。

The front desk staff are very considering. We can borrow umbrella, scale, trolley very easy.

近くに安い駐車場がある。 駅近いしありがたい！ すっごくキレイという訳でもないが 不快ではない。

お風呂の排水が詰まっていた

部屋がラーメン臭すぎた。トイレも悪臭がひどくて不快。清掃は行き届きいているようだけど、匂いは改善する必要あり。

朝食は本当に美味しい。部屋の清掃はしてあるものの、部屋の壁、床が汚い。また窓にカーテン、ブラインドがなく、木製の扉を開けると真向かいのマンションから丸見え。次回泊まりたいかと聞かれたら、微妙と答えざるを得ない。

デスクの裏にメモ帳を落とした為、取ろうとデスクを動かした所、すごくホコリが溜まっていて、１年近く前の領収書が出てきた。 交通の便も１度乗り換えがありちょっと面倒だったが、朝食はとても満足が出来たしスタッフの対応も良かった。

お風呂のカビが気になりました。

お部屋はキレイに清掃されていて空調も丁度いい温度で保たれていました！！ ロビーでは常に笑顔で対応して頂きました。 ありがとうございました！！

排水口の臭いが気になった

静かで便利で駅にも近く部屋も清潔でとてもよかったです

快適でした。ただ隣の部屋の声が聞こえたのは残念でした。

Everything was good at such a low price. The only dissatisfaction was the Wifi speed.

概ね良好です。 色んな場所にアクセスが利きます。 ちょっと壁が薄いのか、他の部屋でドタバタしてると聞こえてきます。 よほど神経質でなければ問題ないかと。

レトロ感あるフロントや部屋鍵やカーテン代わりの木製窓、湯呑みに対してスタイリッシュなベッドなどの調度品類の融合が楽しい。

設備は普通。隣の音がドンドン響いていた。

受付の方が親切に観光予定の相談にのってくれました。

チェックイン、アウト共にスムーズでスタッフの対応も良かった。駅に近く、コンビニも近いので、また利用しても良いかなと思った。ただ、ホテル自体が古く感じた。

タクシーの手配を快くしてくださって良かったです。

I like that the hotel was exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly even with me coming and going all the time. It was in a nice area easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the train station. Excellent shopping and food options. ATM very nice at 7-11. Second hand store up the street was excellent . 10/10 would stay again

スタッフの方がみんなとても親切で気分が良かったです！ 室内も潔癖症、神経質でない方は不便なく過ごしやすいと思います！ また機会があればここのホテルを利用したいと思います！

フロントの方の愛想が非常に悪かった。チェックアウト時にほぼ無言で鍵を受け取って終わる。本当にチェックアウトできたのか不安になり、これで大丈夫か確認したら、少し会釈をしただけで終わりました。施設はきれいなのですが、そこが残念でした。

駅近で良かったですが…最後の支払明細書の名前の漢字が間違っていたのが残念です

宿泊費用等についても丁寧に対応して頂きました。

出張で利用しました。周辺に食事する店やコンビニも多く、駅の改札も近くて便利でした。また利用したいと思います。

外壁工事をしている様だが問題なし！コスパも良く駅からも近い。また利用したい。

ロケーション、清潔度、フロントの速さなど良かったです、ビジネスで夜遅く到着し早朝出発には十分すぎるﾎﾃﾙと思います。

Hotels with smoking rooms is rare now, and i love that this hotel can accommodate that. The room is clean, and really quiet, can hardly hear anything from outside. Though i feel the room is a bit dark, and maybe needs more lighting. The breakfast buffet is also good. The only thing I did not like was that the information here in Expedia about parking is not correct. I was told that parking needs to be reserved when I was onsite already. The day i went, parking was already fully reserved. But they were prepared and have a printout of nearby coin parkings around the area. A bit hassle because I had to carry heavy stuff and walk a bit.

翌日の換気ができない。 換気扇が無い？ 朝食は、満足しました。

スタッフの対応はすごく良かったけど、全体的に古かった。そして朝食は特別美味しいとかではなくほんとに普通に家で作れそうな味をしていた。
