1min walk to the station, you can find everything you need nearby, has coin laundry inside the hotel is a big plus Except you have to bag your rubbish and put it outside by urself, and they will replace a set of new towel to you everyday, otw you’ll only have room service on Monday. And for non-smoker, highly recommend to choose non-smoking room, a bit of lacking in ventilation of hallway. Overall I will consider to choose this hotel again becoz its price and location. 4.5/5 overall

Hotel is closed to JR station, with stores, restaurants rearby, ultra convenient. Although it looks like an old hotel which had been refurbished recently, service of staff, room cleanness & condition are really satisfied. But during my stay, 3 washing machine at laundry room had 2 out of working. and there was lots of people need to use it, it turned out became a long waiting to do the laundry. I do hope they can fix the machine ASAP. As result, this hotel is suitable for those who have limit budget, but wants private room with convenient transportation. I highly recommend it.

The mattress is great compared to the hotel I stayed for this trip. However, the cleanliness of the room can be improved. When I checked into the room, I found a strand of long hair behind the door which was definitely from the previous customer.

自宅に問題が生じ、緊急で近隣のスマイルホテルに1泊しました。水回りがとても綺麗で、シモンズベットも快適でした。室内の温度調整も可能だし、ドアの施錠も問題無し。仕事帰りから翌朝までの短時間でしたので、言う事なし！と良い気分でチェックアウトをしようと思った矢先に、机の足元に明らかに自分のものでは無いコンタクトレンズの空ケースが1組落ちていることに気付いてしまいました。室内のお掃除をしていなかったということなのでしょうね。非常に残念でした。

Stained mattress and mattress cover. Bathroom was not fully cleaned and had dirt stains in shower room and wall, and smelled like wet towels. Ceiling vent was caked with dirt. For what I paid, the cleanliness of my room was not acceptable.

During our stay we had 2 reservations, first room was alright, but a bit noisy outside. But the second room was covered in black mold and smelt bad, causing my partner to get sick. When asked to change rooms, they were unable to change due to limited vacancies but noted they would do a "mold cleaning". Upon returning the next day they noted we needed to switch rooms as the mold was too bad to clean. The hotel itself is very close to the station and had many food options around, but we would not recommend staying here due to the health risks present.

Absolutely vile property. The elevators smell so much like cigarettes I can't breathe, if you touch the wall now you smell like that too. I would pay double to stay in a hostel.

Ideally located near to the train station. Clean as you would expect for a Japanese hotel. Rooms though are small and not a problem for a single person, but if you have a partner or small family then this is not a hotel for you! Staff were great, Jonathons restaurant next door have a good breakfast and dining facilities. The street outside is noisy and windows do not block out street noise even on the 6th floor...

This hotel is the last choice for who are wheelchair users like me. Because there are lots of stairs to go into the hotel entrance. If wheelchair users stay at this hotel, we need to go to the backyard after going up to the garage through slope. Then we use the rout with heavy doors to reach the reception. Of course completely No help from hotel staffs. Anyway everyone not only wheelchair users mustn’t expect any hospitality including some help such as calling a taxi or asking us we will help us carry some bags… Very honestly this hotel is the totally worst hotel in my life.

Unlike some of the hotels I stayed in, this hotel puts a mattress topper on the bed. Also they have sliding shutters on the window so you can block out the light for a Nanna nap. Also great location for trains to Tokyo or Shibuya - plus food and shopping.

This was my first time in Japan and my stay at this hotel made my experience very smooth. It was close to the train station which was very convient. It is literally across the street from a 7/11 and other convenient stores incase I needed anything. The man who checked me in spoke very good English and explained the housekeeping policy. Pretty much everything is just like a hotel here in the US with its own Japanese influence. Highly recommended for those looking for a budget friendly, but comfortable choice. It was just me, but having a partner would have been doable. The bed/room is on the smaller side when compared to what you see in the US as with most things you find in Japan. But I dont pack a lot and dont spend a lot of time at the hotel except to rest/sleep. The room had a small fridge, a great bath/shower and plenty of plugs (2 pronge). No safe, so bring locks for anything you leave in the room while you are out.

Just a few steps from Shinkoiwa train station. There is a non-stop train from/to Narita Airport at this station. Akihabara and Tokyo stations are just 5-6 stops away. Surrounding by restaurants, shopping malls, drugstores, convenience stores, etc. I walked to the nearby river taking the Skytree pictures.

The property was what youbexpect from a business hotel, clean but basic very close to public transports and concenience stores. The area around the hotel is quiet but there are options for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were always happy and friendly and always willing to help if you had questions. And the breaskfast had a large selection of very tasty local food whoch i found very enjoyable

Very friendly staff. The room had everything i needed. You can pick up free stuff like shavers, toothbrushes etc which i find rare in europe. Train stn is a 2 min walk and a 15 ride on the metro to tokyo central. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Near the hotels are loads of restraurants and convenienice stores.

Staff was excellent and easy to work with despite a major language barrier (I only knew a few key phrases and even then didn't remember to use them). Room was small but for the price we paid I'd say it was a great value The breakfast is served by the restaurant attached to the lobby and was a good buffet style meal. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was conveniently by a station. Even around the area were very good dining options. Very easy to head to the Yamanote line. The buffet breakfast was very nice option to have. We only had it twice, but the options are nice.

The location was great. Shopping, restaurants, train station all within a block or less. The hotel was clean and comfy. Free breakfast at the attached restaurant Jonathons was so clutch and good. Price was fantastick. The only downside was that the economy room is very compact. If youre tall or overweight consider getting a room that costs a little more with more square footage.
