Safe, calm area. Close to the train station (8min walk). Very convenient. Easy access to the airport and all of Tokyo, really. There are restaurants nearby and convenience stores, of course. The hotel itself is good. Front desk is pleasant. Didn’t interact with them that much except for check in and check out. There’s a restaurant downstairs but we didn’t eat there. The room itself is a good size but not a lot of space for big luggages. Manageable. The room was always clean when we returned and they provide all the toiletries! Oil cleanser, toner, face wash, face cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash! Wow! And the quality of the toiletries are good, too! They even provide pajamas and slippers! Not expected and a nice touch. No pool or gym. Will be happy to come back to this hotel!

I like that they clean the room and change the towels and pajamas daily. Bottled water and other amenities were refilled daily, too. Check in and out was quick. Coin laundry was a short walk away and you can check online if the machines were in use. Location was not too far from a train station.

This hotel was great. The room was as expected - small but not too small. The bathroom was decent and the area was great. It was quiet but very close to a train station and there were restaurants around. The only thing I didn't like was there was no laundry facilities, but there was a laundromat around the corner.

Such a great hotel and location! I haven't heard of many people recommending Hamamatsucho as place to stay when visiting Tokyo but it's quite a gem. The hotel was walking distance to Hamamatsucho JR station on the Yamanote line, as well as to the Tokyo Monorail station to allow direct transfer to Haneda Airport. It is also close to Daimon metro station giving you lots of options for transport. The area itself is a business/office district so it's clean and feels safe, and there are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets close to the hotel. The staff at the hotel can direct you to the supermarkets nearby, which were fairly well stocked. The hotel itself was very clean and had all the usual amenities (bottled water every day, teabags and instant coffee etc.) - staff were friendly and could speak good English and were helpful when booking taxis etc. To get to Haneda Airport from the hotel it was about ¥10,000 and to get to Toyosu Market for the tuna auction it was about ¥3000. The only downside is that there was no washing machine in the hotel, but there is a laundromat less than 10mins walk away. Loved our time here and would definitely stay here again.

It was great stay for our family trip. Great location and staff was helpful. The only thing is we checked that they have car parking provided before we booked. Unfortunately, their car parking not fit in for our Toyata 7 seater so we had to park our car at the other parking nearby with fees.

Enjoyable hotel, quiet area and good location near subway and train station, friendly and helpful staff, two great sights nearby (a Japanese garden and a temple) and parking facilities (we came by car). We were a family of five and we got an extra bed. A bit crowded but it worked out fine. Clean room and a nice bathroom.

The front desk people were very kind and the hotel is not too far from the train station, but I think that's the end of the positives for me. When we walked into our room, a heavy scent of body odor/urine hit me. We booked 2 rooms and I was not sure if every room in the hotel stank like that, but it was only just 1 room that unluckily had a strong smelly odor. We also opted to have housekeeping clean the rooms and only once in our weeklong stay did they make all the beds. I did not mind that much, but I've never stayed in a place before where they didn't make the beds, or if they did, they only made 1 out of the 3 beds. It was so bizarre.

This hotel was convenient during our 5-day stay in Tokyo. Less than 10 minutes walk to 2 major train stations so it was convenient to get to all parts of Tokyo on the Yamanote line. It's in a slightly quieter part of Tokyo which is what we wanted, although still close to many dining options and convenience stores. The shower was excellent. I appreciated being able to control the ac temperature in the room. The room was a spacious size by Tokyo standards. The setup of the room would have been a bit easier if the bed futon wasn't on the floor of a raised surface. So you do have to be careful while getting in and out of bed especially if you are elderly, pregnant, or a young kid. I would stay here again for the location and size of the room.

Wir waren im HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Hamamatsucho leider nicht zufrieden. In unserem Zimmer hat es stark nach Rauch gerochen, was sehr unangenehm war. Außerdem ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig – man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch vom Gang. Die Klimaanlage ist direkt gegenüber vom Bett positioniert, sodass einem die kalte Luft mitten ins Gesicht bläst. Auch die Einrichtung wirkt bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Japan-Reise nach Tokio kann ich dieses Hotel daher nicht empfehlen.Trotzdem danke für den günstigen Zwischenstopp.

The air conditioning in the room didn't seem like it was working. We appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and beds. The mattresses were too firm for our liking but we made due. The front desk help was very lovely and helpful. Their patience with us was wonderful.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the train station for both the metro and monorail to the airport. Turns out there’s lots of good food options around the area. We went to Tokyo tower on our first day which was an easy walk. The hotel room itself was huge. So many hotel rooms in Tokyo only have room for a bed and not much else, but this was certainly not the case here. As with all hotels in Japan, it was very clean.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the monorail to Haneda. It was passable for one night but I would not recommend it for an extended stay. Our room was clean but typical Tokyo small size. The ventilation was bad as there is a central heating and cooling system and the hotel was changing from AC to heat. The amenities are limited. Unless you want to be close to the monorail there are better locations in Tokyo.

Hotel room was quite small for 3 adults. No wardrobes to hang your clothes and sitting place with chairs to sit down to eat or drink apart from your bed. Bathroom was also small and didn’t have much room to put your things. However, the location was excellent.

I should start with what we liked about this hotel - the breakfast. The coffee was quite tasty, and the variety of breakfast items (Western and Japanese) sufficient. Now, the reason for my two-star rating. We were uncomfortably hot in our room for hours. The air conditioner was turned off on two separate dates during our stay. The explanation of Front Desk was that some guests were too cold, so the hotel turned off the AC, and only the air was circulating and not certain when AC would be back on, and that a floor fan were available for guests who request it. Then a few days later, the weather turned cold. We were uncomfortably cold in our room because this hotel has AC only until certain time of the year then changes to heating system. The notification inside the elevator said the heater would not be available until October xx, which was after our check-out date. In my opinion, Hotel dictating when the AC and heater will be turned on and off and allowing the guests to become so uncomfortable is unacceptable. Another surprisingly uncomfortable feature of this hotel was the bed we had to sleep on. The king size bed in a Comfort King room sits on floor level, and it was cumbersome to get in and out of it. My eighty-something father told me in the morning he slept on the couch halfway into the night because he had trouble getting in and out of bed to use the bathroom. I felt terrible and regret getting a Comfort King room for him.

Purchased with breakfast for family of 4. When i got to the hotel they said i still jad to pay. Reakfast for my kids bc they didnr count when we booked bc kids sleep in the same beds as their parents. It was insane. Rooms were very very dated ans dingy and smelled musty. I jad to keep uaing an inhaler bc I was getting wheezy. The AC only barely keeps up, it was still incredibly hot even with it running full blast. Elevatirs are tiny and not enough for the amount of people so it was not uncommon to wait 10 mins. Breakfast is gross. Eggs looked like oatmeal in consistency. Staff was snippy and rude. I would not go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good sized room and very convenient to train , monorail and subway. A couple of nice restaurants close by as well as konbini stores. Staff were very helpful and always polite. It was a pleasure to walk into the air conditioned foyer after a long day in the Tokyo heat.

I’d like to give an enthusiastic five star review of this hotel. We stayed here as a family of three for four nights. The customer service was excellent; when the cleaning company accidentally took my daughter stuffed animal to be washed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter stuffed animal was returned to us from the cleaning company. They were always super friendly, warm, and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing, and every day we look forward to some new variety that was available in the morning. The rooms are a little older, you can tell that the staff took great care in it. I would like to especially commend the female receptionist who took the time and care to take down our issue, who took a picture of our stuffed animal, and who saved the trip for our daughter;

We had a great stay! The room fit the 3 of us on the 3 beds provided. The a/c worked great and it was clean inside. The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our luggage needs. I would highly recommended staying here.

Room was small but very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, an easy walk to Ginza and Tokyo tower. There was a variety of dining options close by. The area has good transport close by.
