The property is a bit old, AC cannot be controlled from the room which makes it quite cold at night but the setup is very comfortable. There’s not much to do around and definitely Shibuya and the Tokyo tower are not 10 min away driving but cost benefit is an amazing opportunity for a comfortable hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It conveniently located near Shinagawa Aquarium, a train station and the airport. If interested in the free airport shuttle, be aware that some information is not accurate. My reservation confirmation stated the hotel picks up with flight information but the hotel only has the schedule The time table is as follows. [Timetable] *Hotel → Haneda Airport Terminal 1~3. 5:50 / 7:20 / 8:50 / 10:20 / 11:50 *Haneda Airport Terminal 1 → Hotel 19:00 / 20:20 / 21:40 It is a first-come-first-served basis, not a reservation system. If the bus is full, you will not be allowed to board. Also, the breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 7am so it doesn’t work well if you plan to take an early shuttle to the airport.

Highlights of this hotel were the airport shuttle which was parked right in front of the hotel and took us straight to haneda airport. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean. Pajamas had a stain so we didn’t wear them. It wasn’t a big deal for us. AC kept our room cold. Comfortable and convenient stay especially for the last leg of our trip.

Great location, clean big rooms , didn't care for the breakfast. If you're traveling with a handicapped or senior they don't have any accessable rooms all rooms have a tub which is super high. That's not good . Been to this hotel twice , one of the reason I picked it was for the hotel shuttle to Haneda airport but they have a terrible schedule for pick up and drop off.

セントラルヒーティングのため暖房を冷房に切り替えることができず、窓は開かないため暑かった。部屋の備品にインスタントコーヒーがなかった。禁煙の部屋だったが、タバコのような匂いがしみついていた。ホテル前にすぐコンビニがあって便利。駅から少し歩く。空港に行くには羽田行きの無料シャトルバスが出ているので便利。スタッフの方は機転がきく対応で優秀。

Very close to Omori station. It is a very quiet neighborhood and there are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby and the rooms are very spacious. The free shuttle is very convenient which offer 5:50am, 7:20am,8:50am,10:20am and 11:50am and takes about 20 minutes to Haneda Airport. Shuttle is first come first serve and has a 25 pax capacity and the Shuttle driver will try to accomodate everybody with the luggage.

The room was descent and we had a king size bed. I would stay here again for the room size especially if I’ll come with family. The bathroom was descent and expected it to be tiny. The only complaint is the toilet rim is a bit dirty. Seen stains and a little musty smell.

・金額について日曜日の夜の宿泊で、家族４人（幼児一人添い寝）朝食付きで１９０００円くらい。けど、駐車場が無いので、プラス２５００円くらい。車の人なら合計２２０００円くらいかな。まぁ、東京では安いのかな？・場所について、静かなところ。・フロントのスタッフ清潔感のある方々で、好印象・部屋について最悪。まず、ベッドの下に信じられないくらいホコリが溜まっていた。数日で溜まるレベルじゃない。そして、ベッドの下からコンビニ弁当のフタがホコリをかぶって出て来た。（この件をフロントに伝えたら、「清掃のスタッフにはキツく言っておきます」だけの対応。」さらには子供のおもちゃだと思うけど、ポケモンボールが出て来た。（さすがに笑った。）つまり、確実にベッドの下は掃除してないし、見てもいない。また壁に、誰かが仕留めた虫が死んだ状態で張り付いている。気持ち悪い。こうなると、全てが目につくのか、換気扇のフィルターには、これでもかってくらいホコリが溜まっている。エアコンの空気が心配で家族みんなマスクして寝た。ベッドの壁には木が剥き出しであり、子供が寝ている時にゲガするんじゃないかと、クッションを子供と壁の間に置き対応。総評ここに泊まるなら、もう少し良いところに泊まろうと、勉強になった。エントランス、フロントとかは綺麗だが、部屋はビジネスホテルと同等、またはそれ以下。某有名ビジネスホテルとかの方が綺麗。ホテルの方々には申し訳ない評価ではあるが、小さい子連れの方に、私と同じ嫌な思いをしてほしくないので、厳しく、今回あった事実のみを書きました。

I like this hotel and would stay here again except for one issue. Mold. This building has a mold issue. I immediately smelled it when entering our room. I saw the mold later coming out of a vent in the ceiling above the elevators in the lobby. Water drips from the vent. You can clearly see it. There must be mold growing in other places you can't see since I smelled it in our room. I hope they can fix this issue because other than that, I liked staying there.

The first time when we checked in the room given was very modern and appealing. However a week later when we checked in again the room assigned was on the 9th floor and to our surprise it didn’t feel as it the same hotel as before. The room was very small with old furniture, bathroom was very old fashioned even the paint on the walls looked ages old. So shocked to see the difference between the floors and the rooms in the same hotel.

A short 7 min walk from the station, this is a great place to stay with great food, convenience stores, and amenities nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only two inconveniences were hard beds and an air conditioner that turned off in the middle of the night.

The room was great for a family of 4, the bathroom was amazing... the only problem and will be a big one for the net 8 months: the hotel controls the AC at 20 Celsius centrally, our room was hit by sun light in the morning the heat was very uncomfortable... but overall great room for one night near Haneda Airport. The washroom amenities were great quality and they had other items available if needed. The neighborhood was very convenient to trains, restaurants, yet hotel is in a nice quiet area.

No sense of customer service. First issue was lack of flexibility in room rules. Although Expedia showed that the room could accommodate up to 4 adults, they did not allow it. Also, we misplaced a room key and were charged 1000 yen to replace it. We then found the original key but were told the 1000 yen was non reimbursable. Lack of logic and customer service. Also, rooms are dated and lack quality amenities.

My stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Omori was very disappointing. The room was smelly and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The front desk staff was not accommodating, and most of them barely understood English. They also weren’t friendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We will definitely not stay here again. I requested a late check-out and was willing to pay the quoted around $125 for another day instead of late check out fee. When I called back to confirm, the front desk told me I still had to check out at 11 AM and check back in at 3 PM. I explained that I was already an in-house guest and only needed to extend my stay until 6 PM. They said they had no late check-out option, so I agreed to pay for another night. However, I was then told I would have to pay an additional about $120 (total $230) just to check in at 12 PM instead of 3 PM, which made no sense since I was already checked in. Overall, the service was confusing, unprofessional, and very frustrating.

The hotel was close to a lot of shops and the train station. We preferred to be a bit further away from the busy Tokyo area. The staff were great, especially the front desk lady who helped me contact the police to arrange for an item that I had lost to be returned to me. I had a great experience and I would stay at this hotel if I ever go to Tokyo again in the future.

Area is walkable to a train station, which you will need to get to the airport because their advertised shuttle barely fits anyone. Their air conditioning isn’t controlled room to room they control it in the front and every night was so hot. They are picky about keys and apparently tell some people they can only have one, I was able to haggle for two keys. Inside of the room is very run down and our bathroom had no ventilation, there is also no window you can open in the rooms.

We will 100% stay here again when returning and leaving from Tokyo. The location and shuttle to and from the airport is great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with some nice shopping close by. The staff was exceptionally nice as well.

About 6 mins from the train station (although you'll need to find your way there with Google maps) but generally well connected to the major areas in Tokyo. There are also plenty of convenience shops around, food options and even a free large playground for kids. There are vending machines outside the rooms and we loved the free airport shuttle bus from the hotel. Would definitely book again :)

The toilet feature in our room did not work properly, and there were no coffee sachets or basic amenities provided. The hotel was in a convenient location from the train station & restaurants. There was a Lawson across the street for snacks. The hotel is a little dated. The lobby was very small. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The rooms were small and a bit old. The carpet was pretty stained. I was a bit sad that this was our hotel for the 4 days we spent in Tokyo, but it was fine. The hotel staff was courteous and if you are only sleeping at the hotel then it works great.

Airport shuttle was a plus, but breakfast was very limited on time. Starts 7 to 9:30 only. Hours says 7 to 10am, but they actually close at 9:30 because you cannot enter at 9:30
