Very nice and friendly staff. Cute room with the comfiest futons during our whole trip. The common bathroom with a Japanese bath is sure to be recommended (open for a private visit 19:00 to 01:00). The en-suite bathroom to the room was the most boring thing though.

This is a wonderful, family run, small hotel nestled in a sea of tranquillity right in the heart of Shibuya, 15 minutes from the Scramble Crossing. It recently went through some renovations, and the rooms are just beautiful. I had a traditional tatami matt room. I last stayed here in 2018 and had such a good experience, I booked again on this trip. Added bonus, the newly renovated private bath on the main floor. Highly recommended.

Det var en fantastisk oplevelse. Jeg havde endda værelse uden bad og toilet, men fællesfaciliteterne var helt fænomenale. Særligt hotellets private onsen var jeg helt betaget af. Servicen var i top og der var altid nogle til at hjælpe. Indretningen var så fin og meget traditionel japansk. Der var roligt og rent med en god seng. Der var også hjælp til hvis man evt. ønsker at sende sin baggage til næste hotel.

This is such a special place and it gives you a little taste of traditional Japanese hospitality, while being in walking distance of Shibuya Crossing and Meguro. The staff here are incredible and make you feel so welcome. I stayed in a room without private toilet or shower, but it was honestly fine considering I never had to wait for the ones in the hall (which were individual and had locks in the inside). On the nights that I stayed here, I was mostly around the Shibuya crossing / scramble area. One night I went out to a bar and was able to stay out really late which was nice, because I could easily walk home. If you sty here, definitely check out the many lunch spots in the neighborhood within a five minute walk behind the hotel. It was a super cute, quiet neighborhood, which was a nice change from hectic Shibuya. Definitely recommend! One thing to note is that there is not an elevator, but this was not a problem for me.

温泉の個人利用ができたことが良かったです。早めにチェックインをしてゆっくりできるメリットがあったのて予約をしましたが、内装工事がうるさく、ゆっくりできませんでした。工事の情報は予約時点で知りたかったところです。部屋が暗く、冷蔵庫がなかったことが不便でした。浴衣やドライヤーも部屋にはなく、申し出なければ部屋には何も置いていない状況でしたので、サービスは低くつけさせていただきました。ちなみに借りたドライヤーに、ほこりがたくさんつまっており、清潔感がありませんでした。申し訳ありませんが、サービス含め全体的に金額と見合っていないと思いました。

This was a nice modern Ryoken style hotel. The room I had was very spacious. The hotel was very quiet despite being close to a main road and elevated highway. It’s not far from Shibuya but far enough to be away from the crowds and noise. I wish there was a kettle and mugs in the room. The only option was the self serve beverage station in the lobby.

Very nice and friendly staff. Cute room with the comfiest futons during our whole trip. The common bathroom with a Japanese bath is sure to be recommended (open for a private visit 19:00 to 01:00). The en-suite bathroom to the room was the most boring thing though.

こうなんというか、インバウンドに乗っかっていこう！的なカンジでアパートと、その隣の一軒家？をリノベーションで合体させて作ったような和風ホテル。ドミトリーはチョとなあ・・・でも高いホテルも避けたい！余計なモノはイラナイから寝られればいいんだよ！っていう人にはベストチョイスかも。部屋は元がアパートだからなのか6畳位あって広い。広いけどナニもない。そしてオシャレといればオシャレ？っていう超素っ気ない内装と併せて、親戚の家のもう誰も使ってない部屋感を醸し出す。お部屋にはおトイレとお風呂はありません（それは共同）ついでに収納も一切ないという割り切りかた。TVも見た事ない古い小さな液晶TVが一つ。ドアは引き戸なので廊下の明かりが部屋に漏れる・・・って事は音もめっちゃ漏れるのでウルサクできない。ここまで書いて一見DISってるように思えるのですが、ヤスイんすよ、ここ。渋谷の裏側の神泉の静かな住宅街にあるのに1万円でした（自分が泊った時は）その値段じゃああまりアレコレいうのも気がひける。重ねて言いますが、これで十分っていう人にはホントにベストチョイス。ちなみに改装後そんなに経ってないのかな？共同ですが、トイレとシャワールームはめっちゃ清潔で匂いもありません。とてもイイ！！あそこはすごく評価できる。是非とも維持して欲しい。多くを望まなければホントにわるくないホテルです。

My first room wasn't particularly to my liking so they changed me to a different room and even offered to bring my luggage to the new room. That was really nice and and I was more than prepared to do it myself. The hotel staff mainly speak Japanese, so for the average person I would recommend having google translate on your phone; for the more worldly travellers (or huge fans of Japanese culture) you are going to have a great time conversing with them in Japanese. I cannot stress how friendly they are. The hotel's location might feel a bit out of the way, but the truth is it's perfect. It's RIGHT next to a bus terminal so you can get to Shibuya station easily; plus there's a lot of things within walking distance. Perfect placement

The staff were so kind and helpful. They spoke enough English for me to feel comfortable asking questions. Th rooms were very clean. They were doing some construction but they were reasonable about the times and let us know in advance. The construction was never a bother. I loved this hotel and would go back.
