The hotel was in the middle of heavy renovation. The whole entry lobby area was a construction zone. Breakfast was grab and go. Room itself was good once I got to it.

Conveniently located to highway. Extended time for breakfast, staff was accommodating with an early check-in time. Location is sketchy and I wasn't forewarned that hotel was undergoing remodeling. This is good for future guests, but for me it was bothersome to keep walking into construction staff. Also, we were disturbed a few times to swap out furniture for the remodeling. Very annoying.

Booked thru Expedia. Arrived at the lobby and they are undergoing full renovation which was not listed in expedia. Front desk never said sorry and just said that I booked thru 3rd party site so this info was never shared to us haha what a nonsense. Highly do not recommend.

I usually stay in Holiday Inn express. The breakfast was usual, and good. Our room however was not cleaned to our satisfaction, as the rug had potato chips on it, and other things, which led me to believe. it was not vacuumed or overlooked. The rest of the room, the bed, was good. The shower has a rail near the spicket, however, the shampoo and soap are on the other end of the tub. I am disabled and was unable to find another rail to grab the soaps. This seemed odd to me. The front desk was professional and friendly, our reservation was organized. we checked into our room with no problems. The Inn has one elevator, with 3 floors. Might have liked one more elevator for convienance.

Overall great hotel. Easy parking and great breakfast. What I didn’t like was that the sheets had very light stains. You could only see with a flashlight. The staff was great as well!

Tried to get a one hour late check out they wanted $75, really that’s almost the whole night leaving by 1 o’clock in the afternoon and we are high status members. My girlfriend stays there dozens of nights easy at your various locations mostly in Minnesota, the breakfast was horrible. I drove extra and paid extra for your breakfast and it was nasty dried out sausage salty cheese, omelette, water down orange juice bacon was OK and your hot rolls were good, I will never pay extra again except for Troy Ohio at one of your places I drove a half hour extra for your biscuit and gravy, and there was none! Total garbage set up and rules very disappointed you’re supposed to be a top notch hotel chain, and I have had good luck with you prior to this

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was super comfortable and convenient, especially when traveling with a toddler. There is a delicious assortment of breakfast and the server, Vicki who preps the breakfast was amazing. Thank you for making our stay comfortable - I will definitely visit here again.

We were running later than expected (1 am); I called ahead and the desk clerk said he would wait for us, and he did. Quick and easy check in/check out; clean rooms, hot breakfast of omelets, sausage, coffee, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. Friendly staff, clean common areas. Would stay here again.

Beyond this place being disgusting, a person who called herself the manager named Zoe refused to provide us with a room and laughed that we would not have a place to sleep tonight. She is rude and I think what she did was borderline criminal. Someone who owns the property needs to fire her and someone from Holiday Inn corporate needs to dig in further to understand what really happened tonight. WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE! FIND ANOTHER PROPERTY!!!
