Location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. It's right in the middle of a Piazza near all kinds of restaurants and shops and about a 10 minute walk to the ferry. Such a cute area and would recommend it to anyone! It was clean, modern and we had a room with a great view of the Piazza and from the other side the sea with Mt. Vesuvius in the background! It was July and very hot and the air conditioning was incredible. Great communication with the staff prior to arrival and breakfast is an option as well. Also has an elevator which was necessary for us with heavy luggage. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

The location is truly unbeatable, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room itself was a dream immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the cute little kitchen, which allowed me to whip up a small breakfast each morning. Although we didn’t cook dinner, it was nice to know that option was available. Catarina at the front desk was a gem! Fluent in English, she made communication a breeze and was exceptionally helpful. She arranged sameday tours for us at the last minute, which really enhanced our experience. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Fantastic property - Christina was so welcoming and helped with organising ferry to Capri The location is perfect you can walk to everywhere , the valet parking service is outstanding they take your car away at the door and you just text when you want car . Can’t recommend this hotel enough

La Piazzetta is a picturesque, quiet and charming place. Converted into a beautiful place with an easy walk to everything. Our room had a kitchen and a balcony facing the piazza. The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was just perfect and Katarina from the front desk was just amazing and very helpful. We are planing to book this place again next year.

absolutely loved our stay here! We felt really welcomed and the room was clean and spacious! Location wise, it was very convenient to everything we needed- shopping, dining etc. There was also a lift from ground floor to the rooms which definitely made it way easier for our luggages. Highly recommend!!

Otroligt fint ställe och fina rum. Kylskåpet trasigt i ena rummet och airco verkade inte fungera: receptionen agerade snabbt, inom 20 min var vaktmästare på plats och ordnade båda problemen. Ingen frukost på hotellet men alltså möjlighet att ha enklare mat i kylskåp

Our stay was phenomenal. Entire staff was friendly and eager to assist any way they could. Room is very clean and daily cleaning service exceptional. The location could not be better. You can walk everywhere within downtown. We used property as our base camp and were able to see so, so much of the Amalfi Coast. You recommend to anyone wondering where to stay in Sorrento.

Great location in Sorrento. Staff was super inviting and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. After spending time on the Amalfi Coast and Capri, it was nice to come back to this hotel. Plenty of hot water in the shower and they always had you clean towels. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing and wonderful place. Located on a beautiful small piazza just above the marina, it’s both quiet and convenient. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and spotless. Some rooms even have a view of the Bay of Naples. Breakfast is excellent. But the best of all is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Catarina is in a class by herself: because we had an early ferry she arranged for a delicious breakfast to be left in our room.

I Can’t say enough about this property and the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful to my family and i. Traveling with a 3 year old didn’t bother them at all. They were so kind and lovely. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. It was clean and bright and super modern. The balcony opened over the piazza and had a lovely view. We were able to wash laundry and hang it to dry. Lovely views and fresh are were also wonderful. The breakfast was great and the bathroom was also spacious with a great shower. We loved the location and will definitely come back when we visit Sorrento.

Even better than expected. Very comfortable room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, etc. Both of our rooms also had a great view of the piazza and one also had a beautiful view of the sea. Nice breakfast and great staff.

Excellent stay in the city of Sorrento! Ciara and Angelica among others were really very pleasant and welcoming ! Accommodated to all our needs including breakfast box when we had to leave early and when we arrived late at the hotel ! The hotel is clean, rooms are safe although not as spacious however the hotel is located in Sorrento Center and very close to all the restaurants cafes and shops

This hotel is in a great location, convenient to the lift to get to the pier and easy walking distance to shopping and dining. Katerina gave us the best check in experience we have ever had. She was welcoming, informative and even walked us to our room. Our room was large and had a balcony overlooking the plaza. We travelled for nearly a month over Italy, Switzerland, France and the UK, and the Piazzetta Guest House was our favorite stay of the trip.

Amazing staff and very understanding and accommodating. Glad to have stayed here. We enjoyed their breakfast daily. They answered any questions we had and pointed us in the right direction. The one thing I did not like is the two story studio we stayed in. Bathroom on first floor and bedroom on top so I had to go up and down so many damn times. Imagine waking up middle of the night to go the bathroom... Having to go down the narrow tiny steps? One wrong move and you end up in an Italian hospital. Anyways other than that it was a good stay.

We stayed at La Piazzetta Guest House for 5 nights and I can honestly say the service was amazing and the location was perfect! Special thanks to Caterina and Mrs Lia who went above and beyond for both our dietary requirements and arranging an extra early breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever visit Sorrento.

One word comes to mind... SUPERB!!! Everything about the La Piazzetta Guest House was superb! The staff - Superb! The property - Superb! Accommodations/room - Superb! Location - Superb! My wife and I spent 10 days in Sorrento as our hub for touring the "toe of the boot", and we couldn\'t have picked a better hotel! Communication and texting with Caterina, Alessandra, and Pasquale was super easy. They are very responsive! We had breakfast every morning which is served from 8-10am, and for the mornings where we had an early tour before they were open for breadfast, they packed us a large goodie bag with pancakes, sandwiches, muffins, fruits, you name it! Our room was very spacious, and so clean. I mean this entire hotel is so clean and hardly shows signs of use. And it\'s super quiet. Our room was on the 2nd floor and each night we slept with our terrace door open - it was perfect! Location, location, location! The La Piazzetta GH is in the perfect location - everything is within walking distance, literally! Piazza Tasso, the bus/train station, the ferry station, the Sorrento Lift, Old Town, Marina Piccolo, Marina Grande, etc. And so many restaurants within walking distance. The week we were in Sorrento, it turns out was the "Sorrento Roads 1000 Miglia Vintage Car Show & Race." I\'m a gear head to it was a pleasant surprise to experience this event! There is really nothing to dislike about the LPGH. Book this hotel without concerns... you\'ll love it as we did!!!

Amazing property! Don't think twice about staying at La Piazzetta Guest House. Perfect location, very safe, amazing staff! They held our bags for us to accommodate extra time before the ferry to Naples and even helped call the ferry office to determine what time departure would be. The breakfast was served in room and felt extra special. Could even make out a silver of the sea and Vesuvius from our window. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Sorrento!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel that exceeded all my expectations! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room itself was a dream immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the cute little kitchen, which allowed me to whip up a small breakfast each morning. Although we didn’t cook dinner, it was nice to know that option was available. Catarina at the front desk was a gem! Fluent in English, she made communication a breeze and was exceptionally helpful. She arranged sameday tours for us at the last minute, which really enhanced our experience. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The combination of great service, cleanliness, and location, all at a very reasonable price, makes it a perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again and for a longer duration next time!

Everything is pretty good with the exception of the breakfast lady that is always upset and has no sense of hospitality! Like she is doing you a favor and don’t want you there! Rest of the staff is friendly, specially in the front desk!

Pasquale and Caterina our hosts were fabulous. Very sweet and accommodating. We wanted to stay another night and they managed to help and moved our luggage and rooms for us. Gave us recommendations on where to go and how to get there. Our apartment balcony looked over the piazza in Sorrento and was an amazing experience. Thank you to both of them. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at La Piazzetta Guest House. This place was very well located, close to so many amenities and within less than 10 minutes walking distance from the train station! Caterina was a great contact and very personable. She answered all of my questions even from before we arrived to Sorrento and help me figure out the best way to do what we wanted. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was the best we had during our Italy vacation! They are very accommodating if we needed to leave before breakfast time and packed it up for us when we notified them of our morning schedule. Pasquale was also very welcoming and helpful. I am so glad that we booked our stay in such a convenient place at La Piazzetta Guest House in Sorrento, Italy.

Our stay was phenomenal. Entire staff was friendly and eager to assist any way they could. Room is very clean and daily cleaning service exceptional. The location could not be better. You can walk everywhere within downtown. We used property as our base camp and were able to see so, so much of the Amalfi Coast. You recommend to anyone wondering where to stay in Sorrento.

HIGHLY recommend staying here. La Piazzetta is located at the top of the lift from the marina and right on one of the main squares in Sorrento. Lots of food and shopping options are within a minute walk. Above that and why we (family of 5) recommend this hotel is the staff. Caterina was out main contact and she was PHENOMENAL. She helped with everything from check-in to getting around the city, dining recommendations and making sure we were comfortable while staying there. We also did not leave until late in the afternoon but were able to hold our luggage on the property to enjoy the day. The accommodations were also great for our family. We had plenty of space.

This hotel is in a great location, convenient to the lift to get to the pier and easy walking distance to shopping and dining. Katerina gave us the best check in experience we have ever had. She was welcoming, informative and even walked us to our room. Our room was large and had a balcony overlooking the plaza. We travelled for nearly a month over Italy, Switzerland, France and the UK, and the Piazzetta Guest House was our favorite stay of the trip.

Good spot, basic but just what we needed. Bed was small (double) but fine for a quick stay. Very clean. Staff were all very helpful. If you’re looking for a centrally located place to stay in Sorrento, this is it. The accommodations were very clean, and the daily breakfast spread is delicious. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating, special kudos to Caterina and Christa, they are the best!

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this property is! The front desk team, owners, house keepers, and dining staff were all amazing! They really made us feel like true family. The breakfast was always so tasty and the cappuccinos always hit the spot. The room was very comfortable and the hotel location is perfect for all things Sorrento. DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE!

This is the place to stay in Sorrento! The beautiful modern decor and amenities were spot on. We had everything we love from cozy robes and slippers to coffee options in our room. The bathroom was amazing, oh that shower, The hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of us before we arrived and during our stay, 10/10 to the fabulous staff!
