Airport shuttle took hour to pick us up. We had a 11 am reservation for the shuttle to cruise port...it was late too. Elevator in hotel was broke for 2 days. Had to walk with luggage down 7 flights of stairs. Very disappointing!

We had a quick overnight stay here. Everything was clean and we'll kept. We did not have a vehicle so it was nice that we were able to walk to a couple of fast food, restaurants and gas stations to get what we needed. We wanted to use the hotel airport transportation in the morning, however the first shuttle does not leave until 6:30 a.m. and we need it to leave by 5:30 a.m. to make our flight. So beware of that if you have an early flight. Everything else was great!

Loved that it was really close to the airport. The hotel itself was clean. Our room was spacious, great view of Miami skyline from the 7th floor. Pool was clean. Only complaint would be the small pool towels. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, Lourdes, Tamara, and Sergio were great. I loved the shuttle service to and from the airport and port of Miami. But this facility should have a service elevator for staff. One of the 2 elevators broke down and at was a 5-10 minute wait to go up and down due to maintenance and housekeeping using the elevator

Hotel s clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was disappointing. We waited an hour and it still had not arrived - even after calling the hotel several times. We finally grabbed a taxi ($20) instead of waiting any longer.

Excellent and convenient location. It is near to the Miami international airport and the Coral Gables area. It has a restaurant you can eat breakfast and dinner for a convenient price. One thing I didn’t like was that the parking was not included and you have to pay $15 per day if you need it. Other than that, everything was good!

The reason for giving this place only one star is because I had an allergic reaction the entire week I was there. I brought the situation to the front desk, but nothing was done. Even though I had housekeeping cleaned and changed the linens, the reaction continued. Antihistamines weren’t working. When I underwent an allergy test, I discovered that I was allergic to mold! The hotel had a high concentration of mold, which was the cause of the hives I was experiencing.

This is an older hotel near Miami Int airport. It was not clean, anywhere, from the checkin desk with dust/crumbs on the counter to the old stained carpet in every hallway. There are 2 older elevators, only one was operstional and very slow. The stairs if chose to take them tske you down to the lobby, but no access for going up to the rooms. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, and clean. The room itself was not clean, carpet stained

The room was very clean, very spacious, the amenities were ready for use. Only thing that bothered me, was all the lights were constantly flickering no matter what, the bathroom door and front door stuck a lot and we had to push or pull them open which was very annoying.

Check-in and out was easy and seamless. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room matched the description and housekeeping was available daily, which I appreciated. My only issue was that the room's A/C made loud, disruptive noises, it likely needs servicing. As a light sleeper, this affected my rest. Additionally, the rooms aren't soundproof; I was located near a storage facility and could hear early morning staff conversations, as well as other guests' doors slamming and movements in the hallway. Despite those minor inconveniences, the hotel is conveniently located near fast food restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The front desk staff, in particular, was truly amazing and made the stay more pleasant.

We stayed one night. Our flight was early but we were able to check-in early. The appearance was clean and cute. Some renovations were still going on but not on our floor. The room was clean, cool and beautiful, equipted with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, a plus The restuarant being in hotel is a plus. The breakfast was good and dinner was ok. However, the walls in the room are thin. But overall this place is excellent.

I called ahead and inquired as to early chec-in which I was informed I could check-in at any time if a room was available and it would be $20. At the time of check-in I was told I could check-in early after 8:00 am for free, but if I did it earlier, it would be $56. Since it was close to 8:00 am I waited. At 8:00 am I went back to the front desk, and there was another employee there. I was told I couldn’t check-in until after 9:00 am and it would be $20. I explained the situation and the information I was given. The amount of inconsistencies didn’t sit right with me. Later that night I requested an additional towel and wash cloth. When I called housekeeping I was told they ran out of wash cloths and towels, and had no more. My husband went the next morning down to the front desk and asked, which they provided him with one towel and said they don’t have wash cloths. Then later on in the evening the toilet wasn’t working. The tank wouldn’t fill up, and wouldn’t flush. I called housekeeping and the front desk with there being no answer. Lastly, the entire floor we were on was extremely noisy with people yelling at each other in the hallway and kids running up and down the hall. The room next to us seemed to be only children, which they were yelling and screaming from 11:00 pm until well after 2:15 am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a hotel before.

This place is amazing you feel welcome the minute you step in. Belkis and Tamara have an excellent customer service skill. very accommodating to your needs. This place was very clean and have a very comfortable bed. The free shuttles from the airport were very convenience and effective and for a small fee they pick you up from the cruise port to the airport.

The position of the hotel was perfect. Close to the airport but you couldn't hear the planes . I was on the 7 floor, perfect uninterrupted view of downtown Miami. East access to all the main roads yet could not hear traffic. Rooms big and clean.

This hotel was not only affordable, but is well kept with remodeling being done when I checked in, and touch ups (painting) throughout my stay. Friendly helpful and inviting staff, made it even more welcoming and worthwhile. Minutes from the airport and several businesses. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was well kept, and very friendly staff. However the elevator must be ancient- I would wait for anywhere from 5-7 minutes for the elevator to arrive at my floor. The traffic is terrible but that's not the hotels fault. Overall it was well priced, centric and well kept. The restaurant in the lobby was nice and and the food was delicious too.

Overall the stay was good, the lobby can get very crowded and overwhelming during big rushes. You also have to pay for breakfast and the servers might forget you’re sitting there and forget to bring your food.

Check in was fast and easy. We decided to get something to eat at the restaurant there in the hotel. The food was ok but the wait for the food and to get refills took forever. We signed up to take the transport to get to the cruise terminal. BIG mistake. It was so unorganized. We could have taken and uber instead and paid the same price. Also that morning a gentleman was questioning something about his stay and the woman at the front desk was acting as if he was attacking her. She got really loud and was saying “sir it’s not my fault”. I have been in hospitality before and the customer is always right and you try to accommodate them as best as you can. Overall I would say it was a poor experience.

No Bartender on staff, apparently the owner of the hotel is the only bartender and seems to have limited hours at this hotel. Bar had gnats because things were sticky and a bit dirty. Staff could have been cleaning but hung around on their cell phones. The food was marginal and when the cook got an order she had a hard time understanding the details. Lobby could have been cleaner and the bugs flying in lobby, maybe could use a bug zapper.
