Property does not have ac in rooms. Makes it hot. Sat on bench at outside public area and leg broke off form the table and seat and i fell over backwards. Left a bump on my head and bruise on left elbow and hip. Maintenance had to see steel bench was rotted out,just painted over it

The staff were friendly. However the first room i was given the TV and Phone were not working. I was given two keys to a new room and only one key worked so i returned the one not working. The sound when neighbors on either side walk around their room is so loud I was questioning if someone was stomping on the roof. They were doing work on the driveway it was so loud and smelly while I stayed there. The parking is awful. I read this in some of the other reviews but It was worse than expected. I like the location and the price but man it was not a restful stay.

They charged my card ahead of time despite me selecting the option to pay on arrival. Bathroom was dirty, both short and long hairs in the shower which was still wet from a previous bather. No elevator which would have been nice to know for some in our group. Definitely will not be staying here again, we will try our luck with another place on our next coast trip.

This is a very bare bones place but you pay for what you get. The floors were dirty, there were some ants in the room, the TV didn’t work, and the fridge was in the closet (and it was also basically a freezer because everything all the drinks I put in there were slush the next morning) but again, for the price, I guess I can’t complain too much. I just needed a place to sleep for a night on my drive up the coast and this worked fine but I would not want to stay here for more than one night.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, there was no working electrical outlets in the bathroom, TV had no signal whatsoever, one of the electrical outlets in the room had no cover, breakfast was literally non existent, and on top of that there was a mold on the bathroom ceiling. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Staff not friendly, dirty floors to the point where my kids feet were black. Beds are terrible everytime you moved they squeaked and were so hard. The bathroom had black hair on the tile and around the soap dispenser. It felt disgusting. Couldn’t wait to leave.

The bed was clean but the room was not. It was noisy but it was New Year’s Eve so not totally the property’s responsibility. But they could have done something when the couple were fighting at 2:00 AM. The refrigerator did not work. The window in the bathroom was cracked. It was ok

I was looking foward to sleeping with the AC but it didn't work at all. The ceiling fan was so small couldn't even feel any air. The bed has metal sheets and I would hit it everytime I was near the bed so annoying makes a loud noise. The bathroom was decent I like the sink color but it was really low along with the toilet. The mini fridge though was amazing my drinks were crispy love that. The microwave was old but turned on. There was no coffee maker. Very noisy neighbors the two nights I stayed. Doesn't really have much breakfast options. I wouldn't recommend staying here with kids and family the noise kept waking up my baby. The train and cruise ships are so loud! The ice cup was dirty and cracked. I paid almost $300 not worth that price.

Easy access to 101. Front desk literally said less than 10 words to us. Since no A/C, wi does we’re left open and even though it was a no smoking establishment, everyone outside was smoking and the smell lifted in our room. Room was nice.

We stayed in a spacious room with two beds. The room was in the back part of the property of the one story motel. Our room had windows that leaked rain into the room as it rained all night. Heat was supplied by baseboard heaters and we were concerned about rain on them. Almost all the windows were unlocked. Glad I noticed this and locked all the windows before we went to bed. The bath/shower is old and had outdated pink tile. The floors were updated, but I really wish hotels and motels would discontinue using brown comforters on the beds. The towels were dirty and had stains. There was someone else's hair on one towel. Really disgusting - as if they had hung back used towels. The breakfast offered with the stay was nothing fantastic - waffles, cereal, juice, coffee.

Office gal was weird. Confirmed 2 beds, Sent me to a room that had the door open and sheets off, when I walked in to inform her the guests in front of me had the same thing happen to them. She then asked 1 bed or 2? I was like… Really? Bizarre. It was nice and clean. It was really cold, we set the heater and went to dinner, came back 2hrs later, still cold. Called the front and said the heater isn’t working, do you have extra comforters? (The bedspread was thin with a thin flannel blanket. She said no. So I asked about a portable heater, she said someone else is using it, she will call me. 40min later she knocks on the door and brings a stinky(like cigarette smoke) heater to at barely worked.

The manager was not friendly and welcoming. The heater in the room wasn't working and my 85 year old father and i were miserable the first night due to the cold. Luckily family we were visiting gave us a space heater to use the second night. When i checked out i wanted to inform the manager that we were checking out and before i could tell her about the heater, she was quick to inform me i could leave the room key in basket. I informed her of the heater issue, she rudely asked what room i was in and didn't apologize or offer any incentive to come back and stay.

I have stayed at Oceanside 4x over the past 3 years - same room, same great service. This place works for me. You can walk to quaint Main Street easily and quickly. Glass Beach is a pebble away. Save your $ for great restaurants!

Very satisfied with our stay. Room was great, clean and spacious. Staff was great. Even had a free breakfast even though the original listing when I booked the room said no breakfast. I will say check the windows when you arrive. Two of ours were unlocked. The previous guests must have had them opened.

Ok for a night of sleeping and getting off the road. Heater in room didn’t work, 2 paper thin sheets on beds. Froze all night. Weather stripping on door falling over repeatedly, napkins shoved in air vent to keep it in place. Breakfast was awful. Worst oatmeal I have ever had. Every single person that came in for breakfast asked if they had any cream besides powered packets. Cheap food for conventional breakfast. Paper thins walls, you can hear when the person next door turns on sink or uses toilet. Would not stay again. Location was good

The property was very well kept and parking was really easy. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast could’ve had more options, but was sufficient. We didn’t realize that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and bed to be made. When we asked, they made the bed, provided clean towels and swept the bedroom, but there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor the entire time we were there. we would most definitely stay here again. The price was right, the location was good and the staff was incredible!
