Clean room

The room was clean and I had an excellent view. I hate it didn’t have a washer and dryer. I did see 2 water bugs but that was expected at the beach. I would stay again and the location was great!!

Put in a maintenance request, received an email that a technician will contact me shortly. Never saw or heard from the host or technician about the issue I had with the guest bathroom light. Also, I contacted the host because no wristbands were in my room for the pool. I never received a response about this and had to go to the front desk upon her return to get wristbands. The front desk representative told me to make sure I let them know that she gave the wristbands to me.

Room furnishings were not in ideal conditions,very worn and outdated. Never saw any staff at all!

The pools were clean, hotel was small but clean and in a great location close to a lot of activities and restaurants
