Brand new hotel, still setting up some of the rooms. Overall my experience was good.

The halls smelled of wet dogs or something. The room AC unit had all sorts of particles and pieces of things in it where the air comes out ( not clean AC at all), and the AC fan ran all night even when on auto mode and when it was not blowing cold air. The bath room fan did not blow air it just made a screeching noise any time it was turned on. The vacum crew does not check near furniture because I found two pills (no idea of what) next to the night stand that were there when I sat down on the bed, better vacuming would have got them. The room was right above the main sliding door entry so almost till 11pm we heard it open and close and rumble all night and then again it started at 5am. Other than that the room was clean. Personally I feel that for what we paid for this room it was not worth it. We will most likely stay elsewhere next time.

The property is now Best Western, Forgot to tell me it was under construction. Pool was green and where they threw all their construction junk. The room I was in they had construction going on both sides. Front parking lot was where they had all the old beds. The good part was it was a new bed and sheets.

The hotel is very much “under construction.” The parking lot is full of old, dirty mattresses. The rooms do have new furniture & paint, but they are far from clean. The air filters in the ac unit looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The windowsill was full of dead bugs. The drawers in the kitchen had hair, crumbs, and plastic trash in them. Only one burner on the stove top had a knob. There is no ice maker on the property and no other amenities. The milk and yogurts at breakfast were both expired by several days.
