The motel was wonderful except upon arrival they informed us the swimming pool was not available because it needed servicing. We had only made the reservation two nights beforehand and that was one of the reasons we stayed there is because they had a pool as we were with grandchildren And that’s what they wanted to do. They had announcements to that effect in frames mounted in the elevator, which led me to believe that swimming pool has been out of order for a long time which as I said, is one of the only reasons we stayed there

Room was great. Staff was very nice. Thought it was odd that we had to request a key to access the pool and that the key deactivated after a hour. Hot tub was also out of order. Pool was nice to swim in - just thought the key part was weird.

Pros: Great staff who you can contact via text to request things or get advice on local stuff; daily housekeeping (which is unavailable in many hotels these days); ample free parking; breakfast included (fresh waffles, cereal, amazing creme brulee-flavored doughnuts, juice/coffee/milk); easy-to-use thermostat kept us comfy day and night Cons: Pool is much smaller than anticipated and possibly overly chlorinated; floor could use a good vacuuming; I guess my expectations of the hotel as a whole were too high because of the amazing rating on Expedia Mixed Bag: the location is on the very edge of town, which isn't that bad because Vernal is small; however, when we needed something from the drugstore, for instance, it is 10 or so stoplights away; the hot tub looked good, but it was out of order/closed for our entire stay.

The hotel was great for the price. We went there over spring with our kids and theyvjust wanted to swim at the pool the whole time and the temperature in the pool and hot tub was good. They have a system they just started where you have to check out a pool key, i think its to keep it from getting too crowded. Youre only supposed to have it for an hour but we never had any issues staying longer. The breakfast was simple but everything was good. We had some pears that were actually ripe which is was impressive for a hotel breakfast. There arent a lot of seats in the dining area and since there were a ton of families there for spring break it got pretty crazy down there and it was hard to keep things stocked during the rush. We ended up eating our room and going back down a little later and when it was less busy to get more food and they have everything well stocked again.

Great stay in a really cool town for a night. Pool was a good temperature (hot tub was being repaired) and the room was very comfy. Breakfast was continental and no hot buffet, but offered hard boiled eggs and an assortment of yogurts and cereals as well as a pancake and waffle maker.

The elevators were broken. The vending machine in the downstairs lobby was broken and the other two vending machines haven't been filled for a while. Lots of empty spaces with a handful of selections. They were nearly empty.

Because I had a service dog, we were put in an accessible room. The refrigerator still had someone else's food in it and the bathroom was dirty. The shower was full of black mold and in some areas the grout was put over the mold. The stay the week prior was a much cleaner room.

The room itself was nice and clean. The hallway however had bags of garbage all up and down it. The garbage can was in the hall overflowing with garbage and beer bottles stacked on top stinking up the hallway. It remained that way until the following morning.

When I visit Vernal, I choose microtel every time. They are clean, quiet, and the room is always clean no matter which floor I'm assigned. The breakfast is decent with pancakes or waffles, cereal, fruit, and an assortment of bread and pastries.

The only complaint I have is that the wireless internet connection was very poor on the 3rd floor in my room. It would disconnect often and the signal was very weak. Additional wifi extensions would make this a 5/5 for me!

Our room had a tree that when the wind blew scrapped and screeched against the window. Unnerving to say the least. Internet was down, we were told when we arrived that it wouldn't be working during our one night stay, no discount offered. Thought that odd. I won't stay at this Wyndham again, it's not worth the nearly $200 that we paid

I liked the room and the property looked nice. But the young man working the front desk in the evening wasn’t very pleasant. It seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Another issue is way too much chlorine in the spa. To the point that there was a foam build up while on and the chlorine was so strong it was almost overwhelming to breathe.

Front desk staff was AMAZING! Check in was great, evening desk clerk made us fresh coffee when we wanted to end the day with some conversation in the lobby with friends. There were some facility challenges - elevator was out of order, air conditioning never really got the room cold; but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Microtel Naples really saved the day - and the stay! We'll be in Vernal area again in a couple of months, and Microtel will absolutely be where we stay.

It was adequate for the price. The pool is small and crowded but my kids didn’t mind. The fitness center needed to be cleaned and restocked with wipes and hand sanitizer and the stability ball is so old it’s hard. I asked them to clean it after working out but it hadn’t been cleaned or restocked the next morning when I used it again. The breakfast was fine but the woman taking care of it could’ve used some help to keep up with the crowd. The room was clean and comfortable and our requests for extra blankets and pillows was promptly handled. The staff was friendly and professsional.

The staff here are amazing! They helped us with a room accommodation for my disabled Sprouse as our request did not go threw when we made our reservation. The ladies at the front desk were able to move our room quickly and were so nice with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We will definitely stay again.

The room was clean and quiet, and parking was easy and sufficient. The fitness room was small with an elyptical and treadmill, but I was happy they had some dumbbells (15,20,25,30 pounds). I like that the hotel is not in the busy area as it made turning in and out less stressful. The one Main Street can get surprisingly busy! This was a nice, quiet, lowkey and affordable option.

Our first time here; a pleasant surprise. The microtel is relatively new. Staff is pleasant and the rooms are clean and attractive. The inn is relatively far from dining establishments and from shopping centers but given the fact traffic in Vernal/Naples is not significant, drives to destinations are relatively quick.

This has become our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Vernal. The rooms are comfortable, roomy, clean, and provide plenty of storage. Also, the environment feels welcoming, and the staff are kind and helpful. Heads-up, the only hot foods served at breakfast are hot beverages and waffles. The rest of the food options are cereals, some fruit, yogurt, and pastries.

I've stayed here twice and I really liked it. The rooms are very nice. The only downside to this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. Your options are essentially carbs or two boiled eggs. Not a fan, so I always have to find a better breakfast elsewhere. The complimentary coffee is really good, though.

Nice hotel, modern clean and well equipped. Unfortunately let down by the breakfast. I came down at 9am and there wasn't even a slice of bread to make toast. I asked but got a negative response. Would be 5* if not for this.

Everything was great with the check-in to the cleanliness of the premises. We have only 2 complaints....the swimming pool should be closed by 9:30 pm. The pool closes at 11pm. The kids were running the halls and banging on the walls at 11:15 at night, NOT COOL! The second complaint is that the breakfast was not as advertised on the booking site or their website, who wants cold cereal and waffles? No scrambled eggs or sausage? Get over the covid years people!! No more excuses! Bring back the true continental breakfast that you advertise!
