Parking was a mess. I damaged my car because the steps to the doors are the same color as the parking lot.

A nice place to stay and relax after a busy day. Convenient place to stay for our activities. Can’t turn left into lot. Overall pleased with the stay.

No one available to check us in. I ultimately had to call the motel and talk with someone to get attention. Most hotels have a bell to ring at the very least. Parking was challenging due to configuration of back lot. Room was clean. Shower water was only lukewarm. Location was very convenient for concert at Kia Forum,

The hotel owner was a very nice lady, they cleaned my room every morning, only minus part is the parking lot, very small and some spots were hard to get into, other than that everything else was good.

Safe parking

I stayed here and walked to see a show at the Kia forum. I liked that you park after the entrance of the motel so that your car is hidden from the street. The person at check in was accommodating and very nice. It was a bit of a walk to the Forum but with a group it’s not that sketchy.

This hotel room went beyond my expectations. Very friendly staff extremelyclean room and bathroom. I will definitely be staying here again if I go to Sofi for anything else. Took us just over 30 minutes to walk from the hotel to the stadium.

The floor in the room was dirty. And I seen a spider I also gotten bitten to.

Close location to the airport. The room we stayed in was run down. The bathroom floor was dirty. The mirror in the room was cracked.

Clean simple room quite neighborhood

The place was great for the price. The rooms not very big but that’s what I was looking for since I am only there to sleep. Just like many other places, the buildings are old but the place is fine and the staff was helpful. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the traffic and airplanes very well but I myself didn’t have any issues with noise. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The room was overall fine. My main issue was the refrigerator was luke warm and when I called the front desk to let them know all they said was “yeah they don’t get or stay very cold”. We had brought our own food to eat during our stay because the room had a fridge and then not to be able to use it was a big inconvenience/ false advertising. Also the tv turned on but had no connection to anything so we couldn’t watch it at all. That sucked when we had a few hours of downtime and didn’t bring anything else to do so we just sat in the hot room ( the ac didn’t work very week and it was very stuffy).

The room was extremely clean, had a nicely renovated bathroom, a refrigerator and microwave, a good tv with a broad range of channels including HBO and a comfortable bed. All much better than expected for an inexpensive motel a few minutes from LAX. Very convenient and would definitely stay there again.

This is a very clean property. You can tell the owners take pride in their motel. Check-in was easy. The staff is very friendly. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. Cold A/C, hot shower. Decent room size, but there is a very small bathroom and shower. Close to the Kia Forum and SoFi stadium and LAX. The walk from SoFi to the motel is just over a mile.

The Bed was ridiculous, practically on cardboard and hard mattress. The pillows were thin and we were only provided 3. Uncomfortable Bedspread. Ended up leaving at 1am as we couldn’t make it through the night.

Was in town for a concert at Sofi and was just looking for a place to sleep for the night. This hotel was very close to the Venue, staff was friendly, and yes the room was older it was still nice. My only real complain was about the bed it was super hard and there was only 2 pillows. My husband and I had a very hard time getting comfortable.

Positives: quiet. Ample parking. Convenient location. Clean and well maintained. Cold AC. Prompt, friendly service. Negative: slow WiFi. Overall: 5 stars for the price point

Clean and comfortable basic motel. Very basic, but to be expected at this price point. Motel is in good condition, looks to be have been renovated somewhat recently. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Stayed here for a concert at Kia forum and walk was relatively short and even though area didn’t look great, still felt safe, even walking back at 11:30pm. For this price I doubt you could find better.

Great affordable stay in the middle of town near the airport. Don't let the perception of the area fool you. Geneva was quiet, felt safe and was very well-appointed for a quick stay. As well, I left something of value in my room and the staff went above and beyond to get it back to me. Service and comfort are always appreciated!

Everything was wonderful the only thing that ruined it was that it was 10:50am and someone from the property knocked in the door and said we had to check out now. I let her know that check out is 11:00am, but she was still insisting that I was late for check out that I needed ti leave now. Other than that everything was very good.

First of all the lady who checked me in was not friendly or hospitable at all. You have to be buzzed in and she didn’t greet me at all. Just looked at me so I said I had a reservation and she shoved a receipt for me to sign after giving her my ID and credit card. Didn’t tell me where my room was or anything. Just that I needed to be out by 11:00 the following day. Wi-Fi password was not readily given which seems to be their main selling point, along with their television channel selection supposedly. She put me in a room directly across from construction being done so it was quite dusty and noisy. The parking spaces were backwards. I wish I took a picture. Very difficult to back into especially with construction materials in the way. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk as I was instructed by my television when it was stuck loading indefinitely. Had to stand on a chair to unplug and reset it. Their complimentary toiletries consist of 2 soaps and 2 lotion packets. Also this is the only hotel I’ve been to without a coffee machine. Weird. Sure you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed at other lower end properties that manage to show pride in their property.

The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and courteous and made the check in process seamless. The room is clean and parking is very efficient. Thank you to the staff for making it all happen.

I'm only giving this place one star because that's the minimum allowed. The gentleman behind the counter was the most rude and condescending person I've ever met in my life. He had and extremely negative attitude and made very distasteful insinuations, and then presumed to tell me his take on me, my work, and my husband. After all of this he refused me access to my room and left my husband and I nowhere to sleep that night. I will never ever ever go to that place again, but on the bright side, Expedia was quick to refund me, thank you Expedia!

Great location for Kia Forum, but on a very busy street. Says desk is open 24 hours, but it took 6 calls to reach anyone at the front desk to ask about luggage storage, but once I got someone? they were very accommodating. Large room. Easy checkout.

Manager of the hotel was the worst I’ve ever dealt with, when I tried to contact him he hung up on me twice. I would make sure to take this hotel off of your portfolio immediately they did not deserve to be on Hotels.com at all.

Great value and proximity to LAX. I checked in at 8ish requested a room in back corner and i was obliged. Turned out to be a great unit. The wall colors and tile aren't neutral but it was in great condition and priced the best nearby LAX.

This is my second time staying at Geneva Motel. I was in town for a football game - great place for an overnight stay, as it is close to LAX and SoFi stadium! Clean and simple, bed was comfy, plenty of hot water and nice big TV in the room. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at the Geneva when in town for a concert at the Kia Forum. Super easy to taxi to and from the airport, and then uber or walk to the forum. Small, quiet even though situated on a busy road, clean, no frills and exactly what I was hoping for. Absolutely would stay again.

Clean comfortable room. The bathroom seems to have been recently updated. I was able to park right in front of my door. I wish they had coffee. They let me have an early check in which was very nice. The neighborhood is pretty scary.

Close walk to Kia Forum great for walking during the day though businesses in the area close so be cautious walking at night. The property is easy to get to and has all the needed facilities within. Good spot considering the area that surrounds it

This is a great spot for going to concerts at the Kia Forum, but there are not many food options nearby, the public transportation is very limited, and its not really close to any sights of Los Angeles. The motel room itself was good, the shower has really good hot water, the room was spacious and quite clean, and the staff were very helpful!

We were here for concert at Sofi Stadium. I highly recommend this motel. Easy walk to stadium, safe, room clean and staff friendly.

If you need a place to stay close to the airport ,walking distance to the Kia Forum, and most importantly affordable then this little is a good option. I had tickets to see iron maiden and walked to the event, just a mile down the street. I took an Uber back to the motel. There’s also a 7-11 right next door too.

Good stay clean room. I give it 4 star because there is no coffee maker in the room and also the blankets are too old.

I love that the property was so close to the concert we were attending at that the Forum. The hotel was clean and provided a fridge and microwave which made dinner super easy.

A little funky, but mostly good. The Motel is older, but pretty well maintained, with decent paint and some newer remodeling. Cleaning staff seem to do a good job. The "funky" parts are things like: there are zero places to hang anything - no closet, wardrobe or even a bar for hanging clothes. There is no coffee maker, though there is a decent small fridge/freezer and a microwave. I like a firm bed, but this mattress was super hard. I slept okay, but my wife not so much. Bathroom and shower were really nicely tiled and really large, but no shelf space. We had the room right on the street, so it was quite noisy, especially with morning traffic, but it seems that the other rooms would be much quieter, set back from the street. The good parts: Walking distance (1 mile) from the Forum (we walked there for a concert, and felt safe). Nearby food and services. Generally clean and comfortable.

Hotel is in immaculate condition and is extremely clean. I was impressed for a budget hotel. The only thing nice would have been an iron and ironing board, coffee station and more hangers. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel for the price, stayed here overnight to be close to the Kia Forum to watch a concert. The parking is very tight so if you have a bigger car or SUV, it might be hard to park. The room was clean and the hotel is near lots of restaurants and bars. Check in staff was very friendly.

The Geneva Motel was a nice, quiet place for lower-cost. It had a mini fridge & microwave in the room, however that was about it for the amenities. Low frills, however you aren't looking in this price range for frills; instead, if you want a safe, clean, quiet place just to lay your head, you definitely get that here. They offer a good experience at the "budget" level. I had housekeeping service every day (many other less expensive motels in L.A. offer only every three days), could park right outside of my door, the wall air conditioner worked well (but was a bit loud), and the bathroom shower was finished in nice faux stone work. Added bonus was the mural of birds flying that was painted on the ceiling. The wifi seemed strong (it worked for Zoom with no problems). There is no food or coffee available anywhere on site, however a 7-11 is three doors down. Parking was free and there was plenty of it. The room was clean, quiet, and more than adequate for a place just to sleep and shower. It was impressive for the price in the L.A. market, compared to other more expensive chain "discount" motels I've stayed at in L.A.

Awkward location of room with a parking spot almosy blocking the door. No breakfast provided, no coffee/tea stuff in room. Wifi wasnt working until reception was made aware. Bare sheets and thin blanket.
