The hotel was nice overall but the beds were very firm and I'm just not used to that. The elevator went out for a bit Saturday night but it was thankfully working the next morning so my mother with a cane was able to get to the lobby level.

Front desk staff was very helpful and organized. The check in process was so efficient. The morning we left the elevator was broken. I do not know if it was planned maintenance but we had to carry everything down a flight of stairs. That was the only issue we had.

Stayed for one night on a road trip. Convenient area, clean rooms, full size shampoo and soap in shower. A little dated but overall good and clean. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated that eyes were burning after about 20 min which always makes me wonder about cleanliness and upkeep. Didn’t use the hot tub as there wasn’t a thermometer or way to read the temperature and water didn’t quite feel hot enough. Breakfast was standard with pancakes, eggs, meat biscuits and gravy etc and all were good. Would stay again of passing through. Staff at check in was helpful and friendly too.

Great hotel right off the highway and only about 15 minutes from the Strategic Air Command museum. Nice, modern facility. The place was clean and quiet, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Several restaurants are nearby, and Walmart is right next door. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean, looked nice, the hotel was nice overall. I was quite pleased with my stay. The only slight problem was the hot tub wasn't working completely. I assume it was something like a relay overheating or something. I did see the hot tub jets fully flowing during the day but wasn't working at night. It was still hot and the lower flow jets were functioning fine. The staff was great and would certainly stay there again.

Nice priced hotel. Has the typical holiday inn breakfast which is good. The hotel is older but well taken care of. Room was clean, the common areas could have used a cleaning. Pool was good.

The property was good in many respects. It shows its age, but it appears to have had some repainting lately. My only concern was a smell in my room which I believe was caused by the A/C needing a clean. Staff were great, really friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

I needed a place to stay for a short time after selling my home so quickly. This Holiday Inn Express was an excellent choice. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed was comfy, breakfast delicious and employees so friendly and polite. I am trying to find another reason to stay there again soon.

Unlike many hotels after ten years or so, this facility is well maintained. The room is in excellent condition and housekeeping seems spot on. It is a pleasure to stay in a facility where you can look around pretty carefully and admire the condition.

Property clean, bed comfy… but thin walls. Can hear people walking in the hallways and on the floors upstairs and when you walk on the floor you can tell it’s loud for others as well.

Outstanding property with a few fast food dining options, Walmart and gas station all within walking distance. Free continental breakfast with pastries , cold and hot cereals, fruit, yogurt, bengals and toast, eggs, breakfast meats and potatoes. Staff is super friendly and property is very clean and nice. My only complaint would be the hard as rock bed; I ached pretty bad each morning.

When I checked in I led the conversation - I told the young lady who I was and that I had a reservation - her first words to me were - "Credit card and driver\'s license" - no how are you - welcome to the Holiday Inn Express - Happy Holiday - just "Credit card and driver\'s license" She did answer my question about the wifi code and told me when breakfast was served - I did ask her a couple more questions and found out she was very nice and capable of having a good conversation - perhaps when you train you people for this position (check in clerk) you might want to tell them - they should greet their guests warmly and make them feel like they\'ve made a good decision by choosing a Holiday Inn Express - on the other side, when I check out, that young man was very courteous and asked how my stay was and provided me with a quick and satisfactory checkout.

Our checkin was a little bit bumbled with giving us the wrong room but the staff corrected it and our stay was great. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and organized. We appreciated the cleanliness.

We showed up at 10:40 on a Sunday night. The person that checked us in was amazing. I didn't even realize how stressed I was from my drive until I noticed the contrast between his excellent customer service and my undue shortness. The room was great. Everything was clean and suited our needs well. The staff at breakfast were great too. The breakfast offering itself is good. I loved the cinnamon rolls. The man at the desk as we checked out was also excellent. This is a great place to stay and the people really made it that way.

I asked immediately upon check in about canceling my stay the following night because of imminent snow storm coming in. Front desk said they couldn't help me with that since it was booked through a 3rd party website. However they proceeded to take my credit card and run it. I didn't even stay both nights because of weather. Holiday inn should have a little more control on these situations even if they are booked through a 3rd party.

Easily accessible from the interstate but very quiet area. Gas stations on the corner and Walmart right next door to grab anything a traveler might need. Quick and easy drive to outlet mall for some shopping . Would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn numerous times as we visit family in Gretna. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. There is nothing within walking distance beyond a Walmart but the facility is very close to I-80 and to other major roads.

Staff was polite and professional. Property was well maintained. However, the pool was freezing so the approximately 20 people with children were having a hard time even getting into swim. A lot of complaints from the guest. The next morning, the shower was freezing in our room. When we went down to breakfast, several other people were complaining as well. Breakfast was average, but again the staff was exceptional. Not a great stay for several reasons. Maybe it just was a bad weekend and another time might’ve been just fine.

This was a very nice place to stay and we would stay there again if we were in the area. The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful, and breakfast on Sunday was really nice and the young man working kept it clean and stocked. Our room was very nice. The only thing that could be changed was the shower head needed cleaned of lime so it did not spray all over. We just changed the setting.
