Redecorated but drilled jokes in the wall, no toilet paper hanger and the floor was dirty. Then Orkin came in to spray. Won't be back. A lot of extender stay residents make it dirty and made me feel unsafe. Better choices in town.

There were a lot of creepy people. More pets on leashes in hotel and elevator than I am comfortable with. Steady smell of weed smoke in hallways and in My room when air conditioner was running. The refrigerator was very dirty on the door outside. In the evening there was a lot of noise in the back parking lot people talking loudly where you could easily hear it in my room with the windows shut. Thankfully quieter after 10 PM

Mayo Shuttle was discontinued which is why I booked this hotel next to the VA CBOC. Breakfast was inadequate with no or sometimes one granola bar. I had used this hotel for twenty years but will do so with caution again dependent on the Mayo Shuttle availability.

The area was inconvenient; however, it was quiet at night. There was a family down the hall about three rooms that were very loud and it was noisy until 10:00. Our room was filthy and did not appear to have been cleaned. We talked to the lady at the front desk, and she moved us to a different room. It was inconvenient for us, but at least the new room was clean. This is a good dog -friendly hotel. There were many dogs of all ages and sizes which was good for the owners but those of us without pets, it was not as they owners did not clean up after their pets.

doing construction during my stay which didnt bother me but had to go down and get my ice bucket and cups bec ause the room didnt have any, requested two extra pillows on-line before my stay and werent in the room. wont stay there again.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!! The room was filthy! The entire property was full of suspicious smells!Their idea of breakfast is a box of package of muffins or a cereal bar. The room was so dirty we refused to sleep there. The front desk lady was very understanding. I would give this place 0 out of 10! I could never recommend anyone staying here.my family's health and safety are worth more than a cheap hotel room!

The entirety of the hotel halls that I walked smelled of urine and cigarettes. When we arrived to our room, it was filthy. The bathroom toilet had a horrible stain and smelled like sewage. The hotel switched rooms for us but the new one was only slightly improved. The refrigerator light was out and it had obvious food remains stuck to the shelf. There was no ironing board, and the kitchen stove was filthy. Would not recommend this hotel.

I would definitely pay a little more to stay at a different place. There was no breakfast even though it was listed online. If you are allergic to animals, even though the site says no pets allowed, but there were multiple dogs all over the place. I found a stash of cat food in my room in a spot that most likely has not been cleaned in months. The smell of weed permeated throughout the building. On a good not. The beds were comfy.

Bed bugs in the room, big bed bugs! Trash underneath the mattress. Kitchen cabinets delaminating… not good….not good at all. We want to make sure we are not charged for this reservation. We checked out of this hotel immediately, never unpacked luggage stayed on the cart.

I need my money back. I left the room two hours after checking in. The hotel was unsafe. The police arrived 20 mins into our stay. The AC was also broke in the room.

I was upgraded to a remodeled room - it was decent. The blankets on the bed were 2 thin sheets. The walls are thin and everything in the surrounding area could be heard through the walls. It was convenient and cheap for one night in the area.

This was a “you get what you pay for” situation. The hotel was clean enough, but certainly wasn’t overly comfortable. They had tiny square pillows, opposed to actual pillows on the bed. The counters had cigarette burns on them, the tv seemed to have some sort of glitch. We were informed upon check in that they were over booked for the night, so they were functioning on a “first come, first serve basis”. It was quiet though, so we were able to be well rested. That was nice.

Overall it is a good hotel for the price the staff was very polite and helpful the rooms were spacious with the kitchen that's in them the beds are very comfortable didn't care for the vocation of the hotel if you don't own or have a vehicle there isn't much as far as gas stations or grocery stores or anything for that matter with him walking distance otherwise I would give it a four stars

Called for late arrival, told couldn’t guarantee room because we booked with a third party and they were overbooked. Told they don’t provide breakfast. Only one roll of toilet paper in the room, we were running out and called to get more, told we couldn’t get more toilet paper until the front desk opened up at 10 am, we were were supposed to wait for 2 hours to get more toilet paper. No kleenex, no coffee maker, had an iron but no iron board. Kept being told if we caused any problems we would be kicked out. We were 3 women in our 60s-70s, we don’t cause problems. Person at front desk was outside smoking numerous times and no one at front desk. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Do not stay here. Place is trap house sketchy!!! Got 3 rooms. 1st room was ok, had better had worse. 2nd room was stinky and family needed to be moved to different rooms. 3rd room had broken ac/heat, dead bugs on floor and a neighboring barking dog all night. 1. ALL occupants are required to show ID 2. Car license required as a tow truck monitors the parking lot for unauthorized vehicles. 3. If not staying, any visitors must sign in at front desk. None of our key cards worked for the outside door entry. Loading and unloading was a major hassle as we didn't want to prop the door open. Dog poop on the floor near the elevator. Tried 3x to contact front desk about it. No answer. Front desk staff were friendly when they were available. The desk was closed most of the time we were there.

Staff is very rude, must take a dirty towel to get a clean one and they rarely have any to give. They charge a deposit on each stay so if you pay 2 days and extend they charge another and wait over a week to issue the refund. They make each guest you have show I'd and sign in and out and do not inform you of this process, until you are not following it, then I was told that they would no longer extend me and needed to be checked out within an hour, after staying there already a couple weeks and knowing that I was planning to stay through the month. I also witnessed them locking other guests out of their room and refusing to return property. It is run like a halfway house not a hotel. Staff is very nosy and gossip about the guests.

They didnt clean the room for 3 straight days had to go get our towels everyday handed me towels out of the dryer told me i could fold them smelled of weed terrible there was no continental breakfast like said only coffee checked out a few days early said we would get a return on room still havent got that 5 days worth of stay that they owe me was up there for a mayo appointment didnt know how long for sure my stay was going to be have to go back will not be staying there again

I had a comfortable experience. It’s not a five star hotel. Largely working folks staying there. But it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were real nice. For me, it was worth driving five miles out of route.

It was a great place and the price was super reasonable. It was also clean and quiet, I will recommend. The only problem is the housekeeping people! About 2 hrs after we checked in, the house keeper came, knocked and even though we were saying "yes?" She opened the door without our permission and acted surprised and she apologized that it was the wrong room. We were like "ok, no problem" . The following day, the same thing happened!!!!! They opened the door without being invited and this invasion of privacy is annoying!

Everything was on par with other motels for the price. Didn't like the fact there wasn't a single coffee maker on the property of any kind or a cup or glass in the room. Not even a plastic one. What's up with that? I would still recommend this motel for anyone staying in the Rochester area as a cheap and easy place to stay.

The website states they serve breakfast, they Do NOT. Said trying to get the website updated???? We had a kitchenette with no cups plates pans silverware toaster coffee maker can opener NOTHING. The cabinets were empty so we had a microwave and fridge like any other standard room.

They show pictures of elaborate breakfast, but they just have "grab bags" which consist of bottled water, and MAYBE a piece of fruit but they can\'t confirm that. Very smelly, smoky in the whole hotel.

We stayed there twice in 2018 & 2021. Was very disappointed when we were given a sack breakfast of water, fruit cup and fruit bar this spring instead of a hot breakfast that other motels were serving. Won't be back.

Pretty disappointing experience overall. Our room had no garbage cans or ice buckets. When I went to front desk to ask for an ice bucket, I was given a garbage bag because they had no ice buckets in the building. No coffee in the room or building either.
