Lovely location. Pool facilities used to be part of rate charged - now separate (and pricey). That was disappointing. Access to Syon Park House Gardens was also an amenity offered to guests - no longer available. That was sad to see.

Excellent hotel and would recommend and to stay again. Only downside if you are just staying for 1 night the use of the pool and spa services for 2 hours cost £25 per person which I think is a bit pricey

We liked the this hotel the rooms were lovely with a good space in them aling with a good size balcony. The spa area was lovely & calming, with a nice small amount of people in the same area. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the jacuzzi wasn't warm. We alao had a full body hot stone massage which was amazing overall we really enjoyed our time at syon park & will return & recommend.

Hotel was expensive for what it offered. And, FYI, they charge extra to go to the pool and do not allow kids to go into the pool at all. One night the air conditioning did not work in the room. But the staff quickly moved us to another room and provided a courtesy discount on the stay. Overall, the stay was fine. Nothing special.

This is a lovely, quiet, restful hotel with a nice spa and decent restaurant. All staff have been siper helpful and polite, all good vibes. They also have a late night Shisha Lounge on a Saturday night for a bit of nightlife and adjacent rooms like mine are well sound proofed. Mine was on the second floor and had a balconette with a seat, great for enjoying a hot drink outside in the morning! A very relaxing spot for rejuvenating and recharging the batteries in a gorgeous part of London.

The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, with lots of available parking. We were given an extremely warm welcome by David, who checked us in, he is an absolute asset to the hotel, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the hotel staff were also friendly and respectful. The queen room was very clean, with lovely furnishings. The bathroom was very luxurious too. Even though it is popular for weddings, we still enjoyed a good nights sleep. The buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choice & high quality food and drinks. We would have no hesitation about returning to this fantastic hotel.

There are some really good points about this place. The staff were really helpful and had a great attitude. However, the first night we stayed in a twin room and the beds were so uncomfortable I had to complain the following day. We were then given a king room and a mattress topper put on the bed. We got a good nights sleep but the bathrooms had limescale all around the taps. It made it look grubby even thought it wasn't. I'd stay here again as the people were lovely and the food was excellent.

Spotlessly clean, immaculately presented rooms. Excellent customer service and care. Was able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room. Nice touch of the tv in the shower! Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. My wife opted for breakfast in bed which was brilliant. Dined at the hotel restaurant fir the evening meal and was pleasantly suprised at the quality. Again the service was brilliant and the sticky toffee pudding is to die for. Great for a quiet weekend away.

Love this hotel & location & the parking for London is fantastic. Both restaurants are very good & breakfast is always a feast. Overall a great stay which wzs let down by a ball of blonde hair found on the table and lots of dust in wardrobe which makes you more sceptical about the cleanliness. If it wasnt for this i would rate the stay 10/10

We love this hotel. Looking tired in some areas but it’s ALWAYS clean & tidy. Great staff , good food, excellent breakfast..the addition of the Pan/ Asian restaurant is fantastic. Rooms are well appointed & very clean. Setting is perfect ..we walked back & forward to Twickenham for a concert

Hotel was spotless and better than we expected. Staff were great. Just wish we was able to use the spa facilities as they don’t let you in after 7pm even though it’s open until 9pm so was disappointed with that as we chose the hotel for the spa for my partners birthday but everything else was good

We stayed here for 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert and stayed in a family room. The hotel is on a flight path but you can’t hear the planes when you are inside the hotel. There are two lovely parks, a river, canal and tube within walking distance and there is plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. My only negative was the cleaning staff waiting outside the room for us to leave - even though it wasn’t time to check out. This made us rush to leave when we didn’t want to. We would definitely come back here as the hotel, staff and location is great.

Had to change rooms as phone was not working. Didn’t want to keep having to go to reception. Plus fridge said not in use but was in fact working. Got upgraded to a room with a lovely view. Very busy but more attention needed to ensure that rooms are working and ready for occupancy

The hotel was lovely and I had a fantastic room. The staff were very helpful. However, the bed was like a brick. It's the hardest bed I've slept on. I did not sleep very much and now have a bad back and shoulder aches. The staff said they have just had new mattresses this last week. If you love a solid bed then you will love it, I like a softer bed and these mattrsses had almost no give. Ultimately, the hotel is about the bed, so I can't recommend it from my experience.

Thought I would splurge a bit to get a good nights rest before a flight. Loved the free parking, however no signage for lobby so a bit confusing. Went up to room and sat on bed and immediately noticed how stiff and uncomfortable it was, called and asked if there was any others and they said all mattresses were the same. I’ve slept on comfier beds and have had better feeling bedding at economical hotels. Also it says the rooms are sound proof. Mine was not, I could hear everything in the hall and a bit of music through the night. So much so it woke me before my alarm in the morning. Also I believe housekeeping was trying to ring my bell before checkout time while I was in the bathroom. I didn’t want to use the pool but that is also an extra charge I was unaware of. I’ve left much more tired than before I arrived and will not be staying again and would advise people looking for a comfy relaxing stay to stay elsewhere.

Great choice on offer too. If you like aeroplanes you'll love the frequency of the Heathrow-bound jets. Didn't bother us, as the glazing in the rooms is very good. Rooms are very spacious, but the decor is a little tired and there are some light switch functions that no longer work, but this didn't spoil our short stay. Thoroughly recommend.

For a big tag price, quite an under-whelmimg stay. Had to wait a while before greeted at the desk, then was given no information on where facilities were and their opening and closing times, just a piece of paper with some details on. Handed the key and receptionist then carried on with something else, I had to ask which direction to go for my room. No towel given to me so the spa which was very odd. Staff overall just did not seem particularly attentive. I booked it for something special for my birthday, but it did not feel special in the end.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially the Night Manager, who went "above snd beyond" to help me with a problem with extensive bird mess on our car (not picked up at the hotel). So at 11 pm he willingly brought cleaning materials and helped get rid of the worst, before paintwork was damaged. Exceptional level of service. Reception clerks very friendly and helpful.

Although in London you feel as if you’re in an oasis of calm. Until you step outside the walls then the idillic is shattered. Although just a 10 minute walk away next to the canal are a couple of very relaxed enjoyable restaurants

Absolutely incredible stay! My husband and I wanted a quiet peaceful experience and we received just that. Staff was great, room service was always fast and delicious, room was large and we felt very safe inside the park. We like to go for walks frequently, and this is a perfect safe place to enjoy. One small non hotel related issue is that because it’s inside Syon Park, Uber drivers had a bit of an issue finding the spot to enter but it was only a problem when we were running late to a flight. Massage at Kallima spa was great as well. Hotel is Pretty close to Heathrow. Highly recommend !

Hotel facilities very good and stay comfortable. Cost of bar drinks somewhat excessive given that there is a standard service charge added on top of the displayed costs. Restaurant meals also have non discretionary service charges applied which is okay for table service meals but not appropriate for buffet meals.

Hotel was lovely! They upgraded my room for free, and the room they selected was amazing! Very spacious and loved the bathroom as I had a choice between a bath with a tv on the wall and a beautiful, spacious shower. The room service is unfortunately not that great, Im not sure if the website was broken but there were only drinks available during the day and 2 different items to choose from available from 11:30pm, so ended up having to order food on food delivery app. Thankfully is a lounge that is situated right next to the hotel which serves amazing food (sushi, noodles, chicken wings). Hotel is easily accessible by car and there is a bus stop near by. Staff were amazing! Can’t remember her name but someone at the reception helped me with my key card which randomly stopped working. 4 stars will visit again!
