Staying at St Benedict's is an exceptional experience. Astonishing period decoration takes you to a different era. Well located, excellent breakfast, the bathroom was period too (no shower in ours) - but worth the compromise. So much to look at and enjoy, magical, and a fascinating garden. A worthwhile mini-adventure.

It was my second visit. This B&B has amazing decorations of antiques. It has beautiful garden, the owner welcome us with English tea and cake. Its a perfect experience of old British.

Fabulous Victorian B&B, decorated in original period style with amazing collections! Very comfortable and a wonderful place! Well-appointed rooms and beautiful garden! Superb location in the historic neighbourhood of St. Leonard's-on-Sea. Will definitely be back!
