The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The double bedroom is a bit on the small side and the ensuite was also quite tight. Parking was ok but a bit tricky due to the busy road it took a bit of manoeuvring to park. Overall it was pretty good value for money. Lynn was very welcoming and friendly. The glazing in the double room is impressive as we were well insulated from the noise of the traffic outside. It's an easy walk into the city centre where there is a very good selection of restaurants. We ate at Apla Souvlaki and El Matador, which were both excellent.

An extremely friendly welcome and excellent facilities were both on offer in this attractive family home. Good to have a private ensuite bathroom (incl bath) and a tasty breakfast served as well (+ £9). Dr Noël Tredinnick

Such a lovely guest house. Extremely clean fresh crisp bedding.Double bed. Bathroom although small was adequate and again very clean with soaps towels etc. room was very well maintained as was the home throughout. Owners so nice and welcoming. Breakfast really nice and plenty on the table to choose from before the cooked breakfast arrived. Breakfast must be ordered on arrival. Parking is very limited on site but plenty of parking in a trading estate just meters away. Lidl is opposite and a Sainsbury’s nearby. Taxi to center was £8. I will be going back that’s for sure and definitely recommend. Perfect for single travellers. A homely feel to the place.

Parking could be an issue if both guests have cars due to small norrow drive on a very busy road.
