Front desk was friendly and helpful. However, Housekeeping ran out of towels for the room and there were no towels at the pool. When I asked, I was told that laundry was behind and there were no clean towels available.

Front desk staff was very professional, kind and helpful. It was downhill from there. Found a dry, partially eaten pizza crust in a drawer in our room (Yuck! I was ready to leave!), long dark hairs on the bathroom floor, huge stains on the couch. We went to get sheets for the pullout couch, but they had no more pillows. (Ugh…we made do.) Trash was over-flowing in the entryway trashcan. No towels in the pool area and dirty ones thrown about. Hot tub not working. (That happens…no big deal, but other guests were disappointed.) No paper towels in the pool restroom. This has the makings of a nice property, but has the potential to go downhill fast. It appeared to be understaffed and in need of housekeeping.

We were able to get some relaxing and pool time with the kiddos on their spring break. It was nice to travel right down the road to stay for 2 nights! The hot tub is a HUGE bonus to this hotel! We had a great stay and breakfast was great both mornings!

There was black mold in the corners of the shower, nothing to write with, note pad or pen, no bedside table had to use a chair. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. It sure didn't feel like the price we paid was worth it, could have stayed at a motel six and had better accomodations.

We had lots of problems. The worst was seeing a roach in the bathroom. The shower curtain was falling apart and did not fit the bathtub. Our keys stopped working on the 2nd day. When I went down to get it fixed I had to wait 20 min for anyone to show up at the desk. When I got back up to the room house keeping had not cleaned our room. I tried to call down for towels only to find that the telephones did not work. I went back down only to wait for someone to shop up again! I reported the phone issue and was assured it would be fixed the next day. It was not. We were here for 4 nights that was 4 nights too long. We were not happy and will not be back. We have family in the area and stay often. Next time we will try another hotel.

Bed had bugs, microwave didn’t work, domestic dispute next door, doors slamming all night. Breakfast was disgusting, rude front desk staff, dirty bathroom. They called me the day before and told me if I didn’t prepay for my room the reservation would be canceled THEN charged another reservation incidental fee at check in.

I arrived about 10 minutes after 4pm check-in time and the room was not ready. Waited for about 15 minutes before I was able to get in. Then discovered the TV was stuck on the Lifetime channel as the remote only worked power and volume. The window shade also did not come down so no way to stop the light from coming in the room. I called down to the front desk and reported this and was told " I'll call somebody". A few hours passed and I walked down to try and get another remote. waited for about 10 mins with some other folks in line and no one came to the desk. Left and came back 30 minutes later and grabbed another remote for the TV. same problem, went back down and again said they would call someone. Next day again reported issues to new front desk manager and again was told " I'll call someone ". No one ever came and neither was fixed in the 3 days I was there. These may seem like trivial issues but for what we paid for the room for the stay I'd expect everything to either work 100% or for a serious effort to fix them once the issues were reported. Neither was the case here. With so many hotel options in Conway, my next trip out we will not be staying at this Holiday Inn. Just wasn't a great value top to bottom for the price.

The hotel itself and staff were nice. We woke up with backs hurting because the beds were sooooooo hard and uncomfortable. We prefer to stay at an Embassy because it’s so much more comfortable but there wasn’t one in the area. Def need to put some money into better beds.

The hotel was nice as was the room. The breakfast was very tasty. We were able to walk to Walmart and felt safe doing so even at night. However, there were 3 of us so we wanted to use the sofa bed. There was no bedding for it in the room and the front desk and housekeeping services did not answer despite numerous attempts to call. I went down to get bedding and the front desk person seemed surprised that I also requested a pillow. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. We were able to connect to the Wi-Fi from the Walmart across the street but not any of the 4 hotel routers.

Was in town for graduation! The room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was an added touch of luxury. Beds are very high and difficult to get into especially being so short.

Very comfy beds! Walmart is almost in the parking lot if you need anything. Check in staff was friendly. There was a $10 incidental charge required at check in. The pull out sofa slept two of my children, 11 and 13 comfortably. Several restaurants nearby.

We had a room on the second floor. We had what sounded like a herd of buffalo in the room above us. We waited until after 10:00 to call the front desk only to find out the phone in the room didn't work. We called from cell phone and they said they would take care of it. This went on until approx 1:00 AM and then started again approx 6:30 AM. We were very disappointed in the hotel allowing this behavior. We stay at Holiday Inns regularly, but this will be the last time.

The property is in a good location, but that is where the good review ends. At check-in there was only one person, and he explained he was the only staff working, so he was only doing housekeeping duties, etc. The hot tub was not working. The frame on the bed was broken. There was hairbin our shower. There was mold on the bathoom ceiling and on a picture hanging above the toilet. The internet kept going out, even with them providing names to a number of different servers they use.

The worst check in! I arrived at 3.30pm, was told the room wasn’t ready yet and it would take just about 15 minutes! By 5pm I was so annoyed that I requested a room any room so it was given to me but not the room I requested when I made the reservation 5 weeks before my trip!
