Clean room / bathroom - door was hard to open and extremely loud . Staff is always great and accommodating. Love the mgr Hoda and Shawn the host. Only downside to this stay was the parking lot was being reconstructed therefore we had to park at Qt and walk to the hotel on our last day . That was a bit inconvenient. Very busy area a bit loud this time . But the rooms are always comfy and super clean . Always a fav ans go to.

Went there for friends wedding. First room - no hot water. Moved next day to different room on fourth floor and elevator went out. Had to walk around building to use second elevator. Even then, the outside door to parking lot was out of order near that elevator, which meant walking around the building again. The rooms were average, bathrooms outdated and showers full of caulk.

The property is nice. The outdoor pool isn't heated and the basketball court only has one hoop. We had to wait hours after check in time to receive our room. I called 2 hours before check in time to let them know I was on my way. The ladies at the counter ignored my partner for 18 min, while they were doing nothing. They didn't acknowledge her. They kept giving us a BS reply about when the room would be ready 15 min was the magic number. We watched about 15 to 20 of those pass by. We had a few roaches in the room upon my initial inspection but I came prepared with the essential as I usually do so no complaints, besides there weren't any more room to move to. The hot breakfast was good and fresh. Overall the stay was good but the initial check in was not.

The basketball court was broken ridiculous the only reason we booked this hotel. The man that does the breakfast and complimentary drinks is very polite. He was always working diligently. - very one was super nice here.

The beds are very comfortable! Breakfast also had a variety of foods. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is smaller than the picture leads on. We were given an accessible room and the bathroom could have used some updating. The water didn’t run completely to the drain so it left the area around the toilet very wet. Would still stay again.

Check-in was easy, our room was ready and very clean. Staff is kind and property is kept clean. I do wish the parking lots had better lighting as we did worry about our car being parked in a dimly lit section of the lot due to getting back to our room later.

Check-in was very smooth but later on we found that the bathroom was not fully cleaned. The toilet was not flushing and the trash had not been thrown out. It was very disgusting, especially because there were feminine hygiene used products in the trash. The rest of the room was clean.

My room not cleaned for two days. Not dirty but bed and trash could have been done. What was appalling to me was the housekeeper asking me to leave a tip!! What if anything is included anymore in a hotel? I will never be tipping a housekeeper because this is their job!!! This tipping issue is out of control in this country!!! As the employer it looks ridiculous to me that they are asking for money from guests. I own a medical practice and sugerí center business. Imagine how it would look if our staff asked for extra money from patients so some patients would get better care than others. I suggest you forbid this policy or pay your staff more money!!!!

Overall the property was lovely and well kept (with the exception of some carpets that could use cleaning). The internet/television was very intermittent and often cut out. Additionally, there was little to no hot water in either the shower, sink, or kitchen sink. The refrigerator was not cold, although the freezer was.

Last night before going to bed we saw lots of vugs and roaches in the kitchen. We noticed the front office and they advised they couldn't credit us because we already paid in full. We have photos and video of the bugs. We will never be visiting that hotel ever again. 😒

This hotel is horrible! We are leaving today, and trying to get a refund. We haven’t had hot water for 3 days, and they keep saying it’s fixed, but it never gets hotter than lukewarm. This property also needs a major update. There are broken and loose tiles in the bathroom, and the beds are so uncomfortable!!!!

Shower took a really long time to get warm and even longer for hot, we’re talking 10-15 minutes. Air conditioner shuts off every hour during middle of the night, long enough for you to wake up. No ceiling fan so once it stops you’ll notice. It comes back on but very difficult to sleep when this Happens around every hour it seemed.

Check in was super easy, room was big, clean, AC cold, just wonderful!!! Im writing this as I lay in the comfy bed watching the big TV. Pool was clean and perfect. Hotel is almost fully booked but very quiet. Big bottles of toiletries are provided for use. I’ll definitely be back.

Everything was absolutely pleasant until we laid down on the bed. It was the hardest bed that I have ever had to sleep on. When you moved, the springs literally made noises. This is my first negative review ever. The hotel was beautiful. The staff was nice. Everything was clean. But, I found the sofa more comfortable, even with my feet hanging off.

I’m a Hilton member and we couldn’t get a late check out room service went knocking at our door from 9:15 am to 10:45 am to keep reminding us that checkout was at 11 in one occasion they opened the door while getting dressed overall a bad experience

We were in 315, and they people in room 313 were playing creepy lullaby music very loudly till we just checked out at 1am. We knocked in the door and no one answered the door. The lady at the front desk did not offer any assistance with the issue.

We enjoyed our stay at this Homewood! It is an older building and was clean, safe, and comfortable enough for our 2 night stay. It is an older building and not everything looked cleaned/dusted, so that was one of the only turn offs. The staff was pleseant and helpful, which we are always grateful for. The breakfast was subpar, I only ate the biscuits and drank the OJ. There are tons of resturants and stores nearby.
