Clearly a business-only hotel (not stated in pre-stay material): room for one occupant (small closet, one sink in bathroom; one chair in room; small desk), lobby bar closed on the weekend. No room make-up service (not stated in pre-stay material; coffee bar not replenished as well as no fresh towels, sheets etc. When asked about this, the front desk attendant just shrugged her shoulders and glibly stated, "Oh, we only do that every three or four days. How long are you staying?" The surrounding restaurants were pathetic, empty and terrible. The bathroom electrical outlet (only one there) didn't work as well as the TV controller.

This was a perfect spot for our family staycation. The pool is 5 feet at the deepest which I really liked for my young kids. The 1 bedroom suite is spacious with a bedroom and a sitting room\kitchenette area. There are plenty of dining options within the vicinity (Chick-fil-a, Habit Burger, Panera, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc.). There is a CVS right across as well. The free breakfast buffet was great as well. They serve eggs, sausage (chicken, turkey, pork), potatoes, cereal, pancake or waffle, bread, oatmeal, etc. it seemed quiet too. We could hear doors opening and closing but that was about it. There was a faint musty smell when we got in the room which went away after the AC started running. The beds were very comfortable. The ceiling wss high. We would definitely stay again next time.

I didn't realize when we booked this place that it seems geared towards business travelers. Because of this, it was extremely quiet and clean. It was a great place to stop on our road trip. My whole family was comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was exactly what we needed on our long road trip.

The mattress seemed old with no support. The coffee and breakfast were terrible. Cold and worse than a cafeteria. Flavored creamer would of been nice. We weren't told there was a $15 per day parking charge before we parked. We could of parked outside. There was no parking inside the gate we went out and psrked outside the gate. This seems petty but its the small things that make a difference.

At the surface, our suite looked amazing. Upon further inspection, it was certainly flawed. There was so much dust and built-up dust bunnies everywhere. The couch was very uncomfortable. And the shower had hairs in it that were certainly not mine. The TV had minimal channels which was odd. The bed and pillows were comfy and the air conditioner certainly proved useful during the heat. The front desk staff was very friendly. And the breakfast was ok. Overall, the lack of housekeepers and upkeep of the room was the key factor to our stay being a 5 rather than a 10. I regret taking pictures when I had the chance, but I was so exhausted that I just needed to sleep. I work in the hospitality business and so my eyes knew exactly where to go…sadly.

Outdated. Dirty. The room was 77 degrees when we got in and took 3 hours to cool to 70. Also was denied a room with a king size bed because of my service dog. Absolutely terrible. Won’t be back.

Puddle of urine in the hotel room, sold out so they wouldn't switch my room, no steam cleaner to get it out on property, no follow up from management ever. Will dispute that charge.

Convenient and safe parking. I stayed in 2 rooms. First room on the 5th floor had strong chemical smell in the room and mold/mildew smell in the bathroom. On Day 2 I was finally moved to a 7th floor room. It still had some sort of chemical smell in the room but bathroom was smell free. This hotel may need to revisit the housekeeping materials they use to eliminate the chemical smell.

The bathroom sink was visibly dirty. There’s a false eyelashes stuck to the back of one of the remotes, the living room remote doesn’t have a battery cover, fingerprints all over the place.

Was here for work and the rooms are very spacious. Great to work out of and I found it quiet. The wifi was adequate for my needs. You do need a car or will have to uber everywhere as little is in walking distance.

The smiling service of the front desk staff made me feel like I was at home. I booked a suite for $200/day. I took the elevator to the 7th floor with the room card. I was not disappointed after opening the door. The room was designed in gray tones, clean, tidy and warm. There was a simple kitchenette on the right side of the door, a three-seater sofa, a desk and chair, a 180-degree rotating TV, and a thick mattress (moderate softness). I personally don't like mattresses that are too soft. There are CVS and Starbucks across the building, which is convenient for travel. A very happy hotel experience

Went to the Levi stadium needed something near by. The commute , was perfect staff was nice only complaint would be how hot it was even with ac on in room took awhile to even kick in ! Love the food near by and the target great location!

Centrally located to the things that we wanted to accomplish on our trip. The hotel staff was very courteous and promptly worked to accommodate our requests. The microwave in our first room didn't work so they let us use the one in the next room over until replacement the next day. We ended up staying in that room based on the comparative comfort level. The first room was on a corner of the hotel and the sensors were not well placed. So when the sensors thought we were out of the room it would raise the AC to 78. This was too hot with the sun shining on that corner of the building. Also, the AC blew directly onto the bed, so you were cold when it was on and pull all the covers up. Then the AC would go off and you were hot. Rinse, repeat. Changing rooms resolved that issue and we felt more comfortable overall. Parking was easy. Fitness center was small. Breakfast was standard Hyatt hotel fare. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Overall our stay here was very good. The service was great and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the pillows were pretty awful. Very crunchy!

Room wasn’t ready when arrived after 3. I was told by the staff they would call me when the room was ready. Waited in the lobby until 4:45 at which point I noticed people that checked in after me were getting their room keys. I approached the desk and asked if they tried to call me, they didn’t. We were in town for a concert and not being able to get our room until 4:45 made us late. Also the room did not have a remote control for the tv.

Had an issue with booking and tried to call the property to cancel and was hung up on three times; twice as soon as they picked up and once after I asked to talk to a manager to see if they would be willing to help me further than the girls at the front desk. I understand that there are policies in place but as a guest I chose to keep a different reservation and not even check into this location even though I was getting charged. At the end of the day, regardless of policy, customer service should still be at the forefront of all encounters and because of this I would tell everyone to stay away. If they treat you like this before you even check in, I can’t imagine what I could expect if I were ever physically there.

Door never fully locked. Anyone could’ve had access to my room if they just pushed the door. Hotel staff did nothing about it and no compensation for safety issues

This was a perfect place to stay for a stadium event (Levi's). It was an easy and safe walk to and from the stadium. There are lots of dining and shopping options in the same parking lot as the hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked 3 rooms for 6 adults just for one night at the Hyatt over the weekend. Overall, wonderful experience. Great location. The hotel looks very new or newly renovated. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint we have was that the breakfast food wasn't good. Scrambled eggs, sausages, and breadsticks were all over cooked or tasted weird. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect.
