There for business - traveled to / from Marlin TX. VERY MUCH enjoyed the hot tub and the pool area in general. Relaxing. Very pleasant setup. Rooms felt nice - slightly different from just the average normal hotel rooms for similar level of hotels.

Hotel Indigo was great! It was clean, modern, and had great amenities. I liked the spacious shower, free coffee and water in the lobby, and friendly staff to great us at check-in. The breakfast was great, and the wait staff knowledgeable and helpful. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Loved the hotel! Nice and clean! Pool is smaller than the pics and the lights never came on at night, so that was weird. The lady tried to find them but never did. But we were able to get a late check out the next day and got to swim then. The decor is posh and fun! We were able to walk to Magnolia from the hotel and not have to try and find parking there. We enjoyed our stay at Indigo and will stay here again!

The room was super nice and bed was so comfy. We stayed with our dogs and were given a room where, I assume, other dogs had been before. There was no smell but there was dried urine on the door jambs entering into the bathroom. It was just unsightly. Also.. the fact that the TV in the room wasn't a SmartTV was a bummer. Luckily we brought a tablet to watch our shows on.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The day we got there the door to the bedroom of our suite locked automatically locking me the room. Thankfully someone was in the living room and got me out. Lock was broken! Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Never enough towels. Had a beautiful balcony which is why I chose a suite. Couldn’t sit on it because of the bird poop everywhere! Told the desk about these problems the day we got there and nothing was done. This hotel was very expensive and I feel like we did not get what we paid for!!! The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Close walk to Magnolia Market. Quiet neighborhood but some homeless people gather outside. WiFi was spotty. Overall nice, clean hotel!

Property and rooms were clean however if you are in a room with occupants above your room you can hear every footstep..........at least during our stay. The proximity of this hotel to the silos makes it a very attractive place to stay. Would stay there again only maybe request a room on the top floor.

Location was good,shower was excellent, bed was comfortable. Lighting was terribly, when you enter in the door you have no upper light, coffee bar at the entrance had a small lamp on the table. That tells you no lightning. No microwave, no fitted sheet on bed and bed pillows had an unusual mess??? Has been a week since my stay, havent seen my emailed receipt. The toilets were like using a 5 gallon bucket. Omgosh raise them up folks, like sitting on the floor

Easily accessible from Waco airport. Rooms a nice size and light. Well decorated and kept. Bed was amazingly comfy. Staff great. Ate dinner there and food was good. Easy access to some eateries, coffee shops and a walk from Baylor Uni.

Loved the hotel! I had a king room. My friends had a suite with balcony. Both style of rooms were excellent. The rooms are very spacious, modern, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I love rooms with great lighting; the suite and the king room had several lamps with soft lighting to create a relaxing vibe. The hotel also, had a vibrant lobby with a bar and lots of seating which I have found customary for Hotel Indigo. Also, hotel is close to the university and several restaurants plus the staff are fantastic. Excellent experience!

I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ladies that helped me were OUTSTANDING! They made me feel at home and comfortable, I have never stayed at another hotel where I felt so welcomed! 1000 out of 1000 all the way around! I will definitely stay there again! I definitely want to make sure that the two ladies that helped me, know just how much I appreciate them!

The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas which I appreciated. My check in experience was outstanding! I stayed on the 3rd floor and I want to applaud the fact that it smelled so good from the second the elevator door opened all the way to my room. The staff was phenomenal!! I had dinner and breakfast at your restaurant and I was very impressed!! I will definitely stay here again as well as recommend this particular hotel to family and friends 😃. Keep up the great work , you make me want to visit again 👍👍

Refuse to cancel a reservation that was mistakenly made on their end and put through the computer. When I called to at least be nice enough to tell them, this was an accident they could free up the room, the staff was extremely rude. I stayed in the hotel in the hotel is fine, but if you have any kind of issue, I would not recommend their customer service or whoever they have answering the phone either. Spent hundreds of dollars at the restaurant and staying here in the past and will no longer do so

We heard what sounded like hammering noises around 8 a.m. Then, the housekeepers knocked with their key card at 9 a.m. trying to clean the room. They knocked again two more times around 11 a.m. Expedia had the room booked until noon, and it’s very frustrating to spend an entire night out, come back very late, and be woken up to unnecessary disturbances. This will probably be our last stay here.

Book with caution. Hotel was zero willing to work around plans changing. Yes, cancelation policy, blah blah, but we stay there every time we’re in town for my son’s baseball tournaments (travel ball parents understand). They were not even willing to issue a credit for a future stay and we gave them 5 days notice (when we were notified the tourney was canceled). Poor business. Will not stay here again. We even were there on a weekend last year when they had zero electricity (construction crews hit a line) and complained about nothing!!!!!!! Makes me think I should have. They don’t care, why should we?! Shameful.

The hotel it’s nice, clean and staff very courteous. but there’s a lot of homeless in both corners, it feels unsafe, even thought it’s walkable distance to Doctor pepper museum, Magnolia coffee shops, etc. I prefer to stay somewhere else next time, where I am not afraid to be walking around. There’s a train that woke us up around 6 am, it’s very close to the hotel you can hear it clearly, sadly!

I liked everything about this hotel with the exception of one critical concern: security. The staff was fantastic, the rooms clean and the atmosphere relaxing. The property is unfenced and nobody watches the parking lot, though. There was one guy tweaking his way across the property when I parked with my family, then another guy wandering around outside with a hubcap. The hotel is one block from the Salvation Army, which probably has a lot to do with the folks outside, so plan your stay accordingly. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The hotel is located next to a Salvation Army. There were homeless walking around the parking lot, and along the street. So did not feel super safe walking into hotel but once inside was nice. Could hear party going on outside on the street or fighting til about 2am on Sunday. Not a great start to Monday morning

All of the homeless people on the curb next to the hotel, really were a surprise and very disheartening. I was happy to be going to a hotel that was pet friendly, however, I was afraid to even walk around the hotel because of the people in the street who were making remarks, and overall being menacing. I had no idea that the Salvation Army soup kitchen was there, and there was a church that was allowing homeless people to squat in right next door. That said, you really can’t walk to any of the local restaurants because of the neighborhood. Next time I will stay at the Hilton or something like that next to the river where it is lovely and you can walk. On a positive side, the food in the restaurant was good, and the room was clean and fairly comfortable. If all you want is a place to sleep and eat and drink. You may enjoy this hotel. I won’t be back

Property was nice. Food was horrible and water pressure in my room was horrible at sink good but in shower hardly enough to even wash off the soap from your body. Yet alone couldn’t even get all shampoo out of hair had to go to sink and continue to rinse out my hair.

We enjoyed our stay at Indigo. We were in town for the weekend house hunting for an upcoming move to Waco. The service was pleasant, room was clean, and the beds were comfy. We will definitely book with Indigo in the future. Good job team! And the banana pecan waffles and omlet was amazing.
