The checkin person in the evening did not even smile to welcome guests, same grumpy was the breakfast person. The only happy person was the bar tender. She was very nice and happy to be there. The room was ok but there was no coffee machine. Definitely below the usual Holiday Inn standard. Bar tender should be given a raise for being a warm and welcoming person.

I booked because of the indoor pool but when I arrived I was informed it was closed for construction but it would have been nice if it was said somewhere before booking. The staff was amazing except for the guy in charge of breakfast he was really rude and rushing us to hurry up 10 mins before breakfast was over. Other than that it was a great stay and front desk staff was amazing.

I am 54. Therefore, I have stayed at many hotels in my life. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered! The staff was the absolute worst. The most unfriendly, uncaring and incompetent staff ever! Also, there website says they have room service…they don’t. They have a bar onsite which they do. However, the bar was closed all 3 nights I stayed there. Bar tender was sick (no back up bar tender for all 3 nights?), really!!! I would not have stayed all 3 nights if I wasn’t worn out from helping my daughter pack up her apt. and was too tired to pack up my luggage and find another hotel, etc. They also don’t answer there front desk. So after a very long and exhausting day/night. With no one answering front desk, I had to go down stairs to get assistance. No apologies from any one at anytime! I’m so glad to be home.

We booked this trip as a quick family get away. I was drawn to it because it showed it had a hot tub. Our check in was great. The lady was friendly. However, when we got to our room, there was soda on the wall by the trash can and we had no remote for the tv. After eating dinner, we changed to go to the pool/hot tub. I was greatly disappointed to realize the hot tub had been filled in many years ago. Since this was the main reason for booking the hotel, I was pretty upset. The beds were comfortable though.

The guy at the front desk was friendly, and check in was great. HOWEVER, our room (#205) smelled like a mildewy basement! We sprayed the room with Lysol and other fragrance spray, and the smell would not go away. The bed slept okay. But, we did not sleep well because the smell kept us awake. For some odd reason the refrigerator was off, and the ice maker did not work. The grounds were unkept; unmoved weeds, and dead trees, and bushes. I would not recommend this place. And I definitely will NOT be staying here again.

This is the first Holiday Inn I’ve stayed that i was dissatisfied. Carpet is filthy and needs change. Bathroom has small cockroaches crawling. We stayed for 2 nights and room was not cleaned, towels not changed.

This hotel is currently under construction! I was put in a room on the second floor and when I went to wash my hands in the sink, a 1"+ long cockroach scurried across the wall. I asked to be moved to another room and when I got to that room and set my suitcase down, a black bug of some unknown variety crawled across the coverlet. I ended up just leaving and going to another hotel and getting a refund.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We requested another room, because the AC didn’t work, or lights in the bathroom. Requested another room, which was a “step-down” from the first. The TV didn’t work, but worst of all, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and under the knightstand. It also smelled like cigar smoke. We slept in our car that night at the gas station. The hotel also had no more rooms to offer us for a 3rd attempt even. Worst stay I’ve ever had! They shouldn’t have been accepting guests w/ that type of hospitality, it’s unethical!

Hotel is very outdated and worn. Room 317 had stained carpet, a very visible stain on the comforter, bathroom fan made a constant banging noise, one pillow case had a blood stain…👎👎 Would not book a room at this location again.

This property is quite old. Don’t be fooled by pictures on the internet. The rooms are old with old furniture, the room had a stale smell like chemicals covering up a smoke smell, and smelly linens. I would not recommend staying unless a complete reno was done to ALL rooms, not just the lobby. I will not stay there again.

Average hotel. Rooms okay, but the one thing I did not like it that the curtains do not close. There is only a thin sheer curtain that covers the window and there was a LED street lamp shining into the room all night. Air conditioner system in room was also very nosiy. Great staff though!

Evening staff was rude and had an oh well attitude. They are not welcoming at all. Also they do not take cash at their store or anywhere in the hotel. No breakfast which was odd for a holiday Inn I thought not even coffee. On the flip side hotel itself was really clean and up to date. Lots of restaurants close by and close to everything. Hotel room had good water pressure in the shower with lots of hot water. Sheets were soft but could feel springs in mattress. This hotel is perfect for a night or two and the convenient location.

Stopped by the hotel before normal check-in time abd asked for an early check-in due to not being able to return until late. We were denied and guaranteed our rooms would be available. When we returned to check-in. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. When we told the front desk we were told they didn't have any other available rooms. Front desk workers were very unprofessional.
