The room was clean when we arrived but maids only came once during our 4 day stay. The mattress was terrible! It was literally caved in on one side after sleeping on it. The fitness room was fair except the lights would turn off and the air conditioning would cut out automatically after about 30 minutes. The laundry room was terrible! The soap powder machine was broken. The washer worked but the dryer was broken as well. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and their was a very nice park across the street from the hotel.

The hotel was near the Manhattan Airport and close to Fort Riley Army Base. When we arrived the woman at the counter was cold as ice. We arrived around 12:30pm and she said we were not allowed to check-in until 3pm which was a surprise to me because I had called the hotel to confirm reservation and the lady that answered was really nice and said everything was good and we were ok to come as scheduled. We went to a Thai restaurant near hotel and returned to check-in. The breakfast was the usual nothing special. The towels and bedding were dinghy. Towels felt like sand paper. I purchased some to use but wasn't able to because washing machines were out of order. The noise from train kept me up and so did the crickets chirping in the room. I don't know where they were coming from but I just kept killing them as I saw them. The 1 and only elevator was slow when working and it was out of order most of the time. We were on the 4th floor and stairway was not air-conditioned we were drenched in sweat going up and down. My heart broke for the older people climbing those stairs. I personally will never stay there again.

My stay was great. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and was quiet. I wish there had been more parking. It was difficult to park when we came back late at night. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly, but the elevator was out, the breakfast was disappointing, and worst the bed was uncomfortable, tossed and turned all night. At least the AC and the shower worked well. This would not be my first choice to stay, ok if there is a lack of options.

Could not stay on the first floor because it was for those with pets, however there was an unleashed dog going to the 4th floor in the elevator. The 3 days we were there only 10 car in the parking lot. Certainly not busy or booked to capacity. I'm handicap and was put on the 3rd floor and it was not handicap accessible. On the 2 out of 3 days the elevator wasn't working and I was forced to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs, what about those in a wheelchair? Unacceptable!! This is a violation of the ADA Code and worse if there was a fire they would not get out. The staff was unfriendly, they didn't accommodate my needs or show any concern. Consider staying elsewhere.

This hotel is a hidden gem! We got the next rm up from a king and it was super spacious! Wet bar, fridge and big couch and chair, with a desk. The price was high due to a home game K-State but otherwise it would of been totally affordable. Staff was friendly and everything was CLEAN! We walked across the parking lot to a Thai restaurant for dinner totaling $35.00 and had awesome $6 MiCampo margaritas next door at Cinco de Mayo and walked back to the room! Great experience all around!

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times, but this may be my last. It has gone rapidly downhill. The room itself was fine, but trash was literally piled up by the elevator on my floor (food containers and beer cans) and the one trash can in the breakfast area was overflowing. At 7:45, there was little food left and the coffee displayed the message "freshness expired." The selection was poor and there was no fresh fruit. There didn't seem to be anyone attending to the breakfast area, as the one employee I saw was busy at the reception desk.

The hotel room was good - very spacious & clean. The lobby was a little rundown. The breakfast was terrible! Eggs & hashbrowns were really bad. The hotel room door was about 2 inches off the ground with no threshold so you could hear everything in the hallway & all the movement on the floor above us.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent. The only complaint I have is the bed. It must have been a memory foam mattress and it clearly was remembering someone else. It was not comfortable sleeping in a cavern made by someone else. I tried both beds in the room and they both had the same problem.

The rooms are nice but the Internet is terrible. I travel with my job and need internet. I booked a suite so I could be comfortable doing my work in the room. Couldn't get internet. Had to go to the lobby and spend half my evening and the Internet kept coming in and out on me. The breakfast isn't great, which doesn't bother me but no one had cleaned up anything. I went down to breakfast at 7:20am. No one else in there but me. The tables all had crumbs all over them and the food was almost gone and wasn't very hot. I've had good stays before but can't give a five star this time.

Pleasantly surprised at the service and cleanliness of this hotel. No dust anywhere. Gary at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful as we ran into a very small issue in our bathroom. Highly recommend this place.

They gave us the room key to someone else's room. I opened the door and there was a man sleeping in the bed, he quickly woke up and started yelling at us (I get it, I'd do the same thing), we quickly exited the room and left the floor. That was just a little scary for my daughter and myself. Otherwise, it was fine.

I am handicap and must have a handicapped room. When we checked in, I verified that we had a handicapped room. The guy said just a minute he looked at the computer came back said Yep you have a handicap room. Needless to say it was not. We were so tired that we just went to bed and got up and left the next morning as soon as possible. When I told the lady as we were checking out the next day, she said they had plenty of handicap room. She has no idea why he did not. Give me one.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not only did the air conditioning break in my room but my dog was alone for four hours in 90° temperatures. Then they moved me to another room that was equally as hot. I asked to speak to the manager the manager refused to refund me or provide any sort of offer to make things right. The only option was to move to yet another room. Absolutely inexcusable. Never. I repeat never will I ever stay at that hotel again. Choose another place to stay in Manhattan if you value A/C & comfort.

Very clean. However, had a poor experience with the woman who checked us in. We had 2 rooms booked through Expedia (even had the paid receipt via Expedia to show it), but she couldn't locate the second room and had no care to help us resolve the problem and just told us to call Expedia. Also, did not attempt or care at all to help us find an alternative option or solution to the problem. Thankfully, I had the idea to check the second room under a different name AKA "an additional traveler," and that was the answer.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. But the hair dryer didn’t work in our room, neither did our phone. So I had to find their number on line to cal the front desk with my cell phone.. I asked for a hair dryer to be sent op. No one ever showed up with our hair dryer. We had to leave with wet hair and not ready for the day.

The staff went out of their way to help us when we had an unexpected travel delay. I can’t speak highly enough of how the Everett’s went out of their way to make sure we had secured our travel plans. They took a horrible situation and made it do-able. Thank you. Totally above and beyond!!

The hotel is decent and was good for what we needed. There were some loud kids running up and down the halls when we were there, but I know that's not a normal thing. Good breakfast spread, but if you're there 30-40mins before breakfast ends most of the hot stuff is gone.
