Way way way too noisy. Kids running up and down the hall, slamming doors, yelling and screaming after 11pm. Pool water was cold and murky. Breakfast was good. Inconsistent housekeeping. Got towels and a clean room 1 day, next day got towels but not a clean room, third day got a clean room but had to request towels.

There was no hot water the entire weekend. When we addressed it to the front desk they had no solution. We asked for a reduction but they said it wasn’t possible. We ended up contacting the corporate office to get results.

This was a nice clean hotel. The only issue was no hot water. That was a BIG issue when all we needed was a nice bed a good shower. I hope this gets fixed.

Absolutely excellent! Very clean everywhere. Comfortable bed and room was very nice and clean. Some noise from nextdoor room but was not excessive. Breakfast was better than expected. NOTE, attendant for breakfast was exceptional!!! She said that she actually loves what she does, and it shows!!! All maids were very courteous and friendly. Front desk was very helpful and knowleadgable about area and questions. I forgot a tooth brush and they offered a free one. Great thanks will stay again. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and operated properly.

Very nice hotel extremely nice front desk girls. Loved the Dove products and a kuerig with good coffee. Only complaint was the cold water in the indoor pool for the little kids.

Loved the layout of the showers, but all water pressure has been regulated way down to barely have any water flow coming out of the head. The cold water stream blew across to hit the far wall, but the hot water barely trickled out. The front desk moved us to a new room, but the water pressure turned out to be just a little bit more than the previous room.

The hot water does not work well for showering. When mentioned to the front desk the response was, "We're aware and have been aware." It did not seem like there was any intention to fix the hot water issue. So be ready to shower in cooler temperatures. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable

Just okay. Hotel is a bit rough, and could use some cleaning and upkeep. Get a room on the front side of the hotel if you do not want to hear traffic all night. Breakfast was good, good channel selection, nice area, but the pool was freezing cold, the bed was well used, shower was not cleaned well.

The good: the complementary hot breakfast is second to none. The Bed is comfortable. The bad: They have taken energy conservation to extremes. The shower at best, is a slight mist. Allow an extra half hour to get the soap off, especially with the greasy Dove soap they provide. The climate control is terrible. If the fan cycling on and off does not keep you awake, the hot and cold spells will. The smart thermostat only allows the air conditioner to run while there is movement in the room. Therefore, during the night, when you start sweating, you have to do a dance in front of the thermostat to get the air conditioner to kick back on. This gives you about an hour of comfortable sleep before you start sweating again.

The breakfast was subpar. The sausage didn’t seem to be cooked at all. It was rubbery and grey. The bed was comfortable, but if you stay on the side of the hotel facing the road you will get limited sleep. It was like trying to sleep at a raceway.

Bathroom door would Not stay open without putting a weighted trashcan at the door. One of the beds was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Not enough chairs in the breakfast area was crowded and nowhere to sit one elevator for the whole building trying to get in and out during a busy morning time was challenging.

Room was clean, large and comfortable. Beds were soft with good pillow choices. I won't stay in room 220 again, because there is music playing 24/7 on speakers above the main entrance, which is directly below this room. Made it very difficult to sleep. The desk staff told me they can't do anything about it.

This is a very pleasant and clean facility. Room was spacious. Daily breakfast was ample and tasted good. The hotel is in good condition and well maintained. There is a lot of concrete in this area - a bit of a concrete canyon. There is a daily evening drag race happening on the streets in the area, and it is very loud. Things did quiet down by midste, so a good sleep is attainable . I would probably stay here again, when visiting Manhattan , KS.

It was very noisy, next to the highway and a train. It didn't really seem that busy, so I'm not sure why they put us in this room. The refrigerator was leaking and there was updates needed as far as cosmetic concerns. It was comfortable and safe and in walking distance to surroundings and breakfast and staff were amazing.

The location was great for things to do, but loses some points for being next to a highway and train tracks. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a bit expensive considering the lack of comfort and space. The beds were fairly firm but that's a personal preference. The plugins in our room were almost all INCREDIBLY loose, to the point our phone chargers literally would not stay plugged in. The free breakfast buffet was okay, nothing to write home about but filling - pretty standard. The shower water pressure was also kind of low. The micro market was fairly well stocked for things you may have forgotten, plus snacks and some drinks.

Way over priced -- Walls were paper thin, had a girls softball team on our floor so was very loud all night. After a long day of flying Dallas, Chicago, to KS i just wanted to rest & could not. Front desk could not find my reservation at 11pm even though my spouse was already there & checked in at 4:00. Then at 830am someone walked right into my room - so unprofessional and unsafe.

Nice place overall. Welcome staff was not very welcoming. There were multiple ladies ( I did not keep track of names but it was on 9/13/24 around 2-4pm) who were snarky with me and my family. They seemed annoyed when we showed up at 210 for our 3 pm check in time and did not even attempt to accommodate early. They also seemed annoyed that I preferred not to join IHG rewards. Very disappointed in their unwelcoming behavior.

The lady at the front desk was very inattentive, there were no towels in the pool area, she was NEVER at the front desk, no coffee or hot water in the lobby area and she took forever to come up and see what we needed. The rest of the stay was great. Awesome pool and hot tub, great size room and overall very clean except for some popcorn in the desk area. Excellent parking and easy access to a coffee shop and the highway.

We were in Manhattan for a K-State open house, but we were within walking distance of the Flint Hills Discovery Center and other museums. Also a short drive to campus and Aggieville. Great free breakfast too.

I made a last minute booking because my daughter was on her way to having her baby in Manhattan ks @ Ascension hospital! I called & said I was going straight to hospital but will check in soon. I didnt get there till 1am! The room was very nice & clean, the bed & pillows very comfy. The breakfast the next morning -- fantastic!!! So many delicious choices. I'll stay here again if need be!!

This is the first hotel we have stayed in that had a superb breakfast every morning. The lady made sure everything was done very well. The manager was also available and very helpful which is not common. We will definitely stay there again. The only downside is the parking spots are very narrow.
