We had a good stay. All the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and service was prompt. It looks like they may be at the tail end of a remodel, so it wasn’t super clean but clean enough. The only major complaint we had was the pool water was a bit too warm for a pool. My husband took our little guy swimming and he said it was so warm, it wasn’t comfortable to swim in. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Everything clean and looks new. We enjoyed our stay. Gym was nice and had a large amt of free weights, peloton bike and precor treadmills. Minor complaint for someone that needs it completely dark in room, the door had light coming in bottom and sides. We would stay here again.

Although they are under renivations they had everything clean. Parking was tight due to the construction materials but we were able to find a space. The room was clean, the ac cooled down quickly and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

They are updating the location and three people were unloading a delivery for the construction in the front awning so customers could not get under it to load luggage. Unbelievable two were Hampton employees. Other every thing was very good.

The staff was very nice! Free breakfast was nice. We felt the beds were uncomfortable and the pool area was really bare minimum. One bed had a metal piece sticking out that we kept hitting our shins on. We didn’t have any real issues but felt there were definitely things that could be improved.

The locations was great, front desk was always friendly. But looks like they were possibly under construction. Hallways were dirty, room service did not show up to my rooms once the 4 days I was there. I had to call front desk for clean towels.

Very nice property with a great staff. Coffee in the lobby 24/7 and free breakfast are nice touches. Our only gripe is that the mattress was way too firm for us & the pillows were flat as a pancake.

I was on the 3rd floor and despite the hotel not being very busy, a room was booked directly above me with people that literally stomped and walked around their room ALL night long! You could literally hear each and every step they took. The staff at the hotel was AMAZING despite not getting any sleep.

I would have liked it better if the walls weren’t so thin. I literally could hear the dinging of the elevator, the people on the floor above me talking loudly on the phone at 5 am, and things like that. But overall, a good place to stay.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was way too firm for my preference and the pillows seemed run down. The shower head didnt receive full water pressure because most of it came out of the faucet even when you pulled the knob up for it to be shower only. Otherwise the facility was clean, staff was friendly, and it was in a good location for us.

Had to wait almost an hour to get into our room since the A/C was broken in the room they were going to assign us. Also 5 other couples had to wait for their rooms, our room had a musty odor and seemed damp and questio; if the A/C was running properly. It was only 106 that day! Shower faucet dripped the entire time. Hotels.com would not give us the lower rate from when we booked. Will not be staying here in the future.

Breakfast had no sausage nor bacon nor plain scrambled eggs so we had to skip. Had a lot of breads and same bushel of apples on front desk when we checked out. Felt money could be better spent elsewhere. Our toilet did not work properly. We moved rooms due to road noise. Safe and clean though.

Nice facility, clean rooms and easy parking. Typical breakfast that you'll find in other chains. Air conditioning worked well and it is located in a quiet location but close to a major four lane highway. Would definitely stay here again. Check-in was fast and efficient and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of eating options in the area but there was adequate local and chain options. Larger city to the south about 20 minutes provides a few more options. We are not gamblers but a very large casino just 30 minutes to the north in Oklahoma would be a plus for the gamblers!
