-Check-in was after 6pm with no explanation as to why. Several other guests had the same issue. -No beer to buy as the boy serving said he hasn't got time to change the barrell even though he told me they have a delivery sitting there. -Waited 45mins for dinner and 50mins for a drink we ordered together -WORST PART, another guest entered my room at 0015 whilst I was sleeping and when reception was notified, no concern from the team? -manager didn't start until 0930 the next day apparently, even though the place was severely lacking in service and leadership, I asked for a phone call upon checkout to discuss this extreme security issue and yet to receive this. I suspect from embarrassment and/or shame from hotel standards and capability -will report this further as felt vulnerable at a stranger entering my room after midnight from hotels operational issues

Food in the restuarant was rather disappointing and they had run out of Prosecco! The breakfast was very good though. Thr steam room was out of action in the leisure section.

I had drive all day and was exhausted. I had reserved a room with two beds for a friend that was traveling with me and myself. The room had one bed in it. The staff corrected the problem but it was an inconvenience at a time I just wanted to relax and have something to eat.
