The room was poorly cleaned. We found spills all over the walls in the bedroom and bathroom that would’ve been easily cleanable. The breakfast was probably the best part, lots of fresh fruit. The pool was out of a horror movie. We couldn’t see the floor of the pool at 5ft since it was so cloudy and after my son splashed around on the steps we noticed several odd coloured worms coming out of the pool deck vents and crawling throughout the pool. When we arrived we were notified that the hot water was going to be off for the day starting at 9am however this was never disclosed upon booking and disrupted our plans for our event. The staff were very kind and friendly.
