We requested a room change when we got there to check in and the clerk was very nice and super helpful.

I got in around 4pm after driving for about 8 hrs from Denver, they cancelled my room, apparently they called me confirm but didn’t leave a message on Thursday, I was at work so didn’t see the call coming in, it was an unknown number to me so disregarded it. They were fully booked but they had one accessible room available for $50 more which I took because I was tired and I anted to rest. The receptionist was answering calls and trying to help me, apparently she was alone. I will not book this property again.

They sold my room even after I had it reserved and whenever I questioned the front desk, he tried to say he called me and I asked for proof because he never did and he told me it don’t matter no room left here go elsewhere
