This hotel was a convenient location for everything we wanted to do this weekend. It was also close to several restaurants and shopping areas Our kids loved the outdoor pool, but the lack of an elevator to get all our stuff up to our second floor room was a surprise. The rooms were also lacking vents in the bathroom.

2 floors and no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay. The room.was clean and comfortable. The pool was far better than most although seasonal.

It was an older hotel. It's in decent shape just a bit run down. The restaurant is no longer available.

Room was clean, towels a little stained. Staff on reception were over worked, often not at reception doing other tasks. Some staff super friendly, others not so much. Pool was ok, new poolside furniture needed asap. Overall a comfortable stay.

We liked that there was a restaurant to go to where you didn't have to go outside. We didn't like that there was no elevator since my husband is a disabled vet and cannot do stairs very well.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable . The breakfast food was not hot. All 3 coffee pots empty around 9a on the weekend. 2 people asked for coffee but waited a long time. They finished their breakfast and was still waiting. The lady kept getting calls to come to front desk. I and another guest asked for more waffle batter. Never got it. Breakfast was served till 9:30 and it was about 9:10a. They need a second person. The pool chairs were in bad shape.

The hotel was okay for the price. Pool was decent size but all lawn furniture around it was broken or old. Bed was comfortable.

The beds were a bit hard. The restaurant adjoining the property was closed.

For an 8/10 rating, I was expecting something clean and well-maintained. This was not. The first room had definitely been smoked in, and we were given a different room when we asked to move. There were some bugs in the shower, and it did not look like it had been cleaned well. In the am, we passed a bucket and mop in the hall - water was very DIRTY, but had not been emptied and re-filled. This place needs some TLC or a lower rating - it did not live up to the standards for an 8/10.

Good price for the room, & breakfast was good. The bad- the room was not very clean. The shower was moldy especially where the pieces of the enclosure came together. The floor was also dirty. The ironing board was left out and when i put it away there was piles of dirt. There was also mud on the vinyl flooring that was dried.

Hotel smelled like smoke and rooms not cleaned

The room was disgusting. When we pulled back the sheets, there was tons of hair and what appeared to be lint in the sheets and covers. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this motel. The times before were fine, but this time was awful. 1. There was a bath tub matt in this room. It was laying across the edge of the bath tub when we arrived. The top of it looked dirty, so I took it off of the tub and turned it around. The bottom of it was filthy dirty and molding, even leaving marks on the across the edge of the tub. 2. I have dust allergies so I'm in the habit of checking the filter in the air conditioners. They were more than filthy!!! 3. There was moisture that was coming up between the flooring in the bathroom. I would wipe it up with a Kleenex, but each time it would form again. 4. The bathroom smelled like urn, it smelled very bad. Especially between the toilet and the tub. The floor there looked very dirty. 5. The floor in the breakfast room had spots on it and it looked very dirty. I took pictures of the bath tub matt and the dirty air conditioning filters. We stayed two nights. I showed the pictures to the lady at the front desk, telling her that I wanted to call this to her attention. She asked if I could text them to her, which I did, and she acknowledged that she received them. I told her that we would stay the second night, but I expected them to be cleaned by the time we got back that day. We were out of our room from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. When we returned no one had been in our room yet. We had no clean towels and the issues had not been addressed.

There was mold all over the ceiling in our room. The bathmat was ridden with Mold. The bathroom itself had mold all over around the toilet, the floors everywhere.

Roaches!!! Big and little roaches! Ants were crawling around the coffee outside the breakfast room.

The staff was friendly when we arrived. After we were there and went to bed for the night we found 2 bed bugs in the bed. When we asked to speak to a manager they told us that he was om the phone. Would liked to have gotten a refund

The hall smelled like wet feet and chlorine. We could not get the door open to the room without throwing our body weight into it and when we got into the room it smelled like smoke. Beds seemed clean, but there were definitely wet towels in the bathroom and the sink leaked. Also, the mini fridge had a pool of water in it. I definitely would not have wanted to stay any longer than the one night we needed as we drove through the area.

There was a moldy mat for the shower. Mold in the bathroom. Curtains looked like smoke stains. Smelled moldy in the room.

I really like staying here. The front desk clerk.wasnt the most helpful bit it was ok. The beds are comfortable but very high up.

Very quiet, but the beds are at about dining room table height. You have to climb up and down to get in and out of bed. I'm 6"4" tall and my feet would not touch the floor while sitting in the bed.

Nice room. Very cold turned off the ac all night. The bed made noise when you got up and the bathroom door had a loud squeak.

Stayed 1 night and it did the job. Clean, comfortable beds and good size room. No complaints!

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful in spite of being very busy when I arrived. The atmosphere was nice and the building and my room were clean and neat, nicely furnished with newer carpet. It felt new and updated even though the building is older. The view from my room had some lovely trees outside and the birds and squirrels were a joy to watch in the morning. The air conditioning worked great! That is sometimes an issue for me when travelling, but not here. There were no usb ports but a couple of outlets. I do not eat hotel breakfast because of food allergies. As a woman travelling alone, the fact that the door to the room opened outward was a little uncomfortable for me. I could not get comfortable in the bed. None of the pillows worked for me and the sheets were uncomfortable, but I sleep on cotton. Overall, I give it a 3.5 because a comfortable nights sleep is why I am there.

Air conditioning not cooling, stains on wash cloths and towels, secure locks not working, requested bottled water but never received it. Bed was clean and comfortable. Good location. Okay for a one night stay.

The check-in was very awkward. The front desk clerk was standing out front smoking and on the phone when we pulled up in front of the building. She was very unprofessionally dressed in cropped black spandex pants and a tie dye t-shirt. She was not very friendly during the check-in process. The room was average, but the non-slip mat in the shower (hanging over the side of the tub with the floor mat) had only what I would consider black mold all over the underside of it. I won't be back.

It was very conveniently located for me, and was only a 5-7 minute drive from the places I needed to go. The staff was very friendly, and I had a very easy check in/out experience.

Hotel was good overall but the receptionist was always missing.

Had difficulty checking in. I called to see if it was possible to check in early so i could unload my vehicle before some activities. They simply said yes iver the phone. When I got there the story was different. There would be a $10 early check in fee that they failed to tell me disclose over the phone. I finally convinced them not to charge that since I made a special trip over there without their disclosure of such a charge. Then they tried charging me a higher rate than my Expedia confirmation. They tried giving me a different room than was booked (king poolside room) then told me my room wasn't ready early and to come back later! It wasn't a bad room once we were able to get it. The purpose of booking a poolside room was the convenience of being able to have easy access back and forth from our room to the outdoor pool, however the card key didn't work to get back into our room from the outside. We had to go back in the main door and walk down the hall to our room. Breakfast was decent. And the bed was comfy. It was a good value for the price but be aware that they might be difficult to agree to honor your Expedia booking. I had to show it on my phone several times even though they recognized the confirmation number. They blamed the "system". Not sure if I'll trust them or Expedia again.

I booked a king bed 3 weeks in advance. When I got into the room it was 2 queen beds. Went to the desk to get what I paid for and the manager wouldn’t help. He refunded my room and told me to leave. I told him no I need this room I just want what I paid for, he called the police. The officers were very nice and said they have had many issues with this property but there nothing they can do. They referred me to a much better hotel . DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!! The staff are awful . I did not raise my voice or cause a scene . The manager was so rude and arrogant

Staff argued with me over reserving a pet friendly room even though we dont have pets woth us, i just wanted a king poolside room. Then tried saying they didnt have a room for me even though an hour earlier we were asked to wait 30-45 minutes for our room to be finished (we were early, no big deal). After being given the room booked, outside lock wouldnt work, no lights came on with either key. We were moved to a dofferent poolside room, and that outside door must have had a funky handle because it would take MULTIPLE attempts from both of us ro get it to open. There were active webs and cobwebs in corners and around a/c and curtain liners. Toilet wouldnt flush right even after we had been gone all day, had to notify front desk of issue. Breakfast was very understaffed, the young woman who manned the front desk had to go cover multiple areas, owner(s) no where to be found to help as they should if short staffed. Food/beverages/utensils ran out each morning of our stay well before breakfast was over and if you didnt call the front desk no one was coming to check on things. The young lady at the front desk was kind and sweet, but no other staff seemed like they could be bothered to help outside their normal duties if needed. Will not be staying again as that was the second time we had a poor experience there.

My husband and I were traveling to a family members funeral and I booked a room for 3, so my cousin, whose son had passed, could stay with us. I called ahead as she would be arriving before us and asked that they let her check in and was told it would not be a problem. Upon our arrival, I found my cousin sitting in the lobby because they would not let her in. I went to the desk asking why she was not allowed to check in only to be told, there was no note stating that she could check in. Only an I'm sorry.Very poor service. I also requested for other family members arriving in the next couple of days to have rooms near ours. Upon their arrival, they were on the 2nd floor and we were on the first floor, opposite ends of the building. Very disheartening for something so simple in a time of sorrow could not be accommodated. Will not stay there again.

Close to highway, pub on premises, nice parking

This is a great utilitarian hotel. Clean and in a good location off the highway. Rooms are a bit dated, but a great value for the price I paid. I will plan to stay there then next time I am in the Farmington area.

breakfast wasn't very good

Was really impressed with this place. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, bisquits, toast, yogurt, 3 different cereals and of course coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. It was clean and comfortable and the price was just right. The added perk was that it is attached to a restaurant that we enjoyed, which also had live music. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean. The breakfast was very poor. Eggs were cold. No waffle batter. Coffee was out.

There were numerous improvements since my last stay. The breakfast was significantly better. My room was clean this time.

The breakfast??? The gravy was cold, the slow cooker was never turned. The scramled eggs were cold and full of water that you had to try and drain off the water to get dry eggs. The coffee in the hallway was cold, but the O.J. was cold.
