Quality Inn Farmington

Won’t be staying here again. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, it was sticky, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. We found used clothes in a drawer on the microwave cabinet that had been s*xually used and left. The smell of mildew coming from the AC gave us headaches in no time. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing a diffuser and oil just to sleep in the room. Our neighbor was on drugs or something with scary outbursts and we had an odd adjoining door. Saving grace was that it locked from our side. He kept us awake til 2am. If he wasn’t keeping us awake the noise from the highway with occasion semi air brakes and motorcycles did because the hotel literally sits in the highway. The pool was questionable so the kids didn’t end up getting to swim. Breakfast was okay.. coffee pot was empty and no one was at the desk to request more, cereal was stale. I guess you get what you pay for. Only reason we stuck it out was because it was non refundable. You can think I’m just being a Karen.. but.. if you can drive further for another hotel option, I recommend doing that.

Building was not the same building listed on first picture on Expedia. Two story building. Only stairs. Luggage cart didnt work.Under construction. Doors propped open in the hall during the heat advisory made it very uncomfortable. Room has definitely seen better days. Sharp edges on floor between carpet and tile floor. Sofa was breaking. Lamp didnt work. Shower head covered in mildew. No hot water. Was told it was repaired but then went off again. Advised they will finish laundry and then wait for some time and hot water will come back on. Breakfast did not look appetizing. "Orange juice" and milk sitting out on counter not refrigerated. Utensils were melted to get waffles.

Very clean, no issues at all, the pools were actually up and available, haven't had that happen since the pandemic occurred.

Generally quiet, even though my room was across the hall from the pool entrance. The staff was very friendly and also kind and patient with my inquisitive 5 y.o. The heater in the pool wasn't working the two days of my stay, but was fixed by the afternoon of the third day.

This is an older property but had a heated indoor pool that was kept up and was very affordable. The staff was friendly. We will probably stay here again in the future.

The pool was ice cold the hot tub didn't work the breakfast was nasty no coffee the staff you could not understand and there was a lot of drug people there if you're okay with being around druggies then you're okay staying at this hotel

Clean room, friendly staff, good, hot breakfast and a heated pool all for $50/night! The only thing that would have made this hotel better would be a fitness room.

The bath faucet was dripping when entered the room. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work well. Had the room set to 65 and we were still hot. Didn’t sleep under the covers. The bottom on the pool looked dirty. Would not recommend to other people

We got there room was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned. There was bm in bathroom toilet, second bed sheets had hair all over them! The desk clerk which was very nice,did take out trash and spray air freshener and flush toilet. I was woke up from being bit by a bug and loud noisy tenants upstairs! We didn’t try their breakfast. We checked in about 5:30-6:00pm and out at 6:35am. Pool needed painted but served the purpose.

We arrived and dropped off our bags in our room which was 122. We went to see my daughter-in-law. When we got back to the room, we were getting ready for bed when I saw poop and sperm marks on the chair and ottoman next to the bed, after seeing this I checked out the covers and saw Uren and makeup on the comforter and poop on the sheet. I checked the chair that was the desk chair which had the same sperm and poop marks too. I look at the bathtub which had not been cleaned & saw they rigged the shower curtain that they had used staple pad to hold to the wall and the shower curtain was dirty plus there was no bathmat. After showering I placed the towel on the floor to step out on and shuffled across the floor, when picking it up I saw that it was black on the bottom side which had cleaned the filthy floor. I have not ever been in a hotel this nasty before. My husband called down the desk and ask to have a clean comforter sheet and he told her about the chair too, my husband also ask to speak to the manager. The lady that brought the items was ok at first, she said that the manager was out of town. She ask in a sarcastic way if we need her to make the bed. In which I said no thank you After she left, we stepped put side to smoke and overheard her talking on her cell phone complaining that we had ask for clean things. As we were leaving, I took and opened the and saw that the window was crack, and they used boxing tape to cover it. We took pictures of everything!

The property was run down and not maintained. Room was in need of repairs and cleaned. Layers of dust in door frames, shower stall, tv stand ect. Cleaning staff not paying attention to detail. The walls are very thin. I asked front desk 3 days in a row to replace the blow dryer because the one in the room didn’t work and everyday I was told they would have it taken care of and it wasn’t done. Small request and no customer satisfaction in the quality inn.

Filthy! Holes in ceiling in bathroom strains and dirt on coffee pot counter tops and carpet. Bad neighborhood with police activity. Non smoking room listed but room smelled like an ashtray/ cat box. Towels were stained and threadbare. No hot water. Air conditioner sounded like a descending airplane. I was there 40 minutes and checked out cause no way I could stay there and sleep and no refund given. DO NOT STAY HERE you would sleep better and safer in your car.

Room wS dirty, toilet seat and cover was filthy, floor in front of sink was sticky, ceiling was peeling, shower rod was rigged into place. Outside of buildingwas dirty and unkept. Had to have housekeeper come and reclean the bathroom

Bed bugs and roaches. I didn't even make it through the night.

This room was a lot nicer LOOKING than our other room- But it was a bigger nightmare!! There was literal roaches crawling all over the walls and onto the bed! Half of us slept in the car! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! They would not reimburse us, would not put us in another room etc. You could not understand a word they were saying!! It was absolutely disgusting!!!!

Filthy. There was toilet paper in the toilet and the shower was stained. There was dried up toothpaste on the counter. We didn’t even check in until 8pm so they had plenty of time to do a true cleaning of the place. The sink was clogged and filled with water

Check-in was quick, got upgraded to a jacuzzi suite which was in poor repair and no shower in room. Shower wand in tub broken. Broken tiles. Bed very uncomfortable. Room clean.

I'm already not a big fan when my room has a connecting door to another room but in this case whoever wasn't the other side was snoring and did other bodily sounds the whole night which was super annoying. Also the AC was either a very simple or a very old model. More or less you had only the option to turn it on or off there was no way it would shut down after it reaches a certain temperature it was just constantly running or it was not running at all and then you had a very humid warm climate inside the room. The breakfast area is usually very dirty. I'm also not a big fan of the more recent tradition that there is no more room service or cleaning on a daily basis and hotels anymore. The whole 3 days we've been there there was none at all. We were on ground level floor so we had a door at the hallway as well as one to the outside on the back. The seals of the door were extremely worn and there was absolutely no soundproofing which is in consideration that the hotel is next to an highway onramp, very unpractical.

Noisy and very run down. Doors and walls were thin. Doors didn’t fit well to outside and between rooms. Many vacant rooms and put a noisy family right next to us. Bathroom shower looked clean but shower head and water pressure were awful. Outlets by sink and desk didn’t work. Clerk at front desk was not friendly. TV channels were very limited. Won’t be back.

It was good for us and we just needed a place to sleep. Comfy beds. Spacious roon

Older motel and it really shows. Room was clean but amenities were wore out. Our “leather” desk chair was flaking and the door knobs had lost all of their finish. The popcorn ceiling was falling off and hadn’t been repaired.

The room was a little worn. Seemed clean enough, just tired.

Provided breakfast was good. Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bread and rolls, cereal, yogurt, juice (?) And good coffee. Our room was fairly large. However, we requested a king bed and got 2 queens. Spider and long red hair in the shower was not acceptable. Over sized hotel fridge was a bonus since we were staying for several days. Bed and sheets were very comfortable.

The bed was clean and very comfortable. However they did not ever make the bed the 3 days I was there. They provided fresh towels just 2 of the 3 days. My most frustration was with key cards that deactivated daily. You had to go to the front desk to get them to work again, and twice I had to wait for someone to come to the desk. Once was so long I tried calling the phone number which went to voice mail and then the voice mail was full. Meanwhile I cannot get into my room after a long day. On a positive note, upon my arrival the first evening, the kind lady did go to great lengths to talk me in when gps could not help me find them.

Was awesome. Actuay far exeded my expectations. In whole dude to the unbelivable beautiful soul they have atcthe front desk. They finaly got it right with the switch of staf. Farmington finaly has some better more welcoming people to greet them now. The Quality Inn. Top Notch.

Upon check in I was put into a room that was dirty. I was moved to a different room. The next day after checking out, I saw that my credit card was charged twice for the pet fee. I called the hotel. The manager told me I was not charged twice, but it was they charged me the difference from what they didn't receive from my payment to Hotels.com. He yelled at me, told me "I was a guest, not God, and that they were in the business of collecting payment.". I asked him to talk to Hotels.com to get the payment and he hung up on me!

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! I was double charged for my room and have been calling for weeks to them to resolve their error without any success. When I was asked for my credit card for the incidentals, the front desk worker charged me for the room! I called back the next day once I noticed my credit card charge, and it took over two hours to speak to someone on the phone. The manager never calls me back and their customer service line was unable to refund me the money. So unless you want to pay twice for your room, I highly recommend booking elsewhere!

Service was outstanding. Breakfast was good.

Upon arriving the person asked for my name and ID handed me the keys and said nothing else, there was no do not disturb for the door, breakfast wasnt good

Great spot for us to stop and see the solar eclipse. So we were glad to pay extra for the room this time. Nice Hotel, glad we got to the accomidations.

Nice little stay right off the highway. I stayed with my toddler and we had a good night. My only issue was that there were no options for kids channels on the tv. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. Both ladies, evening and morning were very pleasant and kind!

I like booking a motel room with a smaller building. This is two floors, but not sure whether or not there is an elevator. I felt my room was well prepared and very secure. I sleep at another random location while using all the amenities because I believe the microclimates and local overnight operations of the urban area are dangerous to my personal health.

Hotel overall was nice. I stayed 2 nights. The first morning, they ran out of breakfast and I didn’t eat due to time constraints. Was told more food was on the way out, but I didn’t have time to wait. Second morning I was awakened by a screaming child in the foyer below my room. I think it was just unlucky that my room was that close to the main lobby foyer and the sound traveled very well. Overall room was nice, staff was friendly.

It was ok. Fine for a quick one night stay. Its a small older hotel. The breakfast was good, actual hot food like sausage, eggs and waffles.
