El baño y sus accesos son muy reducidos con espacio muy pequeño para mover la puerta y una silla de ruedas o un andador , el refrigerador estaba desconectado y por consecuencia se derritió el hielo del congelador , en ambas habitaciones había agua derramada y en la habitación 505 la duela ya se está levantando

El hotel esta bien no tiene lujos, puede ser util para solo dormir, no tiene servicios adicionales ni amenidades en las habitaciones, Los cuartos estan muy pegados y se alcanza a escuchar al de a lado. Te incluye el desayuno y esta pasable, buena comida, le hace falta variedad y mas personal para atender en horas concurridas.

The room key constantly was an issue. It did not open the door and had to reprogram every time we tried to open the door. The floors were dirty and bed sheets. The soap dispensers were empty and not refilled on daily cleaning. The towels were smelly and very hard. And the mandatory valet parking was not good. The rental car was damaged by them and we had to pay a repair fine to the car rental company. They also lost the car key twice! Breakfast food was cold and no much to choose from.

Se hizo la reservación para 4 personas y solo nos dieron 2 toallas, se pidieron las faltantes y solo nos dieron una la justificación fue porque no había más, poner mucho más atención en cuanto a limpieza, al llegar al cuarto la regadera tenía cabellos en el suelo, y restos de jabón en la jabonera que tienen, los jabones que tienen de despachador dan muy mal aspecto porque se ven muy descuidados, al segundo día nos llevamos la sorpresa de que habían utilizado el baño, ajenos a los huéspedes y ni para bajarle se tomaron la molestia, nos dejaron tremendo regalote, todo lo demás está bien pero si el tema de la limpieza deja mucho que desear

Hotel did not look like the pictures online. Rooms are super small and not cleaned well. There was hair all over the floor and baseboards. Beds dont have fitted sheets and stains were not only visible but off putting. Hotel looks run down and not well maintained. Not the quality hotel i would associate with the Fiesta chain. Location is excellent but property was not.

Terrible experiencia, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. No respetaron mi reservación. Me dieron lo que quisieron de habitación muy sucia, focos fundidos, persiana ni subia ni bajaba. Me prometieron darme un camastro y jamas me hablaron para decirme que no tenian hasta que baje a la recepción. La habitación tenia un olor desagradable que picaba la nariz y garganta. El baño sucio como que no habian hecho limpieza. El desayuno pésima calidad y presentación.

The reception guy was amazing with us we have to be at 3:30 am we don't have the transportation at that time and he resolved my problem I feel so protected I travel with my 2 kids they make you feel welcome I really recommend this place they have a great view and customer service.

Excelente y cercano para la feria pero tuve un incidente desafortunado y terrible con un miembro del staff que a media noche me abrió la puerta de mi habitación, diciendo que mi check out tenía que haber sido días antes. Él estaba confundido y se portó muy grosero.

Precio - Beneficio está bien, y al ser una cadena conocida ya sabes a lo que vas, pero en realidad es un hotel promedio. El desayuno malísimo, ese sí mejor ni ofrecerlo o incluir solo café, pan, cereal, leche y fruta. Lo demás estaba muy mal. Agradecemos sus atenciones y el servicio de los empleados.

Precio - Beneficio está bien, y al ser una cadena conocida ya sabes a lo que vas, pero en realidad es un hotel promedio. Clean room and great breakfast service with also the biggest feria festival season right in front of the hotel and only a 15 min walk to the downtown part of the city of Aguascalientes. Also taxes available nearby the area during this festival season.

The staff were wonderful and the rooms were kept very clean, which I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent and very convenient. However, the shower heads are outdated and did not function well. Unfortunately, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. I even developed a rash on my neck, and when I checked the pillow, it appeared to have very old feather filling. I requested additional pillow covers for protection. Additionally, the towels and sheets felt very worn and in need of replacement. While the staff and location were great, the condition of the bedding and bathroom fixtures would prevent me from staying here again.
