The location is pretty fantastic for the price. Just a block and a half up the hill from the kiosk, the malecón, and the bus station, you can't beat that. Check-in can be difficult if your Spanish isn't the best, as staff doesn't speak English. Bring pesos, or use a card. The exchange rate is terrible. I used a card and paid $169.41 for three nights. My travel companion paid in US dollars and paid $207. It's an interesting building, likely an office park renovation. The first level is the front desk, housekeeping, and a restroom. The second level and up are hotel rooms. I stayed on the second level, room 4. Pros: very quiet, a single flight up the stairs, and a very comfortable bed. Cons: No windows unless you count the one to the hallway, no view, no natural light, no airflow. My travel companion stayed on the third level in room 10. She had a big window of a roof and a sliver of ocean. She said it was loud at night, especially when the club next door was hopping, her bed was all lumps. I would absolutely return.

I was disappointed that they only had 4 towels in the room for 5 guests and no extra pillows available. Parking was non existing due to the heavy traffic going to restaurants and shops we had to find parking away form the hotel. Room was OK but could use some improvements as far as offering extra towels or pillows without trouble. I give it a 2star rating. Beds are way to hard being the small mattress is on a slab of concrete on the two full size beds and the Twin looked torn and worn.

I was disappointed that they only had 4 towels in the room for 5 guests and no extra pillows available. Las instalaciones muy deficientes, el cuarto se notaba sucia, la cama se está desarmando, el wifi no llega bien al cuarto, el baño ni se diga ( está muy pequeño y la regadera sin presione para que salga agua, sin contar que no tenía la cebolla la regadera), entonces, por la tarifa se puede decir que pagamos porque está a una cuadra del malecón y no por una buena estancia por parte del hotel.

Fui el.fin de semana olvide unos tenis , se que es mi responsabilidad pero al igual tambien ellos.piden checar si esta bien todo y pues resulta q no estaban ya los tenis y pues que mal.por que si ubiece roto algo me lo cobrarian la.verdad muy mal.esa parte solamente lo demas muy bien

Very nice hotel with walkable distance of Centro and La Paz Malecon Sea side view. Staff Services are really good 👍 Safe for family vacations.

La propiedad es bastante vieja para el precio pague una sola noche 1021 pesos mexicanos desde que llegamos el personal muy grosero las instalaciones viejas y demasiado ruidosa a la salida habían dos señoras una más joven una de pelo amarillo demasiado groseras prepotentes frente a nosotros le dice a alguien más que suba a la habitación 9 a ver si todo estaba completo refiriéndose a qué tal. Es pudimos llevarnos algo que desagradable no lo recomiendo en absoluto

La limpieza no es la mejor, es una propiedad vieja y con mucho detalles en las habitaciones, no leí en su perfil el deposito en efectivo y mi problema es que a veces no traigo efectivo más que negarme a pagarlo y no respetaron mi hora de checkout me sacaron de la habitación una hora antes

room was clean, needs updating and water barely worked low water pressure kept me from showing. but the location was 1 block from the beach though I don't know what water picture is from. People were very friendly and helpful I only stated 2 nights.

Overall this is an excellent location to stay if you don’t have a car. Bus depot is around the corner. Hotel itself is old but clean. Room was a decent size, ac was great. Price was average given the location. Parking is a hit/ mas.

everything is very old the mattress in the bed were in really bad condition i could not slept because we could feel the spring the wires Oh and we didnot had hot water per the receptionist they turn the water heather during the day so we needed to ast to turn it on and wait a long time for the hot water in the shower.

The room was fine it was a budget stay and very good value. My friend asked for a room away from the street and they changed room no problem. It is an authentic historic district hotel. Old and clean. For those wanting amenities I would look elsewhere.
