Todo bien, solo no hay elevador

Esta bien ubicado, pero el estacionamiento esta en otro lugar, y algunas calles estan muy oscuras y debido a q hay micha gente en condicion de calle hay olor a orines. El lugar es bueno, por desgracia en el primer piso se escucha mucho el ruido de la gente cuando entrega las habitaciones. Pero las cortinas sirven muy bien para q no entre luz

Un hotel básico y bueno, muy céntrico. El estacionamiento está en la calle de atrás por si llevan auto, el estacionamiento es seguro.

El lugar esta en buen punto pero el estacionamiento esta a una cuadra y no es comodo

Ubicación excelente, es cierto que se escucha el ruido de la calle pero con unos tapones se puede dormir agusto, el estacionamiento esta en el hotel de enfrente pero no esta tan lejos

You need to like historic buildings to appreciate this hotel. There is no elevator and no help to get your bags to your room. The staff is very friendly but lean. The building is beautiful. Bathrooms are clean but water pressure is low but serviceable. The room AC was great. In fact, put the temperature a degree or two higher than you would think. We woke up at 2am shivering and it was set at 72 degrees. They do have breakfast for a reasonable fee. But it is the same breakfast everyday. Eggs, fruit, juice, beans, chilaquiles and toast. It is quiet but close enough to the action. We like it a lot.

Todo bien,,, solo que a las personas mayores no se cuenta con un elevador ni rampas,, y como que le falta un buen mantenimiento

The place is in a not so nice area dirty streets and no parking nearby, you have to park a block away in another hotel. The room had bad smell and they don’t even have a hair dryer or steam iron. The morning young man at the front desk is not so polite. They made me go up to the room to get the tv remote. Something they never done in other low budget hotels they actually say just leave it we get it later.

Las instalaciones necesitan un buen mantenimiento , el Internet no funciona , la limpieza no es muy buena, las toallas parecen lijas , nada de suavidad ni comodidad , cero vigilancia por la noche , no se respeta mucho el esrarsilencio después de las once de la noche, una lastima tanto anuncio por este hotel y tantas cosas que no está bien , los baños oliendo a resumidero, que pena.

El hotel lo considero bien, únicamente les falta limpieza a profundidad en lavabo y baño, porque en el lavabo encontré cabellos y en el baño la regadera tenía mucho sarro, sus llaves y al bañarse al empezar a salir agua caliente empezó a transitar un olor muy desagradable

I’ve stayed at this hotel and it’s basically a nice hotel if you on a budget and want something with a good location. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience during our 2 night stay. The first night we were about to shower when we open the hot water and realized the water was coming out brownish. We understand that sometimes Mexicos water might not be clean but this water was nasty. Residues of what seemed like brown poop came out of the water and even though it was running for a good 10 minutes, the water was the same. Went to the reception and told about the water which they said they had just clean the pipes that day and maybe our pipe didn’t get clean. The reception person said to leave the water running and he was going to try to fix it. We did leave the water running and after about 30 or so minutes the water finally came sort of clean. There was no maintenance person or someone from housekeeping since at this point it was almost 11pm so we asked for a mop and some cleaning utensils so we can clean the shower since the poop residue was still there. That was night one for us. The second night when we were about to shower we open the hot water again and to our luck, same problem. Dirty water coming from shower and weird brownish dirt that seems like poop coming out of it. We were so tired that we decided to call it a night at that point. One thing to say is that we used water bottles to brush our teeth since we couldn’t trust the water there.

First night the A/C was dripping water an it got all over the floor Second day the water was so disgusting looks like mud we have to let it run like for 1hr until it was clear !! see attached picture

La estancia fue cómoda, el detalle es que la habitación no estaba tan limpia, tenia cabellos en la cama, regadera, lavabo y al día siguiente no había agua caliente :( . Todo esta a la mano, muy cerca del centro, restaurantes bares, es un hotel muy tranquilo y libre de humo de cigarro. El señor de la recepción al momento de salir del hotel fui a hacer una compra rapida y regrese a que me sellaran el boleto del estacionamiento y no me lo queria sellar porque ya pasaba de la 1:00pm para esto escribio en el boleto que me cobraran el tiempo extra despues de la 1:00 cero empatico el señor de la recepción.

Limpieza

Las habitación muy pequeña para tener dos camas, la luz del tocador estaba fundida, prendía cuando quería, y el baño no me pareció muy limpio. Las toallas no se veían tan limpias tampoco y a pesar de que nos dijeron que habría ruido de la construcción de a lado (no nos pareció tanto problema) pero se escucha todo de afuera. La verdad es que lo único bonito que tienen son las instalaciones comunes. Las habitaciones no tanto.

Muy bien servicio muy limpio

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, solo compenza la ubicación, mucho ruido en todo el hotel ya que estában realizando una remodelación pero desde muy temprano estaban taladrando y sonaba en todo el hotel, el personal era muy hamable y era muy limpio, pero si pongo lo pequeño de la habitación como un punto a pensar si van más de 2 personas, una noche me falló el internet y el sevico de la TV, no voy volvería a reservar en este hotel...

Los colchones muy viejos y las bases truenan La habitación no tenía ventana exterior No fue cómodo

I loved this place for its beautiful architecture and history. But if you want someone to take your bags to your room or an elevator? This is not your place. I had to bring all my bags up three flights of stairs. Room was great. AC that we shut off at 2am because we were actually cold. Nice shower, TV, and space. Short walk to downtown and the fun begins. You can’t beat the price.

El hotel en general está bien sólo que se oye mucho el ruido de los carros al pasar, al menos en el cuarto que nos tocó

La habitación perfecta y con balcón, sólo el aire acondicionado insuficiente y la tele con pocos canales y sin suficiente volumen

Muy viejas instalaciones pero limpio y cerca de todo caminando. Como humedo los cuartos.

Beds are hard as a rock. Pillows are like the ones on airplanes, small little padding. I asked for extra pillows was told i could only have 1 extra. Great location Good for walking Nice staff

La habitación era sencilla pero cómoda. Se agradece que tenga aire acondicionado. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre estuvo atento. Lo único malo es que había demasiado ruido. Algunos huéspedes no respetan el descanso de otros haciendo ruido al salir o entrar y se que esto no tiene que ver directamente con el hotel, pero sería bueno que se pusieran más severos con esto, ya que es una constante molestia a otros huéspedes.

El hotel está bien ubicado pero las instalaciones están antiguas, el baño despedía olores muy feos y el wifi nunca funcionó, la tv solo agarraba unos cuantos canales y no era Smart tv por lo cual no se puede ver Netflix u otros servicios de streaming.

Not soundproof at all. No coffee maker or even a glass for water. The desk staff were very friendly . The location was good.

We had an amazing trip. Easy walk to el centro. a little sketch but convenient. Enrique works at the front desk and he was very helpful. The tours were great and inexpensive. We didn't have to worry about transportation because we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel that was included in the guided tours. Showers could use a little more water pressure but cleanliness and attentiveness from staff was awesome.

Mr Enrique at front desk was amazing, friendly and helpfull.

It was horrible place to stay there because they did not honor Expedia reservation which I had already paid and Expedia did not help me because they were with. I don’t know whether company but it was horrible horrible experience.

Excelente servicio, el hotel impecable, es la viva representecion de calidad y servico personalizado. Al no ser un hotel de cadena con mil habitaciones, te sientes bienvenido y siempre atendido. Sin duda la cereza del pastel fue el servicio brindado por el chico de recepcion Abraham. El cuarto olia rico cada dia que lo limpiaban, el persona de limpieza y todo mundo muy lindo, gran atencion, ubicacion y todas las fotos muy coherentes con la realidad. Nada mas que buenas experiencias, espero poder regresar y que sigan manteniendo esta atencion a los detalles.

Front desk clerk amazing customer service upon check-in!! I would have preferred a room with a window, but I was able to check-in early with no extra charge, the room was very clean & all the staff very nice & helpful! :-) water was hot in the bathroom & cold filtered water cooler to refill your bottle. For the prie, you can't go wrong! :-)

One of the best places I've stayed in Guadalajara. Breakfast is simple but really good. Nice staff. Clean room. Close to everything. It was just a nice experience really recommended.

Llegué y me dijeron que mi habitación había vencido y que ya no tenían cupo y simplemente no me pude hospedar ahí

Both the tour company and hotel blaming eachother for services when asking for deposit back. I paid for 2 trips: Tequila Golden and Mazamitla. We went on the tequila golden"vip" but were given the clasic experience for a more expensive price. When on the trip, our tour guide had to pick up another group where we waited an additional 30 min. During the tour, we did not get to experience 2 stops that make the vip package (tres mujeres and columpio) basically receiving a classic tour. We also made an additional stop NOT listed which was said to be "required" wasting more time. We were told by the hotel that the tour usually last until 9, with traffic 10pm the latest. We arrived at our hotel at 11:15 as other group didn't respect the departure time at our last stop. We were charged full price for 2 minors (15, 6) when the minors from other group were charged half price. I canceled trip to Mazamitla due to the experience. Front desk told me that they couldnt return my deposit for Mazamitla as it was in small print on my receipt. He continued to state that wasnt their fault. He had me talk to the tour company. So much back and forth. I was already losing money from the Tequila tour, all I wanted was my deposit back and a refund difference for part of the Tequila trip. As soon as I mentioned I would be leaving reviews on both the hotel and tour company, they said they would get back to me. When returning back to the hotel, a front desk person had my deposit to Mazamitla only.

Súper buena ubicación

Todo en cuanto al hotel muy bien, pero una parte de la zona de afuera muy insegura

The hotel is way past it's prime and the adjacent areas have a lot of vagabonds.

Convenient location within walking distance to downtown.

segura, tranquila, 3 calles de catedral, muy conveniente para de ahi partir a cualquier punto de la ciudad, a gusto

El ruido al rededor es algo a considerar, ya que está al rededor de varios burdeles y bares. La habitación se encuentra en buenas condiciones, aunque la atención por parte del recepcionista que me tocó no es la mejor.

Gran servicio por parte del personal, el desayuno estaba bueno y el internet funcionaba bastante bien. Lo único que le agregaría son enchufes más cerca de la cama.

Excelente opción. Es muy económico y vale lo que pagas. La atención del personal fue muy buena, las camas cómodas, la tv no se veía muy bien y el baño estaba un poco resbaloso. Esta muy buen ubicado. Y tiene un jardín muy bonito. Lo único que no recomiendo es el desayuno ahí, muy malo.
