Very bad place don’t stay there old outdated No internet signal tv signal on and off remote for air condition not working i let reception know they come they check they say internet is working but truly isn’t my shower flooded twice I called the reception they came nothing happen

I arrived at 1:30am from the airport, when arrive I was told they didn’t have my reservation even though I showed the payment. The worst part was that my mother is 85 years old and can barely walk so she was extremely tired by then. We were told that it was nothing they could do. My mother then started to demand a room and was given a room at the 4th floor with no elevator we had to take it cause she couldn’t walk any more. We struggle to climb the stairs just to find a room without hot water. It was really a bad experience
