Very limited for lobby use. Couldn't tell if going through renovation. Check in process was a little slow and uninviting. Bed mattresses are very stiff, but the room was very clean and did not smell. Very basic but close to town without being in a noisy area.

When asking for anything or even checking in no one was at the front (every time we walked by the desk or needed something) you had to ring a doorbell or call a number they have posted. Upon arriving I rang the doorbell and was met with my receipt to sign and asked for my ID that wouldn’t normally be an issue but I didn’t even receive a “hi welcome in” or anything at all. We were given the keys to the room went to park and unload and noticed the side door is broken so anyone could just walk in off the street and completely bypass the front desk (not that anyone would notice). Anyways got to our room a notice we need a couple more pillows bevause the 3 they provided originally for a king bed were sooooo thin you might as well not have had one at all. My husband went downstairs to ask for a couple more and once again had to ring the doorbell or call (which he did) when someone came he asked and was met with “no I don’t have the store room key” ok fine not a problem we will make do. The next day we tried asking early in the day so that we could get what we needed plus an extra blanket and were told they didn’t have any. There was no restroom in the lobby (well there was no lobby at all as it was being used for what looked to be a store room) there was no breakfast all of the doors leading to outside were broken and did not need your key to get into those doors. Overall not a great stay and we ended up extending our trip but switching hotels to the Hampton next door.
