The room smelled like smoke. You get what you paid for for sure. Pool closed. Door did not lock when we left the room. Room in very poor condition. Staff was friendly but couldn’t tell I had already paid for the room.

I had to reset my key card everyday because they would only key it in for one night, my neighbors were loud and the desk wouldn’t do anything about it, and my bathroom door knob was broke.

Walls and bedding were stained and poorly repainted. The was a weird smell and dog poo everywhere outside. The pool was closed. Bath tub had a stained mat stuck in it. Staff was awesome but facility needs a lot of repairs.

Toilet barely flushed. Shower Rod barely attached. Hair in “clean” towels. Dirt and grime throughout bathroom floor. Beds are harder than concrete. Moved to another room, wasn’t better. Just worse view. Finally checked out and got another place to stay

The room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We met some long-term residents, and they were also very nice. I stayed on the second floor, and it smelled like cat litter. That was the only negative aspect.

Don’t stay here! Rooms are filthy, dead bugs were on the floor then live ones would scurry past! Toilet leaked all night. No fridge or microwave, no shampoo and conditioner. Bare bones and bad! Hallways reeked. Old carpet made walking on them feel like I was going to inhale something I didn’t want to!

Will recommend folks not to stay. We have stayed in several Motel 6 over several years around the US and this one was terrible. Roaches, smell musky, floors sticky. But we had no other place to go. All motels where full for Easter Weekend. Never again for Cleburn Texas. I'm sure the company will not even do anything or contact us. Ronnie Woods

Within 30 minutes of checking into our room we killed four (4) roaches in the room. A hair stuck on the wall in the bathroom. The fridge leaked all over the floor. When we checked out and asked for a refund, they shorted us $12. Hotels.com customer service did fix our refund.

The worst place ever. There were burns from cigarettes. There were holes in the shower. There were stains on the walls. The window and the curtain are so dusty. There weren’t any chairs to sit. The hallway was very stinky, so nasty that I gagged.

Overall not a bad property for the money. I just a room in a bad location so i was able to hear the doors to the pool opening and closing after 10:30 pm and early in the morning , children talking loud going in and out. Someones phone was going off all night, vibration from the side table in the room by me.

Upon arrival, the pervasive, unpleasant odor of stale cigarette smoke and an underlying smell of onions was immediately noticeable and made for a very unwelcoming start to my stay. The room's poor lighting did nothing to improve the atmosphere and made the space feel dim and unwelcoming. The poor lighting also obscured the room's general lack of cleanliness.

My husband stayed here for 1 night for a local business trip. He told me he only needed a room and a bed and would be fine. The price was great. The room looked just like the photos....BUT he said it wasn't any bigger than a giant jail cell. Per him, "We could not even move around without hitting each other." He said the staff was nice.

Our room didn't have a microwave as shown on the website, not did it have a fridge as shown on the website, we had to ask for towels, our cards were not set for our entire stay and we were locked out and had to walk a good way around the property, they only authorized for one day and we had a prepaid two day stay.

To start the carpet in the halls looked like there were blood stains on it all throughout the 3rd floor hallway. They decided to turn the elevator off and guests had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to their rooms. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. The towels had stains and black strands of hair in them. There was a half naked man sleeping in the bed of a truck in the parking lot. I felt like I was in the hood until I got out of the parking lot.

Great location outside of Cleburne. MEGAN front desk clerk was amazing 1st room not very happy with so she got us in to another room no questions asked. 2nd room very clean. Bathroom towels were old and torn -.Old hotel lots of fixing needed-.staff was very polite and understanding on any issues needed- apologize many times. Like.the saying goes you get what you pay for. But, even with the flaws th staff is what will take you back. HOPEFULLY owners start updating rooms and add few things to the restrooms.

Despite being a newly built facility and the outside being well kept; the inside was not well kept. Our room had roaches in it, wall socket was sparking, smoke detector was ripped off, ventilation was poor in the room so it constantly smelled like smoke, the curtains and sheets has cigarette burns and misc. stains. However; the staff was very helpful and kind. Despite being busy they still were able to help in a timely manner!

Stayed for a week, Location was convenient, staff was friendly. The 3rd floor smells terrible like musty feet, some of the exit doors didn’t work, my room didn’t have a remote for the TV even after I requested one. Overall the stay was okay for the price, I didn’t like the people hanging out outside smoking and drinking by the building. Probably won’t stay in a motel 6 next time I’ll just pay the extra for something nicer.

Hard to get extra towels. Key only worked half the time and had to ask lobby staff multiple times to let us in. One key didn’t work the whole stay. No breakfast offered. Don’t know that I would recommend this place. If I had found anything available in my budget I would have left after the first night instead of 4
