Thought I booked an individual chalet. Was placed in a chalet that had 2 entrances with a connecting door inside. I would have not booked if I knew it was not an individual chalet. Not correctly advertised on site.

Heater in our room only blew cold air. Told the front desk. Could have switched rooms but we had already unloaded everything. But they provided a space heater so we were good.

The parking lot had a huge flood right outside my door. It hadn’t rained and there were bubbles in it so I’m assuming it was a clog somewhere?

Staff was ok, I suppose. Room was not as expected bathroom had mold and spider webs. Not sure if there were bed bugs or some other kind of bugs
