Any questions we had were promptly responded to and addressed. It was very quiet for our entire stay. There is a nice pool and hot tub in the condo complex. It was a good central location to explore the island and within walking distance of the beach. Our Nissan Rouge fit nicely in the garage but I don’t think a large SUV/pickup truck would fit so if you plan on having a large vehicle, count on parking outside.

We loved this very well appointed unit in the beautiful Pili Mai property. It is literally a 4 minute drive to the beach and there is shopping and restaurants nearby. But with the beautiful kitchen and BBQ’s on site we chose to do many of our meals “at home.” This unit is beautifully furnished. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is the perfect base for the many activities and adventures Kauai had to offer.

Property was well maintained and pool was amazing. Local family here and we all loved chilling in the ac.

We stayed for two weeks in this condo with four adults and a child. We found the property management company to be easy to communicate with and felt they were responsive. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. In particular, the kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with all you need to cook a great meal. It was handy to have an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as three bathrooms. The pool area was really nice and the little wading pool for the kids was an extra bonus for us. The condo location is excellent. Close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, although we did drive to the beach. If it is just adults, it is an easy 15 minute walk but for a family it is a bit too far with little ones. Overall, we hope to be back again one day!

We loved this condo unit (four adults in our group). The property management company communication was excellent! (they texted and emailed). They even provided a welcoming gift basket in the unit for our arrival. The condo was very clean. The condo had signs posted throughout the unit, which provided very useful information and instructions. We were all very impressed with the modern and lovely finishes throughout the unit. The unit is very spacious. The beds were all comfortable. Having three bathrooms was fantastic. The AC worked well, after we adjusted the vents, so that the front bedroom (twin beds) was not so warm. The WiFi worked well too. The kitchen was very nicely and amply equipped for our week long stay, and lots of storage space to boot!. The fridge even had an ice-maker! The unit has a full-size washer & dryer which was very convenient. The views of the mountains and grounds from the lanai were beautiful. There were parking spaces included with the unit. We only ended up using outdoor parking space, as it was most convenient. The pool/hot tub area was very clean. The hot tub was not set too hot, it was the perfect temperature. The complex is very quiet and well maintained. The location is superb! It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, a few beaches, and nearby orchid/succulent gardens. It's a short drive to all the sights, shops, restaurants, and excursions around the southern Kauai area. We highly recommend this condo unit!

This was a family vacation for us including children, parents, grandparent and aunt and uncle. There were 7 of us in this unit and it provided enough space for us all. The pool was lovely and the condo was as advertised. No surprises for us. This was a quiet area with nice landscaping, large lanai and a view. I’d definitely go back.

Absolutely lovely stay! Nice clean and quiet place with more than enough space for everyone. The pool and grills were located a very short distance away and the grills were very well maintained. We stayed for 12 days and the mid stay cleaning was a very welcome addition. The lanai was a perfect place to have coffee in the morning and a beautiful view for an evening meal. The unit was well provisioned for all your needs from beach gear to cooking needs (there was even little flashlights for walking to the pool after dark). Would 100% stay here again without a doubt.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, from texts letting us know the door code to a number to call to see about early check-in. The condo was beautiful, very well-appointed (kitchen supplies, beach towels, etc.) and extremely clean. All five of us adults who stayed were completely happy with the condo, and would happily book here again!

We enjoyed our family stay at Pili Mai 5C. Location was great with very short drives to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Condo was as advertised, clean, had everything we needed. Being that our trip was in January, the temperatures are a bit cooler and the pool is not heated, so we didn't use the pool as much as we had anticipated. Overall a minor issue and wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

We had a great stay! We came for my son’s engagement and it couldn’t have been a better place to stay. I loved how updated the house was and it had a comfortable homie feel.The outdoor table and seating added the perfect touch to enjoy morning breakfast to having sunset dinners. It was something we will always remember for my son’s engagement. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location. Close to Poipou beach and restaurants. As far the property itself, spacious, well maintained, clean and comfortable. We cooked quite a bit. Kitchen was well stocked with an instant pot, pans and other pots.

This place was amazing! So much space and loved that it had three bathrooms. They provided more than enough amenities and the condo was so clean. I loved having coffee on the balcony and looking at the mountains.

We rented this property while we stay at Kauai and it was a great idea and location. The area was quiet, and there was plenty of things to do in this area. The property management was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay and issues/concerns were answered and/or corrected in a timely manner. Everything was smooth running. There was plenty of space for family of 7 at this location and I liked having an outside parking space and garage space for the rental car, then a second car later on. We enjoyed the small welcome basket that was in the kitchen with parking passes, gift chocolate, and little flyer on some things to do in the area. The amenities were a nice touch as well (they had beach chairs and toys and a cooler in the garage space). The check out process was smooth as well. Overall, it was an excellent stay for me and my family. I would rent here again. Next time, I would shoot for a downstairs though; with kids, I would like to not worry about how hard the kids jump around on the floor and let them just be kids with extra energy!

Could not have been more pleased. The property management company communicated perfectly and was extremely responsive to our questions. They even had a wonderful welcome basket for us upon arrival. The condo was in immaculate condition and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a designates parking spot and access to the garage if we desired. I would highly recommend.

This is a fabulous property and is as advertised. Very nice. We had issue with the AC on one day but the property manager had it fixed in 24 hours. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The air conditioner failed on us one day and didn't work throughout the night, resulting in the room remaining at 85 degrees and none of us getting much sleep. It was addressed and fixed the following day and worked for the remainder of the trip.

The property was exactly as advertised. Any issues we had were promptly resolved... customer service is great!

Fit our family of six perfectly and had all the bells and whistles we could want. Great pool, beds for everyone, perfect location near Poipu. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back.
