We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is excellent and truly worth more than what you pay. Even before we arrived, they contacted us and helped with our transfer, which was a big plus. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready yet, but they kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view—such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and everything felt brand new. Even though it’s a cave room, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They also gave us very helpful information about the area. Watching the hot air balloons from the terrace in the morning was unforgettable! The location is perfect—among the fairy chimneys and just a short walk to the center. Overall, we had a beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable stay. Thank you so much for everything!

The property was very disgusting. Staff were not supportive at all. The person sitting at reception was very rude and nonsense. He even refuse to give water bottle also.

A beautiful and unique cave/stone hotel with beautiful people running it. I saw the balloons in the very early morning from my bedroom window.

Great property for the price you pay. Loved it and would recommend. However a few things to be aware (and it wouldn't deter me since I see place being into old structure.). 1) I was in ground floor and so can hear people in the courtyard talking include those that arrive and leave the hotel. 2) the toilet or washroom has a bit of smell from old pipes that I had to close the door to keep the smell in. Service, especially the older gentleman was stellar. I appreciate they used WhatsApp to connect with me. I would recommend and come back here again.
