The location is very close to the Vatican. The manager is nice with minimum English but we are able to communicate. It is in a residential building. We were lucky that someone came out the building and let us in. The room is on the first floor and there is a sign. We rang the doorbell and the manager was there. It was 11 in the morning. The place needs an upgrade but you get what you paid for.

The climatisation wasn’t really working, neither the fridge. It was supposed to be a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast.

The bed is broken and under it is so dirty still has garbage on it and the bathroom toilet is so so dirty and the furniture chairs also dirty just stay one night quickly check out even already paid more that ten nights.

Check-in/téléphone. Chambre n°1: "La Roma" donnant sur la Via Cipro (boulevard ou avenue bien trop bruyante). Matelas très bon. Dessus de lit vetuste. Poussières sous le lit. Nourriture d'anciens voyageurs non retiré (pain moisi). Salle de douche bien. Petit balcon non nettoyé et plein de mégots dans les bacs à fleurs. Paiement restant (24€) refusé en carte bancaire alors qu'il y a un terminal de paiement électronique avec plusieurs tickets à côté. J'ai dû demander le reçu, Facture sans nom d'hôtel sans le nombre de personne et sans le nombre de nuit!!! Check-out par une autre personne. Emplacement proche des musées du Vatican. Pas de parking. Pas de petit déjeuner alors qu'il était prévu sur le site!
