Excellent location with lots of nice restaurants around. Super close to Vertican Museum and with bus stops and metro stations nearby. Host is nice and friendly with quick response to request. I love their digital assess to all doors. Lift is neat and fast. We enjoyed a lot and had good time staying there.

Pros...Very easy accessed to St Peter's Square/Basilica! Plenty of restaurants around! Cons...The AC kept turing off at night, had to turn back on at least 4 times. The bathroom has 2 shower sprayers, one in shower and one by toilet, the one in shower didn't have hot water the first night. Made a comme t and this was fixed the next night. The shower pan floor also leaked, so make due you lay a towel on the floor before you shower.

The property has a great location since Vatican City was right behind it but it had the following problems: 1. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait while they cleaned the room which put us off since we had taken a long and early flight and were looking forward to resting 2. The room was unclean after it was ready. The towels provided had strands of hair in it, the blankets were dusty and the cups provided were dirty 3. They did not have basic toiletries provided and the hair dryer did not work. Had steam coming out of it and it stopped. The host was kind enough to replace the hair dryer 4. On our last night there was no hot water. When we called the host to let them know about it, they mentioned that it was not possible and asked us to wait. After that he did not pick our calls up and the water continued to remain cold next day as well. 5. We had to ask them multiple times to clean our room. Despite requesting to clean our room, there was miscommunication between the host and the cleaning person and we had to come back to a dirty room and request again. 6. The elevator is extremely small and we have to always climb up or down the stairs to access the elevator. This is extremely difficult when you are lugging around suitcases. Because of all these reasons we will not be visiting the place again, despite the location. I am sure there are better places to stay around the area.

Great service! Pasquale was very flexible and accommodating. I accidently mixed up my date of arrival and arrived a day early. Pasquale was able to organose transfer and extra night stay hassle free. He also helped with getting us skip the line tickets to vatican at short notice. He he very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation for staying in Rome.

La habitación bastante comoda para las 4 personas que estabamos. La ubicacion del hotel miu buena. Pasquale, a cargo del hotel, siempre pendiente a responder nuestras solicitudes. Una persona muy amable y hospitalaria. Lo malo: el baño en un estado bastante deplorable. Tuvimos problemas todos los dias con el WC que se tapaba y la ducha no estaba en buen estado. Se notaba que al baño no se le habia realizado un mantenimiento y una limpieza profunda.
La habitación bastante comoda para las 4 personas que estabamos. La ubicacion del hotel miu buena. Pasquale, a cargo del hotel, siempre pendiente a responder nuestras solicitudes. Firstly, this property is NOT a bed and breakfast, it is falsely advertised, there is no breakfast available. Essentially it was a room within an apartment. We did find a good breakfast cafe a short walk away but we were disappointed that there was no breakfast as stated. This needs rectified! We arrived late in the evening and after some confusion access to the building/apartment/room was easy and you felt quite secure. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (16&14), the room and bathroom was clean and hygienic. There are limited facilities in the accommodation. There were 4 cups in the room, but no coffee/tea making facilities which was confusing and disappointing. By far the best part of this accommodation was the location, facing the Vatican and easy reach of transport links. We only met staff once on our 4 day visit, she was friendly and informative. If you go to this accommodation expect no frills, it is basic, however, it is a good base for exploring beautiful room and as long as your expectations are not too high you will be OK.

The place is very convenient and walkable to the Vatican and the train station, there are good restaurants and shops around the area, the place is clean and we felt safe walking even at night. The best thing is the host Pasquale is very nice and accommodating, and responds immediately with emails and phone calls. We will recommend this place to our friends and we will stay here again next time.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. It's in a great location right beside the Vatican. Pasquale was a great host and met us outside when we arrived. Very dusty room. We had to move out after 2 nights and rented a hotel because we couldn’t sleep from too much dust. It seems that the room was never vaccumed. It should be against the law to rent rooms with hazardous conditions. The room is very small and area outside is very busy. I don’t mind any of this. But if you can not breathe and your kids are coughing the whole night, it is criminal. This stay made our vacation horrible.

El baño esta muy sucio, con hongo negro en las paredes, te dejan una cafetera, pero no café. La Reservacion dice con desayuno y me dijeron que no ofrecen desayuno desde la pandemia que terminò en el 2022. En la pared hay una nota escrita que dice que si quieres limpieza en la habitacion tiene un costo de $25 . Sin embargo el host Pass fue muy atento y cortes y hace arreglos para la llegada y salida al aeropuerto. Estuve en otro hotel 4 días antes y ofrecian todo pagando un poco mas.

The room we got was very small, if you are a big person isn’t convenient for you, the shower room is literally 2X2 feet so is very difficult to have a shower. And the ads said breakfast included but it wasn’t so don’t count it on. Excellent location if your purpose is to go to the Vatican City, no more than 10 mins walk in slow pace

Close to a lot of restaurants and of course the Vatican. But what sets this place apart is the host, he goes out of his way to make sure your stay is amazing. I highly recommend this place to all looking for a private room with a view of saints peters basilica. 10/10

Un posto vicino la stazione metro. Gestore gentile. Per il resto un disastro. Stanza minuscola affittata per quattro persone. Bagno minuscolo senza bidè e con una doccia sufficiente per un neonato. Uno dei peggiori B&B mai visti.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. It's in a great location right beside the Vatican. Pasquale was a great host and met us outside when we arrived. Nos encanto la ubicacion, el piso esta a pasos del vaticano y tiene de todo muy cerca, supermercados, restaurantes, transporte...de todo.La habitacion esta bien, es espaciosa y con lugar de guardado. La atencion de Pasquale tambien estuvo muy bien, hemos podido dejar las valijas despues de hacer check out. Lo que resulto chico fue el baño, el espacio para cambiarse es muy reducido y resultsba incomodo. Lo demas bien.

This room was absolutely perfect for our stay in Rome! The location is right outside the Vatican with a stunning view of the Vatican wall and papal palace from your window. Many restaurants and shopping spots around you and feels very safe even at night. All the major landmarks are within walking distance as well as the train and metro stations. Pasquale was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend staying here!

The property has a great location since Vatican City was right behind it but it had the following problems: 1. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait while they cleaned the room which put us off since we had taken a long and early flight and were looking forward to resting 2. The room was unclean after it was ready. The towels provided had strands of hair in it, the blankets were dusty and the cups provided were dirty 3. They did not have basic toiletries provided and the hair dryer did not work. Had steam coming out of it and it stopped. The host was kind enough to replace the hair dryer 4. On our last night there was no hot water. When we called the host to let them know about it, they mentioned that it was not possible and asked us to wait. After that he did not pick our calls up and the water continued to remain cold next day as well. 5. We had to ask them multiple times to clean our room. Despite requesting to clean our room, there was miscommunication between the host and the cleaning person and we had to come back to a dirty room and request again. 6. The elevator is extremely small and we have to always climb up or down the stairs to access the elevator. This is extremely difficult when you are lugging around suitcases. Because of all these reasons we will not be visiting the place again, despite the location. I am sure there are better places to stay around the area.

During our month long western European vacation we stayed at 6 other bed and breakfasts and although breakfast was not provided this was by far the BEST! La persona que administra el supuesto hotel, ROBA. Realice una reservación que pague por adelantado, al llegar me dijo que ya no podía entrar a mi habitación pagada porque tenia que haber llegado antes de la 1 pm; tenia mi reserva pagada por 3 noches, le dije que entonces me presentaba al otro dia, a lo que dijo que no que el ya tenia reservada esa habitación a otras personas y que ya no podía usarla las siguientes noches. Pedí un reembolso por medio de la pagina, y todavía el señor se atrevió a decir que yo no me presente y por eso perdí la reserva de las demás noches y por consiguiente mi pago. La pagina me dio cero atención y soporte. Definitivamente no se le puede llamar de otra forma que es un robo lo que esta cometiendo esta persona. Y pésima la atención de la pagina al no dar soporte alguno al usuario

Great service! Pasquale was very flexible and accommodating. I accidently mixed up my date of arrival and arrived a day early. Pasquale was able to organose transfer and extra night stay hassle free. He also helped with getting us skip the line tickets to vatican at short notice. He he very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation for staying in Rome.

The room we got was very small, if you are a big person isn’t convenient for you, the shower room is literally 2X2 feet so is very difficult to have a shower. And the ads said breakfast included but it wasn’t so don’t count it on. Excellent location if your purpose is to go to the Vatican City, no more than 10 mins walk in slow pace

Excellent location with lots of nice restaurants around. Super close to Vertican Museum and with bus stops and metro stations nearby. Host is nice and friendly with quick response to request. I love their digital assess to all doors. Lift is neat and fast. We enjoyed a lot and had good time staying there.

Firstly, this property is NOT a bed and breakfast, it is falsely advertised, there is no breakfast available. Essentially it was a room within an apartment. We did find a good breakfast cafe a short walk away but we were disappointed that there was no breakfast as stated. This needs rectified! We arrived late in the evening and after some confusion access to the building/apartment/room was easy and you felt quite secure. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (16&14), the room and bathroom was clean and hygienic. There are limited facilities in the accommodation. There were 4 cups in the room, but no coffee/tea making facilities which was confusing and disappointing. By far the best part of this accommodation was the location, facing the Vatican and easy reach of transport links. We only met staff once on our 4 day visit, she was friendly and informative. If you go to this accommodation expect no frills, it is basic, however, it is a good base for exploring beautiful room and as long as your expectations are not too high you will be OK.

Unica nota positiva la posizione ottima per tutto. Premetto che si tratta di un viaggio che ho regalato quindi i commenti sono riferiti: camera vecchia con un essenziale e scarso arredamento, pulizia scarsa, colazione assente. La struttura in cui si trovava la camera è vecchia da rifare in tutto, mentre quella dell'altra parte sullo stesso piano, stessa proprietà, pare più nuova e ben messa.. In definitiva si tratta non di un B&B, poiche manca la prima colazione, ma di un affitta camere.

El baño esta muy sucio, con hongo negro en las paredes, te dejan una cafetera, pero no café. La Reservacion dice con desayuno y me dijeron que no ofrecen desayuno desde la pandemia que terminò en el 2022. En la pared hay una nota escrita que dice que si quieres limpieza en la habitacion tiene un costo de $25 . Sin embargo el host Pass fue muy atento y cortes y hace arreglos para la llegada y salida al aeropuerto. Estuve en otro hotel 4 días antes y ofrecian todo pagando un poco mas.

The owner was lovely, very helpful. The location was fantastic. It's not a quiet area so expect traffic noise, we did and brought ear plugs for the whole family, which helped. You also need to consider there is no sound proofing at all, you can hear conversations of those in the next room. You really are at the mercy of other guests not being loud at unreasonable hours. We booked an ensuite, however, whether arrived our ensure wasn't in our room it was our one private toilet (good in the sense we weren't sharing with anyone else) but not what we were expecting and not ideal with children.

I wish that a breakfast was included but the owner Pasquale was sooo helpful in checking in and making sure we knew how to get around. We recommend city bus and subway for transportation! Taxi was like 50.00 USD. But we rode the subway from the hotel to the train station for 3.00. Then caught the express train for like 6.00 each to the airport! Just watch for pickpockets on the subway. However I have never seen such a clean underground subway as we did in Rome!!!
