The hotel entrance is located in a sketchy alley. While I didn’t feel unsafe, it was not the cleanest area. At night the area is dimly lit and the streets surrounded the property are filthy. It’s the only place in Tokyo I saw that was unclean. The room was very small. There was little room for luggage and no place to unpack or store clothes. The bathroom was completely outdated with one single faucet for the sink and shower/bath. There is a free breakfast that has lots of choices. There’s also a little necessities area that even included pajamas to borrow. Do not rely on the staff for assistance, they will direct you to the machines.

Everything was excellent until it was time to leave the unit. Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and clean, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. However, my main concern was the elevator situation. Around 9:50 AM on our check-out day, we waited 15–20 minutes on the 4th floor, as every elevator that arrived was completely full. We were effectively stuck, and unfortunately, the stairwell was locked and not accessible to guests. While we understand it was a busy time, stair access should always be available. A 15–20 minute wait for an elevator is unacceptable, especially when guests have time-sensitive commitments like flights or shuttle services.

Room size is bigger than i expected. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Thumbs up for the free breakfast and laundry machine, especially the dryer, this one actually dry your clothes ! If you have ever used dryer in Japan's hotel, you know what i mean.

Soggiornato per 4 notti, siamo arrivati e ci è stata consegnata una camera fumatori che puzzava da morire, chiesto il cambio nulla da fare! Non sostituibile perché avevamo pagato una tariffa economy. Das Zimmer und Bad war an sich sehr sauber. Im Zimmer lief dauerhaft die Lüftung und man konnte diese nirgends wo ausschalten. Zudem war es draußen sehr laut. Nochmal würde ich das Hotel nicht buchen.

The breakfast is worth the price of admission. Hotel is clean and exactly what is advertised. Water pressure is high. Its a little farther from Shinjuku station than some other options but you also pay less so it is a trade off. Our matress was very firm, there are some rooms with softer matress topers but we payed for a basic room. All and all would recommend

A good budget hotel. You get what you pay for. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. Breakfast changes daily and the area has lots of options for dining and entertainment. Only downside is the beds and mattress were definately on the hard side. I prefer a softer one. If you're walking from Shinjuku station it is on an incline of you have a lot of luggage.

A clean hotel, good location, close to all the action yet far enough to sleep quietly. The room was small and no closet, so you live out of your suitcase, but the bed was very comfortable. You get what you pay for I guess.

7/5に一泊で利用させていただきました。一回チェックインした時の外国人女性スタッフさんは、丁寧に対応していただき荷物を預けて出掛けましたが… 夜12時頃戻って来た時のフロントの女性( 日本人女性 ISHIDA ？名前不明です) 私の質問に対して、このスタッフさんの畳み掛けるような確認。\u3000そして荷物の受け取り時にも、ひとこともなく渡され早々振り返って扉に戻って行きました。このスタッフさんの対応により一気に嫌な気持ちになりました。圧倒され、質問の内容も解決できないままでした。夜遅い対応とはなりましたが、もう少し違う接し方があるのではないか？と思い… 悩みながらも投稿させていただきました。また利用させていただきますので、よろしくお願いします。

フロントの女性の方に副都心線の駅への行き方を聞いたところフロントの方とは思えない発言で「あっち」と言われました。その方は日本人でした。他府県から来るお客さんに「あっち」はあまりに失礼ではないでしょうか？ホテルマンとしてもいかがなものでしょうか？呆れたので話もする気になりませんでしたし、もちろんあっちだけの説明でわかるはずもありませんでした。それ以外はとてもよかったです。

For the price I paid its pretty much what I expected. Just be on the lookout for Africans at night, they will attempt to scam you at night, and if you're like me and have a hard time saying no it can be difficult to navigate.

Good clean hotel in the lively Kabukicho area of Shinjuku - close to all the bar’s & nightlife. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Hotel itself was quiet but in a lively area so if you’re easily disturbed by people leaving bars in the early hours this probably won’t suit you.

Very centrally located property, not too far from a Tokyo metro subway station. Plenty of food and night life. Only 2 subway stops from Harajuku, one stop from Shinjuku. Hotel slightly dated but overall good stay. Really liked breakfast served with stay for what it was.

Ordentliches Business-Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und freundlichem Personal. Über die Farbgestaltung des Badezimmers ließe sich diskutieren, aber japanisches Frühstücksbuffet ist dafür sehr zu empfehlen.
