サンラザール駅の目の前です。どこの観光地に行くのにも大変便利でした。ロワシーバス乗り場へは、ホテルから徒歩2分ほどに乗り場がある95番のバスで5〜6分。地下鉄もありますが、階段の上り下りがないので楽でした。チェックインも早めに対応して下さり、パリについてすぐに観光に出かけることができました。部屋について、狭いという口コミを見ましたが、私には充分な広さで、清掃も行き届いていました。コーヒーメーカー、冷蔵庫もありました。浴槽はありませんでしたが、シャワーヘッドは手持ちで動かせたので快適でした。 6階の部屋、大きな駅の真ん前にも関わらずとても静かでした。初めての1人パリ旅行で不安だらけでしたが、こちらのホテルのおかげで、快適、効率的、安全に過ごすことができました。大変オススメです！

This is a smaller and older hotel but the location and service cannot be beat. It is just across the street from the Gare St Lazare train and metro station which made it very convenient. The staff was willing to store our luggage for free until the evening of the day that we checked out. Both of these things made it very easy to stay there.

Chambre sur la rue comme je l'avais demandé (merci beaucoup). Tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre : bouilloire, machine à café, mini réfrigérateur, grande TV, grand lit confortable, chambre propre... Un seul bémol, une odeur désagréable (tabac froid ?) qui sort de la ventilation au-dessus de la douche et se propage dans toute la chambre. Pour terminer, mention spéciale à Ali à l'accueil qui est toujours aux petits soins.

受付のスタッフはどなたも感じが良く好印象でした。ロビーにはコーヒー、紅茶、ホットチョコレート、軽食が常に準備されています。部屋にもコーヒーマシーンが有ります。小さい冷蔵庫、バスタブ、電気ポットのある部屋で、広さも2名でしたがスーツケースを広げても十分な広さでした。椅子も3脚有りカバンや荷物を置くことが出来ました。北駅からもバスで乗り換え無くアクセスできます。ホテルの前のサンラザール駅にはスーパーもあり飲み物やお菓子など購入できます。 5泊しましたが一度もシーツ交換が無いのは残念でした。また、パリに行く機会があれば是非利用したいです。

Staffs are very nice and helpful. They help to keep my water bottle which I left on the table. They have free croissants and drinks for you. The location is super convenient at the opposite of Metro station, just a bit noisy if you open the window.

Murs endommagés avec le plâtre qui s’effrite, taches d humidité. Salle de bains sale, moisissures tout autour de la baignoire. Cuvette des toilettes dégoûtante. サン・ラザール駅のすぐ側にありとても便利です。買い物や食事など大抵のことは付近の店で事足ります。スタッフは対応が良い人と普通の人がいます。 15時30分を過ぎてホテルに戻っても清掃が入っていなかったことがありました。部屋は広くて綺麗な方ですが、便器が少し老朽化しているのと、カーペットに少しシミがありました。匂いは多少ありますが、気にならない程度です。私達の部屋には今話題のナンキンムシはいなかったです。地下鉄が真下を通っているためか、数分に一度部屋に低音が響き渡ります。上層階の部屋であればマシかもしれませんが、音に敏感な人にはかなり厳しいと思います。以上の内容が問題ない人であれば十分おすすめできます。

Værelset blev ikke gjort rent. Vi måtte gå i reception og få ekstra toiletpapir flere gange. Man kunne ikke tage karbad fordi lukke mekanismen var i stykker. Fin morgenmad, men generelt var det alt for dyrt til prisen. Kommer ikke igen.

You could always hear the train station, you could hear the people walking in the corridor. They didn’t change all the bed linens – I had a stain on my pillow and I saw it the whole time we stayed there. They only changed one thing, and I noticed that it was the duvet. They never emptied the trash, the cleaning was really bad. The bed is super hard! I will never come back and i would never call this a 4 star hotel The only positive thing was that the staff were nice. There was a fairly tall guy and a tall, slim, dark-skinned guy who both gave really good service.

Personnel accueillant. Chambres sales au niveau des prises !! Impossible d'ajouter des photos a ma description 😡 pourtant j'en ai prise sans jeux de mots. Pas assez de places pour le petit-déjeuner, jai été contraint de me dépêcher en voyant des gens rester debout par manque de place !! I felt the room shake the because of metro as another guest had made a comment. Another room I stayed at on the same floor last year did not shake but I felt as if an earthquake had occured this time. To make matters worse, I had a mosquito bite. On the first night, I killed the fat mosquito with my blood. On the second night, I managed to find a new one and get rid of it without being bitten. They get in the room through window during room cleaning. The drainpipes of the basin was stuck. The trouble was not sorted out probably because of its structural problem though I left a message. I have pointed out some problems but I like this hotel. I will ask not to assign the room in advance next time.

Exceptionally friendly receptionist, high quality breakfast. The room itself was a little dated, even if I apparently got a renovated room, it smelled a bit of stale paint. A bit noisy as it was facing Saint Lazare station, but that's the choice I made by staying in central Paris. Location is perfect, can easily get anywhere in Paris from there.

Location is great, right across from a main train station. Lots of shopping around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is rated as 4*, definitely not that. It is a 3*. The room and bathroom are very small.

The location was excellent as it was right across the street from the train station and the subway station. Because of the location, you could hear the trains so that was a bit of a downfall. But being so close to the station outweighed the train noise. I’m just super sensitive to sound.

One of the receptionist, oriental looking men was extremely rude and blamed me and yell at me. Telling me I was stealing a yougurth from the little coffee area. He kept on going and was SO rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to even my 80 year old mother and sister. I couldn’t bealive it. I have necer experience anything like this.

This was my third time staying with my family at Le grand Hotel de Normandie. I love the hotel. It's close to everything. A short walk to les Grands Boulevards and Magazines. 10 min to the Opera. 10 min to the Madeleine. It is in a shopping area, nice atmosphere all over the day and in the evenings. Brasseries and cafes are always busy, terraces packed with people having a meal, a drink or a coffee and connecting with one another. This has changed a lot in the last few years. I noticed Paris is getting more of a Madrid's kind of nightlife. Very fun, warm and welcoming. Loved to see groups of people just celebrating life around a fresh homemade meal or a nice French wine. Having Gare de Saint Lazare station across the street means it's always busy but in a nice way, as people are always entering and leaving the station. Very safe area. There is a Carrefour in the station, which is convenient to buy some water or food you might want to keep at the hotel. The hotel is very well communicated. There are several Metro and RER (train) stations close to the hotel: Saint Lazare, Hauvre-Chaumartin, Auber... and you can move really fast across Paris. Staff at the hotel are very friendly. Ali, at the front desk, has helped us the three times we stayed, and always goes the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. I will definitely come back to Le Grand Hotel de Normandie, hopefully very soon.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been. The room vibrates when the subway passes. Everything is old and looks dirty, the street looks dangerous: when you go out of the hotel you have next to the door on the left 1 homeless peeing in the street and on the right a group of 5-7 man drinking and dealing… I will never come back to this hotel

Easy walking distance (25 to 45 min) to Galerie Lafayette Mall, Louvre Museum, and Eifel Tower (if your in good shape) or catch a quick Uber. Shopping, Dining, and Train stations right at your doorstep! Hotel is clean but I did see a few shady folks hanging aound the entrance… they did not bother us but, just being honest. Of course rooms are small but hey who cares you should be outside exploring enjoying your life in Paris! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY at this hotel again for the location and easy access! 😊 Download Citymapper to easily roam around the city!

Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel situé à quelque spas de St Lazare et des grands magasins. Emplacement idéal selon moi. Pas trop de bruit, on peu dormir tranquillement. Les chambres sont spacieuse et de bonne qualité. Le seul point à améliorer est le petit déjeuner d'une piètre qualité et dont je ne comprends pas le décalage par rapport au reste. C'est vraiment dommage d'avoir un petit déjeuner aussi médiocre en qualité. Les croissants et petits pains n'ont vraiment pas bon goût et le reste est très basique et de qualité moyenne. A revoir.

This is a boutique hotel! Have stayed twice during the past year. The breakfast costs extra and has a lot of variety, but what makes this hotel so wonderful is the staff! Front desk people were always welcoming and helpful and the head of housekeeping is a gem! It is adjacent to the Metro and train station so very convenient for getting around Paris quickly!

Anbindung zu Verkehrsmitteln war super, alles direkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Ausstattung war schon gut abgenutzt, tat aber seine Zwecke. Frühstück minimalistisch, aber ausreichend. Für einen weiteren Trip nach Paris, auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
