Super inn

This is a very clean, attractive motel in South Daytona. Fresh paint outside makes it an attractive property. Room was very clean. Only complaints were that there was a leak in the bathroom faucet around the fixture and the shower head put out a very strong flow. Also, lobby appears to be constantly locked, probably due to this being a somewhat high crime area. Had to check in with clerk at 3:00pm through glass window.

There is no lobby. They make you check in through the night time window. The lady who checked me in was polite as a porcupine cornered. Then I was severely told to keep the room clean. There was no housekeeping during my stay. The morning I left the only trash receptacle outside was overflowing so I took my trash home. There was only sheets and comforter on the beds. It was cold so I had to take the comforter off the other bed to be warm. The bathroom had liquid soap but it was so watered down.

We drove 8 hours to Daytona for the NASCAR race. This property listing indicates no front desk so I called to see how to get in only to hear our reservation was canceled “due to unforeseen circumstances” No options for other lodging, no real reason Only a too bad attitude

The room we got the toilet made water noise the whole time we tried to address but no one fixed it. There was a very sweet lady that works there that we spoke to and she tried to be helpful but it's impossible for her to keep up with the whole property. The tv remote didn't work the nice lady came and fixed it but then it stopped working again but we didn't want to keep calling her. Th3 rooms have no telephone just the phone number of the location so when you call she answers. The location is not as close to Daytona Speedway as advertised and overall the property is in disrepair.

Would have been an excellent little spot If it had a pool. It. was still good for the money

There is no onsite assistance so if you need anything you have to go buy it. Took us time to locate that we even had WiFi it was written on a small sign on the window of what used to be the office. Overall it was good but wished the blankets were actually blankets and we could get soap and more towels

This establishment was horrendous. Best to avoid. Check-in was a dehumanizing process behind a glass screen, passing slips of paper through an awkward pinhole, exposed to the elements. Guests are not allowed into the lobby, which should have been my first clue that this establishment is quite scornful of and unwelcoming to its guests. The room was not the cleanest when we arrived, but we felt we could live with it for the night. We discovered grass spurs in the bath towels. Later, we were awoken at 3 AM that night with at least four insects crawling all over us in the bed. These were not the kind of insects that one would want visiting their rest, and they left my partner with large, itchy bites. We documented our uninvited guests and their bites to show the staff. When we brought our uncomfortable night to the attention of the staff at check out, seeking some kind of compensation or contrition, we were humiliated by their response. They made us feel mocked and abused by actually laughing at us. I could not recommend this establishment any less.

Other than the junkies tweaking out across the street, the pimps cycling up and down the road, and the bugs/lizards that keep creeping into the unit; it was a fairly adequate motel. Ample access to the interstate, and lighting to make sure whatever might happen is caught on CCTV.

had a horrible experience and bizarre conversation with Expedia. We booked a hotel the super inn by Oyo at Daytona Beach for two nights . To recover on our flight to Orlando from Gatwick as part way to Savannah in Georgia. Up at 4:30am and arrived at Daytona beach midnightish about 6:30am UK time only to be told our booking has been cancelled. Expedia shows as open and still shows today as ongoing. Expedia absolutely unhelpful,they just said we would get a refund. We hadn't paid for it. The reason for the cancelation the price was too low. I had no reply to my suggestion that it was the price Expedia had asked for Luckily we were able to get the last room and pay directly to the hotel so we had a room. The hotel manager was a top man and helped us so much liaising with head office. Next day another unfortunate Expedia customer but no rooms. It seems to me a very non customer friendly modus operandi for a company. I shall not be using Expedia again. The property's leisure area was closed so basically we were stuck to the room and taking a chair to the pathway.

Clean rooms/towels/sheets. No issues

Rooms clean. Old and outdated. Smells like mold. I got locked out my room accidentally while my packing my car for check out. The owner was rude and didn't want to give me access to the room that still had most of my belongings inside including my wallet and phone. She are gied with me for 15 minutes instead of understanding how i got locked out and heloung hwr customer who already paid.

Only thing that was wrong was when we checked in the fridge wasn't cleaned ... i did let someone know though

The bathroom was dirty undrr the beds were dirty and the microwave gave out in the middle of using it and hotel said they couldnt do anything ... when im sure they could have grabbed one from a spare room or maintenance closet

Would not stay here again. Hotel was run down and old; staff was hard to get ahold of. I was there 5 days and they didn’t service my room at all. Also there was a cockroach in my room.

Stayed in room 109 for maybe 2 hours and got awaken by bug bites, further inspection there were bedbugs infesting the sheets. Serious bites and no help from owners nor staff. No refund for issues. And had a smile on their face when confronted

The hotel was comparatively cheap, and it met the basic criteria of being a place to lay my head but the sink was stuffed and the tv was really old and could hardly see

I was in in room 110 next to office and the room was nice size and dry. The grounds were nice as well and would stay again without hesitation.

Amazing value. Older property, but very clean.

No hot water first 2 days

I'm pretty sure I got scammed. This booking showed up with decent reviews and was much cheaper than a number of other hotels of the same quality, so I booked them. Then a week before I was supposed to stay they give me a vague reason of why they could no longer accomodate me. They said they would give me a refund within 7-10 days, but that has passed and I still have not gotten my money back.

Staff super helpful. They definitely make sure the property stays in shape

The owners were rude if they were even available. Numerous other guests were heard arguing with the management staff.

It was ok til i went to check out and the woman who was working was very rude, hateful, and yelled at me.

I didn’t get to stay because they said they didn’t have my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email from hotels.com and we had to pay almost triple at another hotel at midnight already 3 hrs from home. And they have yet to refund me my money from this incident on Thursday the 15 of May and today is Wednesday is the 21st. After I already had this room reserved since November. So no I did not get to even stay to decide whether I liked the hotel or not.

They cancelled my reservation the night before my stay for no reason and I wasn't able to attend my event. Horrible customer service, will never book again!

There was a smell or something in the room that made my husband very sick and the advertise it when you look up the hotel it says it's on the beach and it wasn't very disgusting

Stayed with this property multiple times, some rooms nicer than others but the price & convenience is great! 10-15mins from the beach as well as all restaurants. Highly recommend.
