The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. It was fairly quiet too. Breakfast had a good selection. We were informed at check-in that the pool had been closed indefinitely, but otherwise the facility seemed good.

Checked in and staff was not friendly or seem to care. After checking in found out the pool and fitness room were shut down. It was 37 deg C at the time and looked forward to the pool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. TV didn’t work and figured no point talking to the front staff as that would not be helpful. Will not stay again

"Free breakfast @ 6am" doesn't actually exist. They have breakfast at 7am, contrary to what description states. Pool out of order, not stated at time of booking. Fitness center out of order, also not stated at time of booking. I travel with family on a budget, so having breakfast included is one of the main things that influence my decision to stay somewhere. We needed to be out of the hotel around 6:30am, so breakfast at 6am would have worked perfect for us, however we were informed at check-in that breakfast didn't start until 7am. So we had to go out of our way to make an extra stop, at extra cost, to ensure my kids were able to have a decent meal to start the day. Aside from the items listed above, the hotel is decent. It appears to have been recently remodeled, and rooms were what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Walls/doors seem to be paper thin, as anyone talking in the hallway at night feels like they're standing right next to your bed. Location was decent, rear of hotel overlooks a quiet suburb of Spokane. Front faces a relatively busy street, however noise from that was minimal. Overall the hotel is still a decent value, but in a repeat scenario I would stay elsewhere.

Okay so, this place was awful. Upon arrival, the outside had some sort of sticky substance dripping down the front windows. When I walked in, the lobby wasn’t terrible, but that was the best part. We stayed with our 2 year old, and our room door didn’t even latch shut. It was broken. The walls had some sort of mold all around the room and bathroom, and the bathtub was covered in a black thick hardened substance inside. There was no bedbugs so I guess that’s a plus, but the hallways were so filthy and the room was absolutely rank. I’m a little surprised we made it out of there alive and not sick.

Property claims to be 100% smoke-free but the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. There were toenails and hair in the bed. Water did not drain while taking a shower. Bed was tilted and leaned toward one side. Good location. Cold AC. Will spend a bit more money to stay somewhere nicer.

The internet did not work at all which was the main reason for my stay. I am working in a big paper and wanted a quiet spot with internet. The shower was all beat up and had broken tile or fiberglass pieces. Otherwise, it was super clean, nice, and up to date.

My interactions with front desk staff were great. Always helpful and cheerful. Room was fine. Not amazing but also not awful either. The hot water was inconsistent. It would be fine for a few minutes, then go lukewarm. Then it would come back. Sink seemed to be draining slowly. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. Extremely limited choices. I decided to go out for breakfast my second morning. The first two nights were nice and quiet but my third night had people out in the hall making noise late, like well after 10, and I was awoken about 1:30 but two people talking in full voice out in the hallway, one who was apparently drunk and both using profanity. I turned on the bathroom fan to mask the sound and was able to go back to sleep. But the next morning there was an empty beer bottle left at the top of the stairs. The WiFi wasn’t super strong either. Location was fairly convenient for me but next time I might look elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t have made this reservation if my family was going to be with me.

I use the same philosophy with hotels as I do with restaurants. You come for the food, but you return because of the people and service. I have been a guest at this hotel once a month for the last 6 months for different amounts of time. Most recently, because my sister was in the hospital on life support. When you are in the middle of something so stressful, it is important to be treated with kindness. I would like to acknowledge 2 people who made a difference for me. First, the manager who helped me extend my stay a day at a time until I felt comfortable leaving my sister and returning home. She also made sure I got the room that I wanted because I needed a quiet place to de-stress after spending so much time in the ICU at the hospital with my sister. Her kindness, understanding and help were so appreciated! She even gave me her phone number so I could call her if I needed to. Next, on my last visit, everything that could go wrong, did, and on top of that, I had the pleasure of dealing with a brand new night clerk. However, as each problem cropped up, he was able to correct the situation, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and always with a great attitude. I want to say his name was Rick (?) but whoever he was, he displayed what customer service should be. Thank you!

The hotel itself was fine but the customer service was terrible. we asked for a later check out because we’re had traveled a distance for long run and they said we could only schedule it in the morning after the morning shift arrived, but we had to leave prior to 7:00, he didn’t care and would not help us. Breakfast also was not served to 7:00 Ava we had to leave at 7:00 and he was kinda rude about it when we said we had to leave a little before 7:00 was there anything we could do? Normal breakfast is out by 6;00. He said there may be most the stuff out before 7:00 We could check. Thankfully we were able to grab some quick carbs before race time but it was so pre packaged so I am not sure why the guy couldn’t be a little more helpful and courteous.

Nice & clean, quiet, & comfortable. Poor water quality for drinking though. Upon arrival was met with the necessity to put down a $50 cleaning deposit that was not payable with cash, a requirement that I did not know about previous to my check-in and not made obvious knowledge during the process of reservation. In addition to that, refunding the deposit does not occur immediately after your room is cleaned on the day you check-out, rather it is an estimated 3-5 business days for it to be returned to you. This was wildly inconvenient for me, because I belong to the group of Americans composed of nearly one half of the entire United States population that normally has less than $500 in savings at any given time (with just a 2 night stay costing $220+the surprise $50 deposit, I am thankful for the serendipitous fortuity of being able to pay that, and the sheer dumb luck of being able to locate a nearby ATM that I could use to quickly deposit the required $50 I had in cash at the time, so as to actually stay in the hotel room I already purchased).

Honestly the stay was great but the front desk lady was a little rude during my 2 day stay. One thing i didnt like also was they didnt have any fresh accessible drinking water. The front desk lady told me to drink out of the sink lol. Not that horrible just thought it was kind of weird to even recommend that. Also took forever to get my deposit back and they charged me 2 different $250 deposits for 2 consecutive nights staying there which i didnt like and recieved neither one of my deposits back for about a week. Really good breakfast bar and really nice room i must say.

"Free breakfast @ 6am" doesn't actually exist. They have breakfast at 7am, contrary to what description states. Pool out of order, not stated at time of booking. Fitness center out of order, also not stated at time of booking. I travel with family on a budget, so having breakfast included is one of the main things that influence my decision to stay somewhere. We needed to be out of the hotel around 6:30am, so breakfast at 6am would have worked perfect for us, however we were informed at check-in that breakfast didn't start until 7am. So we had to go out of our way to make an extra stop, at extra cost, to ensure my kids were able to have a decent meal to start the day. Aside from the items listed above, the hotel is decent. It appears to have been recently remodeled, and rooms were what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Walls/doors seem to be paper thin, as anyone talking in the hallway at night feels like they're standing right next to your bed. Location was decent, rear of hotel overlooks a quiet suburb of Spokane. Front faces a relatively busy street, however noise from that was minimal. Overall the hotel is still a decent value, but in a repeat scenario I would stay elsewhere.

Travelled with friends for March Madness. Parking was safe and had enough stalls at night. There's a great Hawaiian/Filipino restaurant on the other side of the parking lot (Island Style BBQ). Location was 6 mins. from the Spokane Arena. Front and cleaning staff were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Felt like a safe area.

The noise of the road was terrible and loud. The heater drowned out the sound but clanked and buzzed as it turned on and off. Also it cost more than 36$ to get an Uber to the airport. I had originally picked the days inn in airway heights but somehow ended up booking down town

I didn’t stay the night that I had reserved. I took the loss and went somewhere else. This hotel was in what looked like a shady area. We were instructed to park on the side of the building closer to the room so we could unload our bags. There was no elevator, no one to help with our bags. When I pulled to the side of the building, there were 3 shady guys just hanging out in the parking lot area. I didn’t feel safe. I drove back to the front desk and refused to stay. It was too late to cancel so I lost my money. But there is no price for peace of mind.

Its not in the downtown area but its really close, about a 5min drive to Downtown and Gonzaga University, swimming pool was closed but not disclosed during booking, but great employees made up for it,clean and comfortable rooms, free parking,wifi and free breakfast ( don’t expect much)

Overall the stay was worth the price and served it's purpose for the weekend. The staff was more than wonderful but the owners could do with a deep clean of the facility. There were stained carpets, drapes and bedding. I would suggest all guests bring earplugs as it is on a very busy road but that is not the hotel's issue.

Nice for the price. The front desk may Popcorn and cookies every night. I thought that the breakfast would be a little better. It was all prepackaged croissant, prepackaged waffle, prepackaged biscuit, and sausages. plenty of food places that you could just walk to. I even got a good massage at Hawaiian oil and spa that was next-door walking distance.

The room was clean upon check-in and the front desk staff was polite. There was no cleaning service unless requested, which was perfectly fine for our short stay, but we requested a few clean towels after our first night (because they only put two in our room for three people), which they said would arrive in a few hours, but they never brought them. The breakfast was very small with no warm food or fresh fruit. They had bread items, yogurt and some prepackaged Eggos. The juice machine wasn’t working properly either, so after our first morning, we skipped their breakfast altogether. This place is fine if you just need a clean bed to sleep in, but not really if you want to enjoy the experience.

Thor front desk was helpful . We got to the room and it was hot and smelling so much and the bottom next to the window the floor and the wall was all bubble out it smell like mold. We didn’t even stay there the second day we left early morning I got an asthma attack in that room
