Clean room and spacious, the staff was always nice, the breakfast has variety of options, the parking is convenient, its in a very nice zone of the city about 20 minutes from the center of Merida

The staff were incredible. From security, to front desk, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to be helpful with anything we needed. We stayed a week for my son’s wedding and it was very conveniently located to the mall and many local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also felt very safe, as you have to have scan your key and can only get off on your floor.
