The property seemed to have problem with the air conditioning. main hallway was warm and elevator was hot! the hotel seems to have seen better days. room was ok, but I noticed that bed lamps had 2 differently colored light bulbs. On the plus side, we enjoyed the pool, price, location.

Positives- quiet, lovely pool and hot tub, very few people staying their which we loved, great location, and the price. Areas for improvement - update signage and website. Restaurant, bar, breakfast no longer available. main office is located away from the main entrance. None of those things bothered us. Cheap stay at a great location with an awesome pool.

Non smoking room with cigarette burns in carpet. Checkin no where near parking or where you pull in to check in completely on other side of property. Only 2 very old luggage carts. Basically no dinning options. Only 1 little microwave down near check in lobby area. Pool and hot tub area very nice

Hotel was somewhat dated but clean. Not busy at all. Nice and quiet. Jacuzzi was strong and hot. Loungers a little worn. The google information stated restaurant, pineapple grill was open for breakfast. Amenities needs updating since there was no restaurant available. Roons didnot come with a microwave. Pillows very thin. Housekeeping very accommodating and brought more. Aside from all above would stay again. Very close to stores, restaurants, discovery cove.

Had a wonderful time however the reviews I had read about it being hot I. The hallways and elevator were unfortunately true ☹️ But it is hot everywhere so I kinda can get that our room had a small air conditioner and it was warm in there also But the place was clean and quiet and the pool was awesome !

Conveniently priced Hotel. Very outdated and limited channels on television. ATM and Vendor stations on each floor out of Service. Only Ice vendor and 1 microwave on bottom floor only very inconvenient. 1 of the elevators was malfunctioning as well. Has a very old suttle undertone smell in the facility. Best part of the Property is def the Pool area. Had to have towels and shower fixed within the weekend stay other families complained of soiled carpets in there units mines was ok on that end a much outdated hotel but Has a very Good Staff she handled all these matters accordingly.

Property is VERY old, there is no longer a restaurant on site, pool was cold and the hot tub was roped off while I was there. Beds are AWFUL and after 3 nights by lower back was in excruciating pain which made flying home very uncomfortable. Common areas don’t seem to have A/C which makes the whole area muggy and gives it a weird smell. Basically anything you want to go to is a 20 minute Uber right which wasn’t awful, but wasn’t ideal at times. Also, I went to turn in the tv (which was VERY small for the room by the way) and it wasn’t working. Flipped to remote over and there were no batteries in the remote! Turns out it ended up being the entire wrong remote. I would avoid if possible.

The main level was good and clean. The room was ok but had ants. Had to clean the night tables and bathroom counter myself. The hallway on third floor was dirty and some either spilled something or water leaked in the hallway on the carpet and it smelled bad for several days and people had to put a towel at the bottom of the doorway to keep the smell out. Can be a great place with some better maintenance and cleaning.

It is really outdated. There is an overwhelming smell when you first enter the hotel like dirty carpets. The ac in our room leaked so much the carpet was almost entirely wet. The towels and washcloths that were provided were really dirty. It wasn’t worth the price at all. The only thing good was the location and the bed because the bed was pretty comfortable.

We were unable to stay at this hotel due to the state of the property. There was a heavy mildew smell. My husband went into the bathroom and all the urinals were taped up. The floor molding area had a dark ring around it where there had been overflow and the floors were clearly not cleaned well. The carpets in the lobby were heavily soiled and the smell of incense was intense (I assume to cover the smell of mold). I requested a refund from the property due to the fact that I have asthma and was unable to stay in a moldy environment. They declined to do this even given the situation. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot- which should say something. We booked online unknowingly. They say it is a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in Laquinta's that are more sanitary. DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures on the website are not what you will walk into.

I booked two nights and only stayed one night. There was a horrible smell on the third fooor I was staying on. The room was dirty. I took photos. The hotel was run down and old and dirty. I hardly slept. I left the hotel at 6.00am the next day. I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund for the night I did not stay.

Got there Friday & our first room was dirty, toilet handle broken, AC extremely loud & not cooling even after the “maintenance man” acted like these were not issues, the particle board headboards are screwed to the walls & are falling apart, the carpet was heavily stained, bedding was not clean(did not even pull back comforter), completely unacceptable & nothing like the pictures on hotels.com. I called down to get moved to another room, we walked into that “non smoking room” & it wreaked of marijuana, was not AS disgusting as the 1st room from what I could see in the short time we were in there, I was with my young daughter who is allergic to smoke & is the reason we were in Orlando for a cheer competition so I couldn’t have her getting sick. We went down stairs with our things so I could better explain the situation as it was hard to understand the woman on the phone. The answer I got from her was to have hotels.com contact the manager on Monday morning & they would take care of refunding my money, fast forward to now Tuesday and I still have not received refund and now have to go through my bank as the hotel is saying no refunds, so I paid for 2 hotels the same weekend because this hotel deliberately misrepresents the condition of it’s rooms with old photos and descriptions, wouldn’t let me load video so I tried to take screenshots from the video. Don’t understand how they have such a high rating on hotels.com but save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere. Good-luck!

It was decent. Seemed like it had potential or was once a nice place. But cleanliness seemed basic. Ants in the room, a cockroach in the elevator. A/c seemed like its air filter had never been changed. I woke up and couldn't breathe. I noticed a faint mildew smell through the hallways. Carpets looked like they never get cleaned. I definitely got what I paid for, it was cheap. So if you're on a budget- it's not horrible.

There were several items broken around the property including a sliding door and the fridge in my room. Staff were polite but curt, there was no welcome but it was all business. Room was clean, but loud. The air conditioning and my fridge were very noisy. Pool was nice and the parking was great.

Looks great on the pictures and pool area is nice. But rooms and floors are very old. Hotels needs an upgrade. Beds are super old. Woke up with a very bad body ache because of the uncomfortable bed.

The bed was low and when you lay in it, it dips in the middle and top. Your feet are higher then your head. Went to the store to buy better pillows. The outside of the property looked nice but the lawn looked like it had not been mowed in months. From the moment of check in, all the front desk employees are always using their cell phones or away from their posts. The door opening cards were deprogrammed 3 times in 5 days.... the last night I requested late check out and the person did not know how to do it and told me to call at 8am to have it done, I told him it was 4am and that I was asking for that because we were too tired to wake me up at 8am to call. And he told me that he did not have access to the system and that he would excuse him. The air conditioning only has 1 fan speed, it sounded horrible every time it turned on or off depending on the temperature and it would wake you up because it was so loud. Room 402. On Friday the 18th I got up a little late and when I left the housekeeping lady was 3 rooms across the way. I asked her if she could do it and she said no. That it would be for Saturday. On Saturday, when they did it... they just made the bed and that's it, nothing more, no soap or shampoo and 2 stained towels. I called housekeeping and let them know and they never came to change them, so I took pictures of them. The hotel was very nice on the outside but the inside was abandoned and the service was poor considering it was empty. It wasn't that the hotel was full to capacity, quite the opposite... there were few of us, and the service should have been better.

First impression, even though I booked through a travel site, the hotel was so accommodating and let me change the check in date at no cost when our plans changed. We arrived at 8pm, and the person at the front desk was sound asleep. I said "excuse me" and "hello" so many times at varying volumes that I almost felt bad to wake her. When she did wake up, she was very sweet and accommodating. (I did not for one minute get the impression she was using, she just seemed genuinely exhausted, and wasn't "nodding off".) She told us everything we needed to know, and when we returned to the lobby for pool towels 30 minutes later, she was chipper and helpful. My daughter, grandchildren and myself had the giant pool and hot tub to ourselves, and I had an amazing time in the pool with my grandbabies. The water was chilly (too chilly for my daughter), but didn't stop us from having fun. When I saw it in the daylight, I didn't love how much it needed to be cleaned, but okay. Definitely some serious updating could stand to be done. Carpets weren't awesome, and some towels were stained. But, if I'm being honest, it's a fraction of the cost of lots of the places around it and was less than ten minutes from the park we were visiting. I wouldn't recommend that you stay as part of super special Orlando vacation, but for people who pretty regularly drive a couple of hours for the parks, this place was a treat who's cost justified not making the trip up and back in one day. Nice looking place.you pull up to what looks like the front to check in and looks like it used to be.then have to walk through the whole building to the other end to check in.but check in was fast and easy.the parking was annoying had togo to end of the street to find the parking lot for the hotel in the back.not very close. Room is decent. Clean.coffee is horrible packets you make in the room.no coffee in the lobby.hotel halls are cold.door to go outside left open.

It was a great location and great price, bed was great for my bad shoulder, didn’t have a shower chair (i’m a amputee ) but had rails and was very clean, AC could have been a little cooler but still a nice place with a nice staff. I would stay there again, can’t beat the location

Hotel was somewhat dated but clean. Not busy at all. Nice and quiet. Jacuzzi was strong and hot. Loungers a little worn. The google information stated restaurant, pineapple grill was open for breakfast. Amenities needs updating since there was no restaurant available. Roons didnot come with a microwave. Pillows very thin. Housekeeping very accommodating and brought more. Aside from all above would stay again. Very close to stores, restaurants, discovery cove.

The hotel felt like a ghost town, elevators were dirty, one of them didn’t even show what floor we were in, thank God we were on the 2nd floor. Rooms looked dated from the 80’s, stain carpet, small tv and small beds. Bathroom with cracked wall paper and caulking around the sink. No place to grab something to eat and only had a vending machine to buy water or sodas Very expensive hotel for the conditions and limited amenities. Extremely disappointed.

Property is VERY old, there is no longer a restaurant on site, pool was cold and the hot tub was roped off while I was there. Beds are AWFUL and after 3 nights by lower back was in excruciating pain which made flying home very uncomfortable. Common areas don’t seem to have A/C which makes the whole area muggy and gives it a weird smell. Basically anything you want to go to is a 20 minute Uber right which wasn’t awful, but wasn’t ideal at times. Also, I went to turn in the tv (which was VERY small for the room by the way) and it wasn’t working. Flipped to remote over and there were no batteries in the remote! Turns out it ended up being the entire wrong remote. I would avoid if possible.

This hotel needs a makeover!! The property needs to me maintained. Parking was confusing and no lights. It was great for what it was, a place to sleep, comfy kingsize bed, quiet and cheap. Great hot shower. No free breakfast. Needs new rugs. The hotels near by are so nice and this one is so plain and un noticiable!
