We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way home from Nashville spacious room. We had the one with multiple beds. The beds were unbelievably comfortable very clean. Breakfast had many good selections and the woman who was taking care of the dining area area. Worked her butt off, keeping it clean and well stocked we went to the pool, which was nice and good for young children. My only complaint was the hot tub had been closed off and no longer there but the pool itself was nice and quite large. I would definitely stay here again.

The indoor pool was chaos - tons of people, super noisy, very few chairs, and no one checking whether swimmers were registered guests. You needed a key card to get into the pool area, but as we left, several people were just standing waiting for someone to leave so they could get in. The room, lobby, and breakfast were all fine, but the pool experience was pretty disappointing.

Really nice hotel. Renovations were going on and you are told upfront but it's not bad. The rooms is very nice and comfortable. The door going into the shower is interesting. It opens into the shower under the shower head so when you turn on the shower it is a shot of cold water. The guide for the tv is obnoxious. It's difficult to use. The pool is fantastic! It's a mini pool park with waterfalls, a lap pool and small lazy river. Very comfortable. The breakfast area is nice. There is also an outside courtyard when it is nice. The food is okay but there are quite a few options. We had bacon and it is very thin. Wasn't too filling. Coffee isn't bad but is watery.

Clean room- although it could use some updating but just happy it was clean! Staff was amazing upon check in and out. Pool area was wonderful especially with littles! My only complaint was the pool had too much chemicals in it i think? It made our eyes burnt maybe we are just sensitive!! Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Excellent breakfast selections, with nice seating area. Elevators make an unsettling mechanical noise when moving. This noise was very evident in the first room we were booked into which backed directly onto the elevator shaft wall. We asked immediately to be moved and were moved the equivalent of 3 rooms down from the elevators and could still hear it a bit. Desk clerk stated that they have had previous complaints about the elevator noise, yet it still exists.

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay. The pool was perfect for my 8yr son. Bonus for the hot tub being positioned so I could relax a little and still keep an eye on him. Only negative we had was, none of the cardio machines had power. Instead of getting assistance we just did a dumb bell workout.

The only issue I had was that my room had a water leak in it from the a/c and instead of vacuuming up the water, they just put some 1x1 floor pieces over it but my room still had that dank smell of standing water. The staff and everything else was great.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The furniture has holes that were sewn and long hairs in the freezer that was also frozen over because someone had left the fridge open before we got there. Also we were not told housekeeping would enter our room to clean even though we booked 2 nights. I did not like that and thank that’s a crazy policy. Also 2 vehicles appeared to have gotten windows busted out. 1 on night one and 1 on night 2.

Hallway and room smelled like weed. The shower curtain was hanging by a thread. There were stains all over our bed sheets. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special. The pool is nice for the kids. There is no hot tub, which was disappointing. If you’re going to spend this much for a hotel room, I’d recommend going somewhere else. We loved Drury, which is right down the street.

Was passing through on a roadtrip to Montana and to see family in Columbus. Very nice hotel, room was more spacious than I saw in the photos. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. The only downside was the AC in the room didn’t cool down as much. Everything else was top notch.

Checked into my room and it smelled musky. Called the front desk twice to see about a different room and no one picked up either time. I walked over to the window to close the blinds and the carpet was soaked which explained the smell. The AC unit was leaking and the floor was drenched. I finally got ahold of the front desk and they gave me a new room.

Aside from one staff member, the rest of the staff was not very nice. For a hotel with an amazing indoor pool facility, they never stocked the towels during our entire stay. The breakfast was ok though also not stocked very timely. This hotel could be a 5/5 for sure with a few tweaks, but sadly this was not one of our better stays at a Holiday Inn Express.

We overall had a nice stay but there was a few things that I really didn’t appreciate from the staff.. my family and I were down at the pool, the time was 9:02 and my children were making there way to the side of the pool that we were sitting so we could gather our stuff and leave, the security guard came in and told us we needed to leave “as he seen us gathering our stuff” then proceeded to shut all the lights off on us. That made it very difficult to get my 3 children out of the pool area safely! And honestly any experience I had with a staff member wasn’t that great… seemed like no one really liked their job and wasn’t very friendly

We have stayed at this property multiple times. This last time was a terrible experience. Our room was not ready at 7pm day of check in (4pm is supposed to be check in time). Once we finally got in our room the mini fridge did not work, hallways smelled of smoke and the shower was ice cold. Over the 2 nights we stayed, the room keys deactivated 6 separate times. Front desk blamed us on this saying that we had them near our phones. After the last time they sent maintenance up who had to re-key and remove the entire door handle to get it working. When we asked to speak with a manager, they stated they don’t have one on site. I was not given an option to leave a message or have one call me either. We will not be staying here again. This hotel costs much more than similar ones in the area and was not worth the added costs.

Excellent hotel stay but MAJOR shout out to Tasha for keeping the safety of hotel guest forefront in her decision to call the fire department when she could smell fire!! The gentleman that was upset that she did so should be ashamed of himself!!! The gal cooking was also AHMAZING!!! Because of these two I would most definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to other travelers!!

Worst checkin EVER. 1. They charge $250 extra each room for a security deposit. 2. We got two rooms but one wasn’t ready. Nope, they didn’t know when it would be ready, nope, they wouldn’t call me to let me know it’s ready, I would just have to keep stopping in to see if it “might be available” and nope, we won’t give you a discount for being late. 3. They require wristbands to get into the pool and since we got two rooms and one wasn’t ready, half of my kids would be able to go in the pool but the other half had to sit in a room and wait until the other room was ready, but no one knows when that would be. NO APOLOGIES, nothing. Then I asked that they just refund my room and let us out of the reservation. They said sure, it’s refunded. BUT! Called later to say they were having trouble refunding it because I had booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who said, the hotel is giving me the runaround because it was a pay later reservation so no money went through Expedia, only the hotel and they don’t know why the hotel is acting like they can’t give a refund. When I checked out, the clerk assured me (because I asked twice) that it was already refunded. Save yourself a headache and book a room at staybridge suites!

The hotel itself was very nice - check in was easy and staff was friendly. I wish we had been worned about all the car break-ins. There were 6 cars that were broken into the first night we stayed (all windows were busted out) - my husband's gun was stolen. If we had known there were issues, he never would have left it in the car. No police showed up and they wouldn't refund our room (we didn't feel safe staying another night but already had to replace a broken car window)

Cleanliness was exceptional! Did not appreciate the cold shower around 9:30 AM. Breakfast was the major disappointment. Pancake machine was empty at 9AM and no syrup. Rolls were scarce and yogurt was all gone. It was supposed to be available until 9:30. I expected better from a place in this price range. Pool was very nice.
