The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Since the hotel is located in downtown St. Paul, the only way into the hotel parking lot is by having a guest card. The doors are locked and you can only be let in by the front desk. There are no street parking, so if you are checking in, you will need to park where you can load and unload to go check in to get your guest card key so you can enter the parking garage. I really like that the hotel has a kids pool, my boys got to spend a few hrs there and wanted to go back, but unfortunately the pool was close on Sunday for maintenance/cleaning. Breakfast was limited, and I was expecting more options since we had stayed at another SpringHill suite in Ohio and they had a big selection for breakfast. Overall, our stay was great due to how close it was to the event we were going to.

Nice quiet and clean in downtown St Paul. My only complaint is that there is a steep charge of $25 to park per night and there were far too many kids in the pool area. I wanted to soak in the hot tub around 10:30pm but there were several young kids jumping around in it. This needs to be better controlled by staff.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Added security was nice having to utilize key for elevator and all doors including entrance. Additionally while 25 a day to park is excessive the heated secure parking was a plus.

Went for a family weekend trip and was very happy with the hotel. A large selling point is the kid pool and the room is spacious. One drawback is that there are some pretty rowdy kids that were cannon balling into the kid pool. The fitness room was also excellent and overlooks the pool. We would for sure stay here again.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The property is modern, the attached parking is indoors, secured and heated which is well worth the price, the room was as described, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The bar was a bit spendy but was good overall. The pool area is great for kids, was clean and towels were provided. We will be back for sure.

I've stayed here multiple times and this was the most disappointing one. 2 of our towels had stains. TV was so laggy made it difficult to use. This is a basic amenity; considering price per night it should work flawlessly. We were also evidently under a group that either had children or whatever running around, thudding, until 11:30 on a week night. The hotel was not fully booked - please take these things into acct when placing people. &Parking overnight is unreasonably priced. Will go to Drury next time.

I love this place because it is impeccably clean and very safe. I like the parking garage. It is safe, quick and easy. For the most part the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Since I was there for five nights and six days, I requested housekeeping services but no one ever came. I called on day three to request housekeeping service but it didn’t come. I called on the morning of day four and requested housekeeping service, but it didn’t happen. The front desk people were nice enough to run up some extra towels and toilet paper to me, but it would’ve been nice to receive the housekeeping services since I was there for so many nights.

Nice new hotel. Rooms are nice and convenient, with a good desk for working at. Lots of the rooms have views of the Capitol. The breakfast is better than the usual hotel breakfast. Based on my 2 stays, there's some potential for nighttime noise, so bring earplugs. The rooms are dimly lit, which is especially noticeable in the winter months.

We were just there for one night. We went to the Minnesota United soccer game and then stayed the night here. The hotel was very nice. Updated and clean. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. While we didn’t use the pool area it seemed good for the size. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel since Covid. We really enjoyed that. Overall the hotel was great. The area around the hotel was a little dumpy and almost abandoned feeling. Not a lot going on. But we weren’t far from things. We had dinner before the game at Cossetta’s and that was amazing Italian food. Always one of my favorite places in St. Paul. And not too far from the hotel. But overall if we needed to stay in St. Paul again I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice but there was no air conditioning cooling in the room. I should have complained about it while I was staying there but the staff didn’t look friendly to raise this issue. Will not be staying in that hotel in the future.

This is our favorite place to stay in St. Paul. Hotel has excellent security measures in place. You have to use a key or call the front desk to enter the building and you also have to use key to use elevator or enter parking garage. Front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rooms are newer/modern and have always been extremely clean upon check in and come with comfortable beds, a nice TV, mini fridge, and large shower. Large fitness room with more than enough equipment. Great breakfast included each morning with a great variety of options. Swimming pool has always been very busy when we’re there and unfortunately there’s no hot tub. Great location within walking distance to anything in downtown STP along with quick access to I35 & 94. Heated, secure parking garage is a big plus as well. We will continue to stay here each time we visit the cities.

Rooms are big and well kept. Lots of storage. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Within walking distance to Xcel Energy Center, Science Museum of MN, Childrens Museum, lots of restaurants, public parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great weekend get-away for a couple to stay. Safety of all guests was top priority, from beginning to end. From entering the parking ramp, to using the elevator, to coming and going throughout the day or evening, there was always a secure entry and exit from building and someone to greet you. Right away staff took the time to find out who we were and what brought us to St. Paul. They shared options for traveling to and from Xcel Energy, that were offered at an establishment near by, and upgraded our room for free when they heard it was our anniversary. Staff that we met coming and going were extremely pleasant and always asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. The breakfasts were filled with a variety of hot and cold choices, with plenty of room for seating. SpringHill Suites, in St. Paul's Lowertown, was a great place for us to stay the weekend. We will definitely be back.

They shared options for traveling to and from Xcel Energy, that were offered at an establishment near by, and upgraded our room for free when they heard it was our anniversary. Staff that we met coming and going were extremely pleasant and always asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. The breakfasts were filled with a variety of hot and cold choices, with plenty of room for seating. SpringHill Suites, in St. Paul's Lowertown, was a great place for us to stay the weekend. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The property is modern, the attached parking is indoors, secured and heated which is well worth the price, the room was as described, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The bar was a bit spendy but was good overall. The pool area is great for kids, was clean and towels were provided. We will be back for sure.

We were just there for one night. We went to the Minnesota United soccer game and then stayed the night here. The hotel was very nice. Updated and clean. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. While we didn’t use the pool area it seemed good for the size. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel since Covid. We really enjoyed that. Overall the hotel was great. The area around the hotel was a little dumpy and almost abandoned feeling. Not a lot going on. But we weren’t far from things. We had dinner before the game at Cossetta’s and that was amazing Italian food. Always one of my favorite places in St. Paul. And not too far from the hotel. But overall if we needed to stay in St. Paul again I would definitely stay here again.

Great place downtown St.Paul. The hotel staff had great recs for food . We loved Keys Bakery ! Yummy! The area around the hotel is just ok … but they have a secure garage and the whole hotel is secure! The hotel seemed newer and was very well kept. The rooms were very comfy . This hotel is very nice. Its modern, clean and spacious. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Lots of seating in the lobby and bar area. Pool is spacious and clean. Rooms are big and well kept. Lots of storage. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Within walking distance to Xcel Energy Center, Science Museum of MN, Childrens Museum, lots of restaurants, public parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options.

Came for the pool for the kids. Perfect for those under 13, but any older and the pool is very small. Room was amazing, perfect size. It was weird there was no trash bags anywhere. Not sure if that was by mistake. Sadly I'm only disappointed in the breakfast. I was expecting like ....well options. 2 types of sandwiches , bagel/cereal and the normal waffle machine. I was sad to see NO BACON lol. Parking I read was a nightmare but I didn't experience that. Overall I would come again but that breakfast needs to step up.

Everything was great. The Neighborhood ✨ was not where I’d pick in the future, but it was pretty ideal for going to the yacht club music festival. The staff were really the shining star of the stay at this hotel. I think his name was Timmy at the front desk… Just the most fantastic customer service ever. And everybody else was right up there at the top too!!
